Honest burgers at decent prices. The only 6.99 cheeseburger of it's size in town. Others in town wanting $14 for lazy burgers. These burgers are grilled and seasoned well. The service is horrible, waited 5 mins to get a walk in to go order and was looked at by 3-5 employees , drive in came first. Hope the food is better than the service, sad since this is in a big tourist town and now I get the star ratings. Pretty clean dining area , cook had no hair net but had gloves handling food. So far the best place we have eaten in Cody. Our group had burgers, chili cheese fries, pastrami sandwich, French fries and salted caramel shakes and it all was delicious. It's not fast instant food but it didn't take forever to get our food either. The pastrami sandwich and the whole vibe of the place reminded me of home. A combination of In-N- Out Burger and The Hat in Uplqnd California. Yum! Will eat here again next time in Cody Wyoming! read more

What is this place?! Why have I never heard of More Burgers and Shakes before? How do they make such delicious food so fast, with such friendly service, and at an affordable price?? Those were just some of the many questions that confronted me as we tried More for the first time. The small store located in Cody was easily visible from the road and has a little bit of the 50's diner aesthetic with the red and white color scheme. The menu was a little bit limited, but they had all the important offerings of any good burger joint: burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, shakes, and a few other items to add variety to the menu. All the food was at least good, with the burgers surprising us. The well cooked beef with melty cheese and sauteed onions were excellent. Thr shakes were tasty and thick. The fries and onion rings were good without achieving greatness on their own. Everyone left happy and full, so we'll most likely be back. Been to this restaurant twice now since we have been visiting family in Cody. First my wife ordered the Classic Burger combo. the burger was cooked exactly as she requested and was delivered to the table hot, as well as the very tasty and hot fries. I opted for the Chili Cheese Dog combo, which was huge. It was cooked perfectly and had substantial chili so it wasn't dry. Served with a knife and fork and you'll need them to eat this dog. you ain't gonna be picking this up to eat. The serving size on the Chili Dog and fries were more than enough to fill you up, next time I'll opt for just the dog and share my wife's fries (there's that many). The first thing people must realize is that this is not a fast food joint even though it has a drive thru. The food is prepared and cooked once you order. The wait may be a bit longer but it sure is worth it! I tried the French dip and my friend had the fish sandwich. He said that the tarter sauce was homemade and out of this world! The ranch dip for fries or onion rings is also home made and fantastic! You can not get this type of fresh sauces in fast food! The food was excellent, the shakes thick and tasty. Best burger in town. Sitting down or fast food alike. I would suggest going in rather than the drive-thru. Fresh and faster.

Note: I am basing this relative to other fast foods chains with a drive through. Not a gourmet deli or burger spot. Relative to something like McDonalds or even most diner burgers this spot is legit. Both burgers and sandwhiches hold their own. Slightly overpriced but I mean I personally think it's worth it. I have even had a salad before and the chicken is real, the greens are fresh and they offer toppings and mods that are quality. That being said, negatives are- something like five guys is still better but this is Cody, WY so this is great. MAIN THING: the wait for this stuff is insane. Especially in the drive through. Like it's not fast food anymore. This is not a grab-on-the-go situation. Only get this if you have plenty of time or are eating there as if it were a sit-down restaurant or want to bring it to your hotel/house and time isn't a factor. read more

I went through the drive through and ordered the double cheeseburger. The veggies were fresh and the bun held together nicely, even with all of the ingredients and special sauce. It was a little slow coming out, but the patties were piping hot, though smaller than the likes of 5 Guys or In N' Out. I'm glad I kept the wrapper on my lap, because there was grease constantly dripping from the patties. When I finished, there was a silver- dollar size puddle collected on the wrapper. When we just got it - the lady who took our order wasn't smiling at all or was friendly. Then she just left without giving us dine in number. We had to wait about 5 mins and she was back and gave us angry look. We told her that we are waiting for a number and she rolled her eyes. This is burger and fries place that also sells beer. I ordered the BBQ Bacon burger and fries. There were onion rings with bacon and a little barbecue sauce on the bottom bun. There should have been more barbecue sauce. This is a new location for this business in Riverton. This is another local dining spot for local families in this small town. Pastrami had no flavor was almost all fat and cold, they asked if I wanted cheese and I said yes but they didn't put it on the burger! I likened it to a (some letter & another letter) double Bacon Cheeseburger on steroids when I told Sis about it. If you like a thick shake you'll be in heaven, Had a hard time even with a HUGE straw, a little too thick for me.. I was there at the drive thru at noon on a Wednesday and did not have an over long wait, 2 cars ahead of me and my order was ready app. 30 seconds after pulling up to the takeout window.
