I purchased the Blackberry Passion Fruit Refresher and the Mango Pineapple Refresher. These drinks were so delicious! I was thinking it was going to taste overly sweet, but I was totally wrong. The drinks definitely quenched your thirst. I love the popping boba in the Mango Pineapple, and the dragon fruit in the Blackberry Passion Fruit. Very yummy! Good, fruity and scrumptious all the way to the last drop! These drinks had me chewing up ice, haha. I had a special order that I know couldn't be handled on the kiosk. The young man with a colorful weave, was rude and told me "McDonalds is taking away the registers and trying to train their customers to use the kiosk. Ordered a curbside order since i had surgery and walking is difficult. Waited about half an hour with no updates or food. Tried calling the store to ask for an update and got a disconnected line three times. Decided to crutch myself inside. Waited about 5-10 minutes before anyone even paid attention to me even after i tried to draw their attention several times. Then had to wait another 10ish minutes for the food to be made. I get labor numbers have to be within a range but damn :/ really disappointing. Back of house floors looked gross from the guest point of view. I work in the restaurant industry and there is no reason in hell why guest should see food thrown all over the floors in food preparation or cooking areas. As far as the lobby goes one of the two outside doors was looked so i had to crutch all the way around. A sign would've been nice . Lobbies floors were sticky and greasy. Lights were off and the whole atmosphere wasn't really welcoming at all. Seemed almost like the place was closed Food was disappointing to say the least portion sizes have definitely dropped down. I went through the drive thru at the Lancaster, South Carolina location on 09/21/2024 and I placed a mobile order. Once I got to the speaker and told her my name and code. She said she "has no order with my name." So I made sure multiple times I was at the right location. She still refused to do her job correctly. So I had to leave the drive thru while my account was still charged and my 6,000 rewards points are gone. I have to wait until Monday to call corporate. My husband ordered 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins and a large sweet tea from this McDonald's this morning on the way to work. He took his first bite thinking it would be a soft hot deliciousness, unfortunately to his demise chomped down on a sandwich full of crunchy egg shells. After sputtering the sandwich out he noticed it was not just a few pieces that may go undetectable but the big triangular pieces. Remember the Sesame Street song "One of These Things" where the viewer had to identify the item that did not belong. I just wonder if the sandwich preparer had a problem identifying the item that did not belong on the sandwich. I understand breakfast rush can get hectic, but always find your peace like singing an upbeat song in your head to keep the pace and not make bad decisions. If you plan to get ice cream- DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible customer service. We were in line for 10 minutes and they served two cars ahead of us that got there after us. Came to the window and ordered ice cream only to be told they "aren't serving ice cream right now" which is 9 times out of ten code for "we are too lazy to turn on our machine and don't want to clean it later." This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever visited...and I love McDonalds food. I ordered a Happy Meal and when my 4-year old looked for the apple slices, the lady at the front counter rudely told me, "We are out of apple slices, that's why we gave you more french fries." The way she talked to me was very demeaning. . Second disappointment, the same lady at the front counter on April 28, 2023 at 2:00pm was very rude to every customer that approached the counter. She continued to say, I'm the only one at the counter. Use the kiosk to order and would walk away to talk, joke and laugh with other staff members in the back. Third disappointment, when you used the kiosk, the kiosk would not accept credit cards; therefore, you still had to go to the counter and try to get the "rude staff member's" attention. She'd ignore you and then say, "What? What do you want?" Once you explain that you couldn't pay at the kiosk, she looked irritated that customers were bothering her. Fourth disappointment, I watched the same rude and unprofessional front counter staff person intentionally not giving a customer his food. When he asked for the food, she would say, "Don't you go and give me attitude!"...shaking her finger at the customer. The customer did not do anything at all to offend this RUDE McDonald's employee.... Fifth disappointment, this is the closest McDonald's to the Columbia's Children's Museum and customers mumbled as they had to put up with this rude employee's attitude. The atmosphere of this restaurant was negative, unwelcoming...all due to the very large woman working the front counter who had a real "look at me, I have power over these people that come in." All other employees appeared to be nervous about this employee at the front counter. Many tried to ignore her negative attitude and her openly talking badly about customers to other staff members as the customers were standing there. This one employee gave everyone walking in one of the worst experiences at McDonalds. I suggest that you drive to another McDonalds, if this woman continues to work at this restaurant! read more

Y'all. This McDonalds accidentally gave me 12 hash browns yesterday. Our visits to McDonalds are few and far between, but my five year old requested McDonald's breakfast yesterday morning as a "special treat". I figured the occasional soggy-with-grease biscuit won't kill 'em and called it an adventure. Ultimately, the adventure took 30 minutes in the drive-thru, featured a long and confusing religious greeting and ended it the wrong order This place is so close to the house and would be very convenient, but the inefficiency and overall discomfort resulting from it was a beautiful blessing it disguise. Only come here if you have a lighthearted sense of humor, don't want the food you ordered and have plenty of time on your hands. read more

The customer service here is awful! We visited the drive-thru for a Diet Coke. We waited until we got back to USC to drink it and found they had given us a Dr. Pepper. I returned to McDonalds, this time going inside to the counter. There were two people working the counter. The man looked so confused with my request for the proper beverage that the woman working the counter asked, "What's the problem?" Neither worker apologized for the inconvenience. Neither worker offered to serve me the correct beverage. The woman turned away. Finally I asked the male worker, still dumbstruck and hanging onto the Dr. Pepper, to just give me a new glass. Every time I've been highly disappointed, and every time I've had to wait outside of the special reserve a spot for basic things like french fries and cheeseburgers. Today was the last straw. My girlfriend and I ordered basic food and a signature sandwich. We had to wait upwards of 10 minutes outside just to have them bring the food without our drinks. I ordered a quarter pounder and they didn't ring it up and said i never ordered it then charged us $12 for a 20 piece when it was only $7. On Wednesday afternoon it appeared the manager was running the register. Service was outstanding and he went out of his way to get special things for me. Overall dining experience was superior to most McDonald's. The chicken nuggets were on sale for one dollar, add to that a senior drink and later a dollar menu ice cream, and there really isn't a less expensive place to dine. The dining room was reasonably clean as well and they have two high-speed drive through lanes. This was my first time to try this location. read more
