We have a new family member ( my Beautiful new granddaughter-Babygirl Roux) she's a newborn and we had to drive out here to St.Lukes here in the Woodlands for the baby to get another round of newborn tests. Her wonderful Parents ( Trevon & Sherray ) were hungry for something convenient before we made our next stop to Quest diagnostics. Well the guy who took my daughter's order thru the drive-thru was soooo IMPRESSIVE with his customer service skills in my humble opinion! He was friendly, respectful, well spoken & helpful. He even said God Bless you Sisters later at the second window after we received their order. I've experienced that at Chic-fil-A before but never at a McDonald's & his ENERGY was very genuine so he wasn't being FAKE! I also ended up pulling back around to park,left my family in the VEHICLE with the AC running of course, it's May 2026 & HOT days already here in Texas! So I went in to use the ladies room. It was decent & I was impressed that it wasn't locked like some other McDonald's be at other locations in Houston. I was also greeted by what appeared to be a member of Management or perhaps this locations Owner who was sitting at a table doing paperwork ect. He spoke and asked how I was doing? I was limping tbh, dealing with pain issues in my feet these days. But again I was Impressed by another show of kindness towards customers from this location. Oh and the food was hot & delicious, my family was impressed because we didn't request that the fries be made to order but they were anyway... which was a Win-Win with the basket of fries. My daughter requested extra Mayo on her Hot & Spicy & no pickles on Tre burgers & everything was as requested. Last but not least, the landscaping is soooo Pretty & perfect! McDonald's is a fast food staple. You get what you get and you can't throw a fit. It is what it is. Either you needed some sustenance and McDonald's was the only thing around or you were just really craving their fries (which have always been the best IMO) or their addicting soda or sweet tea. I've never received bad service at this location but have waited a long time during busy lunch hours. Good thing about this location too is that the restroom is always clean and they are connected to a gas station so you can get all you need. read more

Sitting in the vehicle while my family picked out movies from the redbox I observed the following: One Hispanic male blow his nose (between the drive thru and the area where they keep the fries). Gross!! He didn't wash his hands afterwards. He had on a long sleeve shirt with a black vest and I assume he's a manager. There were two other young Hispanic males who were playing, pushing each other. One of them were playing with the manager as he walked past and pretended to trip him. The one male working the drive through reached into a cabinet by the drive through, grabbed a Dasani water and began drinking it. The manager guy eventually came outside to talk on his cell phone and smoke a Marlboro cigarette in front of the store by the entrance. I snapped a few pictures of him in hopes that the owner will see this review and do something about the person he left in charge to run his/her store. After observing what I saw, I will be choosing another location to dine at. I'm kind of upset because I did send my husband here to get me the grand mac meal with a sprite last night. We had done a mobile order for breakfast and we're pulling in right at 10:30 and couldn't find the curbside spots and all of a sudden the order was cancelled. I had 3 very angry children on my hands. So the French fries I was suppose to get for .99 cost 2.99 but you don't know that until you get to the front!! Then they tel me "'your earning points for rewards!!! What!! This McDonald's location is found close to a Costco and is a combo to a gas station. It's fairly easy to get to and spot from the road. Parking is shared with those getting gas and wanting something from the convenience store attached to the McDonald's. The drive thru is the busiest part and it seems quicker to order inside. The inside is pretty clean and there is a good amount of tables and chairs inside. When we got in we were greeted right away. We placed our order and didn't have much of a wait . Our food tasted like other locations and was warm. I did notice that my hot chocolate did taste more like caramel, but everything else tasted the same as other foodies we've had at other McDonald's locations. I will say that this is one of those locations were you get in and get out. Please check your order before leaving and you're good. read more

It is an extremely busy location 24/7, so it takes a while to get my food. This location doesn't cut corners nor make exceptions, and they do things by the book even though they haven't always prepared the orders correctly. Today, I decided to dine-in for breakfast and it was a totally different experience. The dining room was very clean and decorated for the holidays. The order taker came to the register quickly and politely. She looked and was very professional with me and her coworkers. The wait was still long, but the order taker remembered what I ordered and had the waitress deliver to my table. The presentation on the tray was very nice, and everything I ordered was there. The food came barely hot, but quickly becomes cold. The biscuit is moist on the bottom, due to stacking on top of the egg. The egg was perfectly scrambled. The sausage was ok and the texture was soft. The pancakes were perfect and the syrup is just the right size. The hash brown is separate and it was good. The biscuit comes with grape jam (no choice of flavor). There was more than enough food. My rate is an average of my past experiences, but today was exceptional. Their credit card never works; poor customer service; closes their service whenever they feel like it in the middle of the night (supposed to be 24/7, Not.) At 00:11 hours, decided for drive-thru, you know to make it fast. However, after 10 minutes of waiting in line, I was wondering what takes so long for the two cars in front of me to make their order. Finally when I got in front and ready to place my order, I couldn't get anyone to take my order for another 7 more minutes. Finally I was told by the drive-thru employee to please hold. Okay! Let me remind you that I was already holding for the past 17 minutes without anyone saying anything. After 5 more minutes waiting the drive thru employee told me that they only accept cash, and that their credit card machine is not working. Well thanks for telling me that before I was waiting in line for the past 17 minutes now. I had to explain to them that they need to get out and announce to all 6 cars that are waiting in line to get food that their credit card machine is out of service. Not everyone carries cash on them!
