Share tea Review 5-16-26 I had a coffee milk tea with jelly today- NOT WHAT I WANTED. I DIDN'T LIKE IT OR FINISH IT. The coffee flavor was fine, BUT, NOT THE "JELLY". I wanted tapioca BALLS, usually licorice flavored and CHEWY. The 'jelly' in my drink was thick, soft strands, very soft and mushy, not chewable. Texture is a significant experience in one of these unique drinks, entirely lacking in mine. I will never order another drink with 'jelly' again. If the more chewable tapioca balls are available, I need to see it on the menu. I did not see it or know it was available. I thought 'jelly' was simply a different shape of tapioca with body equal to that of the tapioca balls I have had in all my previous drinks. It is not. read more

I was looking for the QQ family drink and chose the fresh milk version instead of the milk tea version. It comes with milk, brown sugar, grass jelly, egg pudding, and boba. It tastes literally like the ingredients list. I got it at 30% sugar, so it was just sweet enough. read more

I tried giving this location another chance and I regret it. Came in earlier today and asked the woman at the register what all was in the "golden retriever" drink. She mumbled something really fast in an extremely exasperated tone. I didn't catch it so I asked her to repeat it. I had to ask a couple more times before I could fully understand her. She said "it's brown sugar milk tea." So then I pointed to a picture of a drink on the menu that had a bunch of toppings and asked her what that drink was called. She responded again in the same exasperated tone, extremely fast, and all the words seemed to be mashed together. At this point, the guy in the back spoke up and told me that the drink I was asking about was called...*drumroll*...the "golden retriever". Needless to say, I was pretty irritated. I looked at her and asked her why she didn't tell me the contents/ingredients when I first asked. She responded with a raised voice that she HAD. Swung by here after going to another store south of here. It's a quick ride from Sam's Club, Costco and on the frontage road. The modern plaza should be reimagined. Not the restaurants fault but I can see where parking might be an issue despite where the restaurant is situated. We were here on Monday shortly before closing. The gal behind the counter was real friendly and sweet. Service was super quick. We ordered, paid and drinks were there. No waiting. For simplicity they have one size drink. I didn't ask or measure but it appears to be about a 20 ounce cup. Generous enough not to much. The menu is varied and you can customize with or without lychee, boba and of course sweetness and so on. You can't mix flavors or go off the menu the menu should be able to please most. We all enjoyed our drinks. The strawberry freeze with the lychee was loved except for the lychee. Will have to remember to order without it next time. We all ordered the standard sweetness and all seemed pleased. I know mine was neither too sweet nor lacking. I ordered the green milk tea. A tad too much milk for me, still totally enjoyed it. It definitely wasn't overwhelming. Hit the spot. The boba was soft and fresh slightly sweet. The strawberry tea was very satisfying. The Thai pearl tea was also quite satisfactory The restaurant itself is very clean. We decided it's worth another try. read more

Ladies who work here were nice enough to change the temperature of their ac. It was at 77 and it felt very warm inside. I appreciate they did that. I ordered the Strawberry with lychee jelly and ice cream and it was very good. Next time I will adjust the sugar levels as it tasted super sweet to me. read more

This shop is super clean and tidy. Has a few 4 & 2 top tables and small handful of bar top seating as an option. I ordered Hawaii fruit tea with Aiju jelly half sweet. This drink has a mixture of fruit flavors (made with green tea, orange, and grapefruit syrups). The aiyu jelly was a little too much or off putting for me it was like a citrus jello pulp that overpowered the drink. My kids both ordered the Oreo ice blended with pearl, half sweet. I took a taste and it was an enjoyable drink. The pearls were fresh and delicious. The overall average cost is 6 bucks a drink (which seems to be normal outside of the Bellaire area). Parking can be annoying to find near the establishment if you don't opt to park in the garage that's not far away. The location next to the movie theater and save and busters makes it s great option after enjoying the surrounding entertainment. read more

Sharetea used to be my go to spot and was easily a 5* before this year. My routine was to order the QQ Happy Family with half ice and less sugar, put in my phone number for the reward, and walk out happy for the drink and the service. Starting this year, I noticed that the sugar amount is inconsistent, the tapioca boba pearls are hard, and the rewards program does not always work. I contacted Staff, Management, and Clover about the rewards program but nobody would fix the issue (missing ~9 drinks worth from this year alone). This is annoying but the far greater concern is that the drink tastes different every time I order, despite the same order, and the boba pearls are hard as if they had been made hours before and been sitting in the fridge. I miss the old Sharetea and hope that things can stabilize soon. read more

2.4.23 This was mine and my daughters first visit to a Sharetea. The inside was clean and tidy. The lady working the counter helped the man behind us in line first before taking our order. (A little weird.) My daughter had a ice coffee drink with boba and I had a mango drink with (regular) boba. Sadly, they do not have popping boba, my favorite. My first sip was good then half way through it, it was not so good. It tasted like watered milk and no mango flavor. Terrible awful! I was probably too upset to write a review back then after waiting an hour and a half in line during opening week and maybe they've improved since then but they're drinks just aren't it at all. The Hokikado and Okinawa milk teas were so fake tasting and the Boba was not cooked properly at all I would much rather go to kung fu tea where I've never had a bad drink. Also parking was really really hard to find. Glad I tried it though! I know it's one of the original Boba shops back in Taiwan. read more

My usual is Thai Milk Tea with boba, but I've also gotten the classic milk tea and winter melon fresh milk tea. All delicious. As we came in, we noticed everybody else was sitting around waiting, and nobody had their drinks yet. The girl at the cash register didn't greet us or look up at all as she wrote notes on drinks and service was extremely slow. Overall great tea choices, and great flavors. There are so many boba tea shops in the area - however this one is my one of my favorite. It is reasonably priced with great tasting flavors. The service was pretty quick with only two baristas working. There was lots of seating and pretty quiet location for working/study purposes. I couldn't give this location 5 stars due to the parking. Be expected to walk since there isn't really any great parking. Which is upsetting, I have pulled into this plaza and right out due to the inconvenience. After coming here multiple times (4-5) I can confidently say that this is one of my favorite spots to get boba in The Woodlands. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is inviting - they also have free WiFi which makes it a convenient spot to get work done. Although at times there can be quite a line, the wait is worth it. The drinks are delicious with various unique (but tasty) flavors and chewy toppings. Why 4 stars? Because the menu is small but it does the job. --- --- --- We seem to find a new boba place every weekend, but by now, we've pretty much been to just about every one in the Greater Woodlands area. My wife picked up a drink from here before and brought one home for me, but I had never been in myself until now. I always prefer smoothies/slushes rather than just straight teas. There are only a few options on that smoothie front, so I went with the Oreo. It was fine - not the best in the area but I enjoyed it. I'd probably opt to visit one of the other places in the future just because the selection is a lot stronger, but if we are in the area again, I would see no reason to avoid popping in again. read more

The location of this place is spot on; directly in between a plaza consisting of an AMC theatre (Metropark location), a few restaurants and a Dave n Busters. Glad there's finally something in the woodlands bubble that is decent. We went around 1:30p not really busy. I like that you can choose the sweetness. Both drinks were good, milk tea and Thai tea, but the normal sweetness level for the Thai tea (no adjustments) was overly sweet. Next time we're going to do 50% sweetness on that one. Music choice is explicit, if that bothers you or you don't want your kids listening to music about waps, b*tches, and h0es, I suggest somewhere else. read more

This Sharetea location is very clean with friendly staff and chic decor. I got the ginger milk tea with boba and pudding. The size was incredibly generous for the pricing and tasted pretty good, but the ginger flavor was really faint and could have been stronger. This location is also really well placedin a sIt is across from a open park-like area with a fountain and fairy lights where you can enjoy the tea in the open air. There are also lots of chairs and tables. I would definitely come back, though I hope Sharetea will expand their menu a bit in the future. read more

Finally got to visit this location right next to the AMC Metropark Square 10! Space is clean and bright. We had a mix-up on one of the drink's sweetness level, but the staff was quick to remedy it. Prices here do seem to be a bit higher than other Sharetea's in the Houston area. read more

This review is based on the drink only ! I got the Okinawa milk tea with bubbles. It has little brown sugar flavor and the portion is huge! They only have one size cup and it will fill you up. Generous portion of boba and they are soft & chewy. My only thing will be the parking. I got lucky and parked right in front. They have 3 parking spaces in front and 3 on the other side . Otherwise you'll have to park inside the building . New store so it's clean and the Workers are friendly too. read more

I've been here twice now and it's such a sweet place. The customer service is also wonderful. I was hanging out with some people who have strict religious dietary constraints and Jessica helped me out so much. I honestly hate being a difficult customer because I understand the employees have a hard job. The second time I visited, I ended up ordering the wrong teas for the people I was with, but the staff was able to correct my order. They didn't make me feel bad or anything. The whole reason I went out of my way to go to sharetea was to SHARE a milk tea. My kids never finish and having them split is why we go to share tea. When I asked about splitting it the woman (assume owner) said they don't do that there and looked as if she had no idea what I was talking about. So I asked for a second cup and split them myself and when I asked if they had a spoon bc the boba stayed in the bottom of the first one she pointed to the straws. So now I have 2 upset kids with no sealed lids (hopefully won't get a spill) and an unequal boba ratio. Be prepared for a very confusing menu, with confused, cold employees. Some things that you'd think you'd have normally at other boba shops, are not the same here. Some things are only a slushy, can't modify sugar percentage, seems like normal boba tea recipes you can't substitute with non-dairy milk. 3rd time I've came here I've had a real hard time selecting one because of the issues mentioned above. The menu is just NOT straightforward & simple at all as it should be. If you are a substitute milk drinker & enjoy customizing your drinks, expect little to no flexibility in choice on the menu & to feel very stressed out cause of random technicalities that make no sense. If you care about saving waste & bringing a reusable cup, they will claim they're not allowed to use it instead. You'd have to waste their cup & just pour it into your reusable cup. The drinks & toppings are okay in taste, nothing special. You can't count on the awkward employees to recommend you anything (new) cause it seems like nobody actually tries anything for recommendations. If you are employed at any establishment, at least have your employees be confident in their workplace to know what they're selling especially new items!!! Confident service seems so rare these days. Everytime I've left really annoyed and have only came back because The Woodlands/Spring area is dry as hell on boba tea shops that are okay, in service & quality, not so awkward. We came to this place thinking they were open for business and they weren't, is a brand new place.(Google just sent me here) it seem like they were giving a training on how to make the tea's to employees, but they gave us free samples and they are delicious.
