Seems like people only give reviews whenever they've had a bad experience.. but that's just not the case with me- I live in Coppell so I frequently eat at this location. I've been to many other McDonald's locations in the state, in the country, & a few over in Europe & this location is simply the best. Food tastes better. Staff seem nicer. Service seems quicker. Inside seems cleaner. And I'll say it again, their food tastes much better than the other locations I've been to. These are all consistently the case with this particular location. The remodel is niceish but there is no service, the employees walk right past you, the food took an extended amount of time to deliver and three out of the four orders were wrong. The team members seemed put out when we asked for the food took be remade. We ordered using the kiosks and selected the way we wanted our food. Why even give us the option if you don't want to follow instructions. Needless to say, very disappointed in the experience. I would avoid this location in every possible way. read more

The drive through is supposed to be a fast way to get fast food but I have seen at least 3 people go inside and get their orders while I sit here - trapped in the drive thru because once you enter the drive thru line they have the it engineered such that you cannot get out of the line due to shrubs and concrete walls on the side. Think twice before you go to this restaurant with slow service, and don't ever enter the drive thru line unless you want to be trapped like cattle going to slaughter. read more

Let me begin this with I go to this McDonald's at least three times a week. My orders usually run about $20. The last 4 times I have gone thru the Drive thru my order as been wrong. The McDonald's two miles down the road on Beltline/635 still has it priced at $5.08. I'll just go there. I have been a regular customer--but no more. A price hike of 28% is outrageous. read more

Beyond horrible location. I've lived here for 20 years and it's NEVER gotten better. They'll make any excuse not to work at any time of day, whether lying about online orders, not accepting orders at 2 am, telling me they can't put app coupons on the order just because they're too lazy to do it. And all the other reviews here are right. Horrendously slow. Only redeeming quality is there is one employee there who treats the customers like actual people. Last Thursday I got a burger that was Way under cooked and I took it back. I showed the manager and she looked at me and said "do you want another one?" I said "No, I just want my money back." she huffed and gave me the refund without an ounce of sympathy or an apology for possibly poisoning me. It is a shame as we ate there at least once a week. This location is probably the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I will go out of my way to visit another store. I don't eat a lot from McDonalds but kids and husband love it. The drive thru window has the most unfriendly people working it including a manager. You get no hello, goodbye, thank you...nothing! It literally takes 20minutes to get an order. Ordered curbside! After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to call the store twice for someone to tell me they dont take orders out to curbside after 8 so we have to go through the drive through! One the app let me put what spot I was in with no error on that option was close or anything! We get to the drive through to let them know that were here to pick up an order the guy response to us saying oh pull up to the second window I guess! We get to the second window the lady at the drive through gives us the WRONG food.. When she finally comes back to the window we let her know this isnt our food she then reaches her hands out to take the wrong order from us and gets our order.. When we got our food mind you we were waiting for 30 minutes I placed the order at 9:22 I didnt get a hold of anyone ( I had to call the store twice) until 9:51. We get our food everything is cold and missing some of the order. When we try to get someones attention the lady isnt at the window anymore. This McDonalds never gets it right. We have been here multiple times and something is always wrong. This morning we ordered a steak and egg McMuffin with no onions. Cashier replied it doesn't come with opinions. Our meal came out after others who ordered after us and it had onions. If you use the drive thru service seems a little faster but your soda will have very little ice. Also check your order before leaving as we were missing a french fry order one time. read more

Had a terrible experience. When I was ordering, cashier kept cutting me off to get my order. When I tried to ask a question, she cut me off and then was really rude in her response. The lady that took my order who had long braids was rude and disrespectful when ordering. (She must love her job) After getting home and opening up the nuggets I was disgusted. Just take a look at the picture and look at the effort that they put in on seeing how many different colored nuggets they could fit in the box. Nuggets went straight to the trash. Probably the cleanest, friendliest McDonalds I hAve been to. Let's face it, these restaurants are a staple for most families. Being virtually everywhere you go, eating something familiar when traveling makes life easy, I live very close to this location so I stop in at least twice a month as a treat to my kids, it is really the only fast food play are ill let my children play in bc it's so clean. One of my peaves at a restaurant is the soda fountain. it needs to be clean, otherwise I will not drink out of it. This local never has a problem. Always clean and inviting! I go into this McDonalds EVERY morning and I am not quite sure why I keep doing that. I go there everyday at the same time. They NEVER get it right. It seems like they get a good person at the drive through window where you get your order they take that person away. One thing I can always count on is that you will never see the same person twice at the delivery window. I keep coming back hoping that they will get better and they never do. Ummm, this was a weird experience. We were picking up some food for the kids, my wife was driving. She pulls up to the second window after paying and Valentino says "you look nice today" and gives her the freaking Buffalo Bill stare. I kind of look over and give him a glance but this doesn't stop him at all. The entire rest of the time we are at the window he just stares at her like he plans to wear her as a skin suit one day. Disgusting. Went inside and placed an order for 10 nuggets and a large drink. Asked for extra crispy on the nuggets & was not listed on receipt. Had to remind the cashier to request it and employees seemed flustered. I tried two different drinks from the soda machine in lobby and both tasted like they had zero carbonation. I asked the manager to get me a drink behind the counter and he seemed put out. He made sure to tell me it would take a few minutes due to all the other drinks in the roaring dispenser "ahead of me" for the drive thru. It took ten minutes to get my order for nuggets because I think the employee was just sitting there and not paying attention to which orders mapped to which ticket. She initially put my order in a to-go sack even though I'd clearly told them it was dine-in. Several other customers seemed to be waiting with issues on their orders while the manager seemed totally indifferent and left one cashier to handle everything. The employees here need more training and some basic guidance from management to ensure orders are coming out quickly and accurately. read more

This may seem crazy to say, but the service and cleanliness of this McDonald's beats that of many 4 and 5-star restaurants. It's awesome. I now go there every Friday morning with my lady for coffee and egg sandwiches. I truly can't say enough nice things about this location. The best staff, food quality spot on, clean, organized, friendly. They even come around to offer more coffee. WHAT?!? Is this really McDonald's??
