Service was quick and efficient as well. I ordered the Hawaiian burger and the small order of onion rings. It was a lot of rings to be a small order, and they were crispy and crunchy perfection. As for the burger, I judge a burger by the number of napkins needed. I used five. I probably would have used more if I had been able to finish the burger. Everything was fresh and cooked well. I got the Big Texan Burger, which was awesome - two Angus beef patties, cheese, jalapenos, lettuce, tomato. This burger looks like a specialty item for Texas locations. I came here for the chicken but after ordering and looking a their full offering I'm intrigued by the larger menu. This place might be named for its burgers and wings but they also have some Asian plates and I couldn't stop thinking about trying a teriyaki cheesesteak after I left. Going to have to report back on that one. The boneless Garlic Parmesan wings that I got were a bit on the small side but I liked their garlic butter and Parmesan treatment vs a dry rub. Not bad for a fast service place and very reasonably priced at about $12 for the combo with fries and a drink (with a coke freestyle machine to sweeten the deal) Service was great and the inside was immaculate. The wings themselves were cooked just right, with a decent amount of crisp on the skin. I asked for honey garlic on the side, and Im certain they gave me garlic parmesan instead based on its overly savory profile and lack of sweetness. Their philly chessesteaks dont look special, but they were my favorite part of the meal! The meat was tender, cooked just right, and had a pronounced beefy flavor. They added just the right amount of cheese to where its not spilling all over the place, but still can register that there is cheese. The bread is quite soft, with some sturdiness to not fall apart. I could have seen more onions and peppers, but thats just a personal preference. From all the reviews Ive seen about their burgers, Im thinking they have a really good distributor on their beef. I'll check this place out again for their burgers and other assortments on the menu, but for now, this is not my go-to wing place. It was definitely a satisfying burger in all regards and it wasn't under seasoned or anything. The Beef Fried Rice on the other hand, was where most of my gripes are. The Fried Rice overall tasted okay, until you got one of the Beef shreds in your mouth. It looked and felt like the texture of pulled apart ground beef you'd use in a burger, which doesn't do the Fried Rice any justice because of the conflicting textures and the conflicting taste. You cannot use burger beef in beef fried rice! It doesn't work! Overall, because the environment was nice, the Beef Fried Rice had a decent taste to it minus the Beef portions, and the Burger was good, this place gets a 4/5. read more

I was going to Chipotle, but decided to try this place that was next door. I'm assuming it is fairly new, because I had never seen it before. The couple at the counter were very nice. I ordered a simple twelve piece wing with fries (no beverage) half dry lemon pepper, and half honey hot. I was honestly impressed with the flavors of the wings. We gave this place another shot because when we returned to pick up our order we were greeted when we came in and the Lemon pepper chicken and fries were pretty good. The seasoning on the chicken was just right and the fries stayed hot snd fresh. So this time I tried the jerk seasoning on the chicken and it was not good. The chicken was fried good but the seasoning was hot without flavor. I added my own seasoning that added flavor so I could enjoy them. The lemon pepper chicken was good. This is our new wing spot! The wings were great and had so much flavor! They were fresh and juicy so we will definitely coming back for the wings. The Poboy wasn't Louisiana style but still very yummy! I love catfish and it was so good and flakey. The breading wasn't overdone like some place where that's all you are eating and to where it was overly fried. It was crisp and light. The bread was soft but I don't think it fits as Poboy style bread but that's just my preference. I like it crunchy usually like French baguette kinda bread rather than loaf style bread. The sweet potato fries were on point! One of my fav kinds and they did not disappoint! I love how close they are to us and how fast their service is! Wanted to try this new wings and burgers factory that recently opened in the neighborhood about a month ago. It's the first franchise in Texas from Atlanta. Went there several times to sample most of their extensive menu. They offer wings , burgers, grilled chicken sandwich, fried seafood, fried rice and even po-boys. They also serve beers there. The place is very clean. The staff , especially "no name #1 and no name #2 " were very friendly, courteous,and helpful at each visit. Met manager and owner (very customer friendly people). They have 24 flavors for wings to choose from ,including key west, Carolina gold, and Jamaican jerk. They even have their own signature dipping sauces. This was our go to place to get wings. Last two times we noticed the quality has went down a lot. We ordered wings through ubereats the other day and it was super salty. We contacted them today which I know is our fault since it's a day later because when we called right after we got the food it was busy tone and then they closed after and we got busy today morning. Well anyways we called them today evening and the manager said he won't be able to do much since it is was around 60 wings and he can remake us like 20. I mean I know it's a big order we paid for it. When they first started they used to give us drinks and more fries but now it's no drinks and barely any fries. Hubby and I went into WNB Factory for our first time today. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the restrooms were spotless. We both ordered a bacon cheeseburger, tots with one, onion rings with the other. The burgers were yummy, tasted just like home cooked burgers. The tots were great and crispy. The onion rings were just okay, crispy on the outside, but a bit mushy on the inside. We really appreciated that there was hand sanitizer on each table.
