Worst service ever! If I could leave negative stars I would. My pregnant wife and I waited in one of their mobile order spots for over 20 minutes. When we finally got our food all we got was barely an apology. The worker seemed inconvenienced by us and when my wife informed them that our fries were cold they said they would go inside to "figure something out". My wife and I waited and watched as the employee returned to work and never came back out to us. We eventually just left because it was obvious nobody was going to help us. I eat here as well and I have not been disappointed and it's the McDonald's I pick up from and I been doing this for 3year here and California. They must not train there employees on how to actually build a burger. They just throw everything into the box so you gotta rebuild it every time. No two batches of nuggets I've gotten from this place have been the same color. Anywhere from nearly raw to absolutely toasted, but they never seem to get it right. The store has been recently been remodeled, outside and in. They opened up the register area so you can see how filthy the kitchen is. French fries and garbage litter the floor. Workers walk by and kick the debris rather than pick it up. I know it is not fine dining, but come on. read more

Ordered food at drive thru early in the morning. The cashier informed me that they were only accepting cash which I said was okay. When I got up to the window to pay I tried to use a coupon from the McDonalds app that takes 3 dollars off a 15 dollar order. I was then told by the cashier I couldnt use my coupon since their system was down. I asked if there was anything she could do to get the discount and she simply said no. I felt ripped off since the cashier made no effort to even try and work with me. You know, when I go to a McDonalds, especially at 1:00 in the morning, I don't expect the service of a 5-star restaurant. With that being said, this experience was still far below par. I drove up to the drive through, and waited for over 10 minutes before anyone said anything. Then, I ordered a Medium Quarter Pounder Meal with a Coke. The guy went silent for a minute, then says, "So that's a Big Mac and a Large Coke?"... Um, no. So I repeated my order. He repeated it back to me right this time, so I pulled forward and waited another 15 minutes at the window... And finally received my meal, drove home and realized there were no fries even though it said Meal on the receipt. Now if there was like 1 new guy there through all of this, I'd understand. But there was literally 4 guys out back unloading goods from a semi, and at least 3 guys in uniform inside running around like chickens with their heads cut off. And not ONE other customer there. I am so disappointed in this McDonald's. We are here for football camps with 12 high school athletes. We tried to place and order at 545am for 30 breakfast sandwiches. We were no. I would avoid this location at night, the staff is critically lacking in the ability to function. There is an amazing transformation that happens come 5:30am when the AM staff arrives. You go from repeating your order 3-5 times just to get it wrong at the window to saying it one time and getting the correct order wow! Night shift they might mutter some word to you at the drive thru window and morning crew, Hi good morning, how are you doing, thank you, see you tomorrow, just an amazing difference. McDonald's is not my favorite place to begin with, but I cannot deny that the caesar salad (with Paul Newman dressing) is pretty good. This one is incredibly conveniently located for us, so I used to stop here when the kids were starving and we were short on time. No more. We have had SO many wrong orders that we had to go back to correct, and never did they offer anything for our inconvenience and wasted time. The quality of the food is low even for McDonald's -- stingy on the condiments and toppings, lettuce is always wilted. The McDonald's on 9th street is much better -- the one time we had a complaint about our order the manager apologized and gave us a couple of coupons for free sandwiches. That's the way to do business. And their food is just better. You'd think it would be standardized from place to place, but apparently not. read more
