The high ratings are justified! This is a good place for food and spirits at reasonable prices. We had both the steamed burger and the smoked chicken sandwich. The rest of the family got the burgers with fries. It's the opposite of a smash burger, it's almost like a slice of meat loaf, which is a good thing! The fries are addicting, with a choice of sauces. I had the smoked chicken sandwich which also was very good, along with the side salad that's surprisingly above average (includes shredded carrots and beets). Both sandwiches featured toasted buns which complimented the sandwiches nicely. My spouse indulged and ordered a cocktail, the "Sailor's Delight" featuring their dark rum. Quite tasty, a drink which would cost significantly more at a bar in the big city. For our next visit the Reuben sandwich looks like a viable option, indeed we look forward to returning! read more

We had the stuffed tater tots, sliders, and a Caesar salad. All were delicious. Service was amazing. I wanted a margarita, but they don't have tequila so the bartender recommended a mango rum rita. It was delicious! Their bloody Mary's are pretty tasty too! Would highly recommend this place. They have plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating and the ambience is just clean, breezy, and relaxing. read more

Played some golf at Tristin tree in Corvallis and decided to drive a few miles to try this place out due to good reviews. Glad I did. Service was great, food came out fast and was very good. They had a nice selection of whisky's, and cocktails options. I just had a Mexican lager but it was very good. A decent amount of both indoor and outdoor seating and it's right next to block 15 which is another cool restaurant/brewery. read more

Our family had a really nice visit here. Always nice to find distilleries, breweries, etc that are family friendly without being overrun by raucous kids, if you know what I mean. I had a flight of their whiskeys plus aged rum, followed by a special Manhattan that was recommended as I was struggling to pick a cocktail. The Manhattan, made with Aztec chocolate bitters, was fantastic - totally hit the spot. (If you don't have Aztec chocolate bitters in your home bar, I highly recommend you remedy this situation immediately.) Kids got pizza, which was excellent, and I got a French-dip type Reuben, which was excellent. Fries were perfect. I forget what my wife got, but she was also happy with her meal. Great interior and great patios, including cornhole and ladder ball. Cool open-air detached building with additional seating, which we took advantage of. Only request, and I almost took it to 4 stars because of this: please add some higher proof stuff for the whiskey connoisseurs like myself. Everything is 80 proof, and that's just so watered down that it's hard to appreciate your product. I get that this is a commercial decision, made to appeal to more people who want light easy-drinking whiskey, but couldn't you add one or two higher-proof offerings? 90 proof is still pretty easy and 100 proof would be awesome. They could even be single barrel offerings, not requiring a bunch of barrels to release. As a whiskey head, I felt flirted with by flavors that could have had so much more. The malt, for instance - definitely some interesting character there, but just a hint. So light, so hard to really get to know your distillate. Surely I'm not the only customer who feels this way... Still a fun visit with solid food and great staff, but next time I'd skip straight to the cocktail as the whiskey was too light for me. read more

Good variety of tasting options and the rum was fabulous. I liked the Bourbon, which is my thing, but I lovers the dark rum. The people were awesome - very cool vibe as well. We had a staff outing here for work so they reserved a few large tables for us ahead of time. This is a cool spot with great food and drinks! You order at the counter and they bring out your food for you. I had the 4 spirits cheese pizza which was cooked perfectly and the perfect size for one person! The Harvest Moon cocktail was soooo good! I was really hoping to try the Stuffed Tots but they were unfortunately out of them. My favorite meal in Corvallis so far. We ordered their stuffed tots, chicken & waffles, Caesar salad, and smoked chicken sandwich. The stuffed tots were amazing, perfectly fried and filled with tasty queso cheese. My entree was the chicken & waffles. I was a little hesitant about the Parmesan and pepper waffle, but it was the best waffle I've ever had! The fried chicken was also good. My wife and mother-in-law liked their Caesar salads and my father-in-law loved the smoked chicken sandwich. We also order two rounds of drinks. My first drink was their Old Fashioned. I thought it was just okay. I also tried the Spicy Strawberry, Thank Gourd It's Fall, Barrel of Berries, and Prickly Punch. I liked all four and would order them again. read more

Ok ok. Ok !!!! 1st off. This is a Veteran owned business!!! Thank you for your service!!! Ok. Now let's get down two the establishment and the folks that work there.... Two thumbs up!!! Staff was outstanding!!! VERY helpful and laughed at my jokes. True keepers!!! Food was tasty and portions were just right!! Lots of things you can share or just keep to yourself!! The skillet cookie was awesome!!! Get it. And the wings were darn good!!! No one in my party of six had one thing they didn't like or feel wasn't amazing! Definitely a good sign this place is on target!!! Now. Part 3, the Distillery goods!!! Get the sampler fight 10 bucks, $2:50 a shot!!!! This is a no brainer!!! And WOW!!!! It was ALL good. I really liked this place. Very open and airy. We stopped by on our way back from a hike and while it's a bit off the beaten path the signage for the other closed brewery next door led us right to this place. They have a order at the bar, pick up your own drink at the bar situation. You pick out your own place to sit and they give you a placard for your food. There is a water stand and nearby the bar if you want water. You also must bus your own table. I had the burger with a great side salad very worthwhile by hubby had the chicken sandwich also very good. I had ice tea to drink and when I wanted a refill I had to go to the bar and wait in line with all the newcomers coming in and ordering. Not preferred by me. All in all it's a great little place with plenty of outdoor/indoor seating. It looks like there is a room you can rent for events as well. I would go back again as the food was great. I hated the cattle call at the bar but if you are drinking alcohol (which I wasn't) it will definitely slow your roll on that as you have to go up and order and pay each time. read more

Service was good. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was fine, the chicken and waffle, also just okay (see note below about the chicken), the roast dip and the kids chicken and fries. The chicken is apparently a boneless thigh so it's very sinewy and chewy. We didn't have any spirits, so maybe that's a reason to go, but I wouldn't say the food is worth it. read more

Brought my dog here and the outside patio was spacious. The dragon sauce wings were flavorful and came with 1 carrot/1 celery but was not filling. Also ordered the steamed burger which I do not recommend. It came with ciabatta buns and the patty tasted like a thick slice of meatloaf, which did not taste like a burger at all. Came here on a Monday afternoon and there was plenty of outdoor seating - shaded and uncovered, fire pit, games, everything you'd want for a relaxed atmosphere. The spirits were great but the food was even more amazing. The food was not an after thought like at most other wineries, distilleries, and cideries, but genuinely delicious. Cocktails and food are really good here but the cleanliness of the tables is an issue. I wonder how long the scraps of food have been in the cracks of this table. And I'm sure it's not the only one. Epoxy resin or some silicone could fix that issue. read more

Great place to go for fun cocktails and the food menus is a perfect accompaniment. The outdoor seating is great for a Sunday fun day or anytime to meet up with friends or just with your bestie. Their homemade veggie burger is SO good, unlike any veggie burger I have had elsewhere. I also must mention the stuffed tater tots, they are addictive. Love their food, and they make the most inventive cocktails - let the bartender surprise you. Lovely indoor or outdoor seating and dogs are welcome. read more

Established in 2010.

The distillery began with production of premium vodka, which quickly expanded into a full line of award-winning craft whiskeys, rums, vodkas, gin and canned cocktails. In 2017, 4 Spirits opened the doors to a brand new facility located in South Corvallis. Meet the Business Owner: Dawson O.

4 Spirits Distillery was established in 2010 with a mission to create superior craft spirits while honoring all service members both past and present. The company is dedicated in memory of four combat soldiers from the Oregon National Guard 2 Battalion, 162nd Infantry Brigade, who served with the owner in Baghdad, Iraq in 2004/2005. Each day is an opportunity to honor and remember them, while raising a glass and educating our community on the needs of our current military and veteran populations.

There happened to be one open seat at the bar, which is my favorite place to dine when traveling. Sitting at the bar lets you talk story with the bartender, learn the menu, and watch the cocktails come together. If you're eating alone, I highly recommend grabbing a seat here. The bartender was friendly, easy to talk with, and clearly knew both the menu and the craft behind the bar. One thing that stood out right away was their use of fresh local ingredients, which really shows up in the flavor of the dishes and drinks. I started with the Golden Manhattan, made with a pecan-infused bourbon that was fantastic. It had a rich, slightly nutty flavor with warm vanilla notes and just the right touch of sweetness. Smooth, balanced, and a great way to kick off the meal. Alongside that I ordered the chorizo clam chowder, which brought a creamy base with just the right amount of spice from the chorizo. Meanwhile, the actual chairs reminded me more of modern living room chairs as opposed to dining chairs. As for the food, we found the two main courses rather tasty:one being a steak kabob and the other a lamb kabob. I have had the lamb kabob on another occasion and both times it was cooked so the lamb was juicy and tender: rather delicious. However, the lamb kabob only came with one skewer of meat. On the other hand, the wagyu beef kabob was very tasty in it's own right and this was two skewers worth. I had trouble squaring that discrepancy in my head - so be it. As an appetizer, we shared the calamari dish. I am used to large plates of breaded, fried calamari cooked to perfection from my days eating at Italian restaurants in New York. This appetizer came in a small cup, which appeared to be an 8 ounce size (the cup was fancy and black, consistent with the image they are trying to project). The calamari dish was good, but not anything special. Thus, without considering that this restaurant markets itself as, a high end , gourmet restaurant, I would rate the food portion of the review a 4 star. However, that must be adjusted to reflect the food preparation relative to marketed expectation and that knocks it down to a marginal 4, at best, probably a 3 in my book. The real killer was the service. I will say it was both pleasant and polite. However, this is the type of restaurant that is marketed to appeal to the romantic dinner crowd with high end expectations: the professionalism of the service fell far short. To begin with, the host and waitress sat us at a table directly next to another couple. Note that I had made a reservation for 7. When we arrived there were only three tables occupied. However, we were sat directly next to another couple even though we could have been sat another two tables away for far greater privacy and a more romantic experience. Then the waitress exhibited zero personality throughout the evening. In addition, she came over while we were still eating our main courses and asked if we wanted the dessert menus, even though the restaurant would be open for another hour. All in all, I feel that the server was a nice person, but was obviously not very experienced and added nothing to the experience - not what one expects in a place that is marketing itself as upscale. I had a restaurant business and used slow times as an opportunity to observe and teach. I noticed nobody making such an effort in a situation that called for it: a big oversight and lost opportunity for three parties: the server because they are not being assited to grow, the patron because the service impacts the consumers overall quality of the experience and the owner for the obvious reason that it impacts business long-term. I call it the win-win-win formula and this restaurant would benefit from applying this concept to training the wait staff so they are at the patrons expectation level. In summary, if this were a casual restaurant I would rate it a 3, but because of how the business is slotting itself into the market with it's pricing, portion sizes, ambiance and menu presentation - I believe it only merits a 2 star review in that particular market segment. I do not believe you will be disappointed with the overall experience, but neither time have I left their feeling wowed, and both times I left feeling that the experience did not meet the expectation for the cost nor for the intimate, romantic feel they want to project as providing
