Very young staff always very nice but make mistakes on orders often it's fast food so what else do you really expect though

This has been my McDonald's location since 2020. It has taken me five years to finally reach that final straw where I have no other option than to leave a review for the amount of poor service I have received in the last five years. This small town has two late-night fast food options, McDonald's and a brand new Taco Bell. So those who live here don't really have any options when it comes to getting take-out, and both of these establishments are by far the worst running corporate locations I have ever experienced in all of my years here on earth. The inconsistency in receiving proper orders here is so bad that when they do get your order correct, you feel a wave of relief as if you must have done something right today to finally deserve good service. When you order here, nine times out of ten, something is going to go wrong. Which, if it were me picking up my order each time, I will normally catch it and have them fix it or just deal with it and move on. However, my partner isn't one to check the bag unfortunately. It's not their job to have to, it is a voluntary generosity to check the order as a consumer. When these instances do happen, it isn't ever just a quick fix and go. You're going to find yourself waiting another twenty minutes to thirty minutes for them to correct it. The times when you call in to report the order being incorrect, you can expect for your call to go unanswered to a voicemail, inbox full. It has gotten to the point that when I do have the energy to want them to make things right with me, so I can at least eventually get what I paid for, I will just submit an online ticket straight away. Sometimes I get it sorted out, but more times than not, I don't. I am a very passive person and more often than not I just deal with it. I make due, even though ultimately I shouldn't. I have no clue as to what goes on at this location to make it malfunction in such a consistent way. Perhaps it is a high turnover rate or lack of training, who is to say. People could say it is an easy fix, just don't go here. But when there are no other options and you enjoy getting take-out every now and then? You're gonna go back. You're going to give them far more money than they're worth, and you are going to deal. Because at the end of the day, corporate is not going to care about one of their lower income generating businesses and nothing here is going to change. But still I am going to write this review, just so I can feel like I am getting the false satisfaction that my voice is being heard. read more

Its not that busy, all orders are wrong making mass confusion. I used to own restruants. There are plenty of employees working. The system is broken. It should be better. read more

Got an iced coffee that had more grounds than ice they covered about 1/8 inch from the bottom of the cup. Didn't complain due to lack of this place having anyone that has good customer service skills. Do I go back yes but I try to order stuff that is hard to mess up. read more

This particular McDonald's never, ever gets your or right, or it takes forever , sometimes both!! Last week I ordered a cheeseburger, extra pickles & after I waited 17 minutes, in the dining area, I got a meatless "cheeseburger" extra pickles. Then the manager was irritated when I came back in & complained!!! They were fully staffed, had about 8-10 people working in the back!!! Everytime it's something. But, since the only other fast food is Subway, it's as if the employees (especially the managers) know we will all be back. Honestly, after 10 minutes of waiting, you would think they would offer a free drink, or a cookie, something!! No!! All you get is attitude!! Ridiculous!! Disgusting Filet o Fish sandwich. Sandwich had slid partly out of bun and set this way, with dark, hardened cheese slice locking fillet to bun. Just gross! I wouldn't feed this nasty old sandwich to my dog. read more

You have a 50/50 chance of your order coming out right check it before you leave if you are doing a drive through its either wrong or burnt but flip a coin it could be right and not burnt or they forget something or just give you the wrong item all together read more

It's good... Most of the time. There is a chance that they will mess up your order somehow, forgetting cheese, forgetting fries, sauces, you name it but when they don't mess up the order then it's pretty good read more

First off, used the mobile app so it would be faster and easier to save time. This is the second time I've used the app at McDonald's in Croswell and it is the second time that they have no idea how it works. Wasted my time, didn't get my food, was charged for food. The only upside is that they gave me a refund. I imagine their lack of knowledge and work ethic comes from supervisors and the owners who franchise this mcdonalds. I wish I could give zero stars. Poorly trained staff because I GUARANTEE if I called back my order was just sitting waiting for me to pick it up but they have no idea what's going. What a joke. read more

The thing that makes this McDonald's great are the friendly people who work here (and the fact that they are the only place to get ice cream near Lexington that stays open past 9 pm.) Christopher who answered the phone when I called to ask was really polite and Andrew who took our order was very pleasant and actually seemed to enjoy his job! It is almost impossible to get hot fries even when you ask for new fries to be dropped. The staff is rude and the service is slow. It should not take 5 minutes to make a meal at a fast food restaurant. They have recently updated the inside of the restaurant and added a double drive they wich is nice. I only wish that I could get hot food in a timely manner. And most of the staff are rude or don't care about the quality of the food. read more

This place is literally unbelievable. Meaning you'd HAVE to experience this place to believe it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING SPECIAL. And by "special" I mean if it comes with onions(just an example, same for anything) just take the onions or else go to a different place for food. Don't confuse the employees. They WILL get it wrong 80% of the time. And you WILL wait for your food. By "wait" I mean, "we're going to have to have you pull ahead and we'll bring your food out to you in a couple minutes"......but ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME. "I'm gonna have to have you pull ahead, we're still waiting on your _____ ". "But I can't pull ahead, there are already two cars waiting up there for their food". first this mcdonalds is next to a sewer,place always stinks,second they make so many mistakes on your order,alway new people training,then they tell you to park over there and wait for your food once it took them 10 mins to bring my food, I told the girl they should throw something for free for waiting so long,as she walk away my son saw her flip the finger at me as she went in the door I told the manger and he said he would take care of it she is still there the manger is weak and useless,you tell them no onions and still they put them on,fries are always cold,they put so much ice on there soda you take a few sips gone,i been all over the u.s.a. and this one sucks I wish someone would build a wendys anything better then that mcdoalds read more
