Try explaining that to a hangry 4 year old at dinner time. This was my third visit to this location in four days & I couldn't find the receipt, so I emailed corporate about my visit and Andrew, the wonderful GM, contacted me the next day to make it right...and beyond. I can't rate too much on the food because that's all I've had, but one thing I can say is the staff is EXTREMELY nice. Always so polite and a pleasure to encounter with. This was the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. Only open for drive-thru, no dine in (this is April 2021, not April 2020!). Went there specifically for a Happy Meal. Asked for a "boy toy" which should have been a Star Wars figure, instead we were given a Disney princess toy (I know a princess toy could be a girl or boy toy - but I think they probably knew what we wanted). They also forgot to include the Happy Meal drink (apple juice). They didn't have any salads. They also didn't have grilled chicken sandwiches - only fried chicken sandwiches. They are trying to complete orders like chick Fil a (have you pull ahead this way and that way and they bring you the food) but it's ALWAYS wrong. Worst customer service on the planet. First of all you have to use a touch screen to place your order, completely bypassing the counter experience. When our order finally arrived at the table we were missing fries and drink cups. The food is the same as all McDonalds but you must use the kiosk to order. The woman at the counter had to order for every person except 2. No one knows how to use the kiosk and two people left. People tried to use it but again the woman at the counter had to help. Frustrating to have to do that. read more

I'm so freaked out! I purchased a McChicken sandwich. After a couple bites I tasted Frito's. So I pulled over and I'm sad to say there was a Frito. I called the McDonald's and the woman said no they do not have Fritos! So someone was eating Fritos over the food! Im so freaked out! When I was speaking to the manager she made very light of it. Said that they have a a couple of salads that has tortilla chips in them. This is the only explanation I received! So I looked up the salads and the flavors for the tortillas are both Chili Lime flavor and they are both separate in a sealed bags when served! Stopped on way home at a little after midnight Sat at speaker for about 5 minutes with 4 cars behind me made a simple order of 2 double ch burgers and bottle of water .got to first window said Girl said amount nothing else never even looked at me just a hand out for my payment .I pulled to second window and was handed my order all at once and all the guy said was "here" not looking at me just holding the order out the window with a look like I was bothering him.I stopped at this location every Tuesday night for last year and had same great service but this night was so bad I said nope that I can go somewhere else.I will give them one more chance if I'm hungry this Tue night but it better be better service or I will just go elsewhere .These were not the normal 2 lady's who I have had for last year. read more
