first, I ordered a medium iced coffee, and they handed it to me in a small cup. So I if that was a medium and the guy who handed it to me was like oh no this isn't a medium. Let me ask them, and a young black woman came to the window and said that is a medium in our iced coffees. I've never ordered a medium and got in a small cup before I order iced coffee from here regularly (not at this location). But I don't like to be confrontational. So I just took the coffee of the says it is a small for fountain, tea, and iced coffee. So they did in fact, hand a small iced coffee when I paid for a medium And told me that I was wrong when I said it wasn't medium. But whatever. I pulled away after I got my food. And my daughter asked for her toy (k Pop Demon Hunter card) well it wasn't in the bag so I turned around and went back I pulled up and told them that I did not receive the toy that I paid for so they went and got me a Mario toy and I was like no I specifically asked and paid for the K-pop demon, hunter toy, and the man who was helping me went to go get it and then next thing I know is this young black woman again yelling oh no uh uh and throws the drive-through window open and says you can't have one you have to buy the meal for it and I was like well I paid for it. It's on my receipt. That is the one I specifically said and asked for and she said well I don't know what to tell you the other girl should've told you that you couldn't get it. Really really hope that she is not the manager because she is so unprofessional and rude. read more

I'm really not too worried about having the nicest, happiest people in fast food because I work in food service too but the girl taking our order in the drive thru was rude af. Also a shoutout to the girl with the copper oval glasses and braid(s) because she was very kind and there was a small mix up but she and the guy with pinkish hair(who came in after my order was taken) were able to effectively figure out the confusion and deliver my order. Also if the ice cream or frappe machine is always broken, I don't see the point in even selling those items which might be a corporate thing but Idk it just seems like setting yourself up for failure. read more

about the worst place i've been so far the workers were rude , wouldn't give us our breakfast cause we weren't "fast enough" , had to get lunch they forgot half our order and made us repay for it even though we had our receipt. bad customer service! read more

I don't know why but this restaurant can never seem to get napkins into the bag of food. Also, I didn't realize that stacking a Big Mac was such a highly specialized skill. If you paid people a living wage to work there, you might find employees with sufficient mental skills to properly stack a Big Mac. read more

Two times now I have arrived to this location at 5:05 AM (they open at 5) and no one is there to take my order (I've tried honking). The same McDonalds you'd fine anywhere on Earth. This McDonalds, however, is located at a very busy spot. It's right smack in the middle of Cuero where two major roads intersect. The parking lot in minuscule and the line for the drive thru will sometimes extend to the main road causing traffic. Inside is not any better. The McDonalds is tiny and seats less than 50 people. I don't expect much from a McDonald's, but when you get to the pick up window only to be told they gave your order to the car in front of you. Can you please pull forward. Decent. It's a McDonald's. Not much to expect. You balling on a low budget and want a quick snack to fill you up stop here. Sometimes you have to make sure the order is right or nothing is missing and you always have to explain to put seperate orders in different bags which is kinda annoying because you would think that would be common sense not to mix other peoples food together. read more

The manager Angelica Munez should not be employed in any job where she is forward facing to consumers. She is terrible and rude, and refused to try and make an incorrect order right. At the end of the visit I took the order which was made incorrectly and asked for a bbq sauce to make things right. All I had was a debit card on me and she insisted I pay 27 cents for a bbq sauce. This is the worst experience with customer service I have ever had and I hope that she is fired and can't find a new job that interacts with people. read more

Stopped in for a cup of coffee 45 min ago. 5-6 employees doing nothing but chatting. 1 finally managed to tear himself away and wait on me. Thanks! Ordered the coffee. Spent 7 minutes watching lots of "help" doing nothing. Especially a taller Hispanic guy who I assume is some sort of "manager" as he spent his time messing with the other folks and literally didn't do a thing but drink a drink. Then took off his smock to get in line to order something. Coffee finally arrived another few min later. Had to ask for some sugar and creamer. Took another couple min - Again, it was 1 cup of coffee. THEN had to ask for something to stir the cream and sugar. Manager guy stood behind me and watched the entire deal go down. Oh, I was the only person ordering in the store at the time. Worthless. I hope the franchise owner wasn't one of the folks present. But for their sake, if they weren't, I'd clean house! read more

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and I have traveled through out the US. The people inside are always playing around and not taking care of customers. They let you set at the order box or window forever (this explains why there is always a long line). They are rude and the food has been so bad I have had to throw it away. I would love to be there manager of this place. There have got to be better managers and employees to work here. I would rate it a 0. Horrible McDonald's!!!! read more
