Ordered and drove away in under 10 min ) Hot fries, milkshake machine worked, and willing to indulge a strange sauce request. Think in them striving to be fast, they let the frier drop in temp too much. Husband isn't loosing the nuggets he had, but the night is young. I'll visit again. Worst McDonald's i ever been to. So I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets meal. The girl gave me a cup but why did she put the cup facing upside down on the counter. Like that counter is dirty common sense. I asked her for a new one and she gave me an attitude. She seems like she is my niece age. Definitely a big improvement from previous visit several months ago. Redesigned the interior and service counter. Staff very pleasant . One staff member in particular who works the morning shift - Mary - is such an asset to this location. This lady seems to do it all, from ensuring dine in customers are taken care of, running the register, cleaning, running food outside. And always pleasant. There is nothing worse than ordering food, getting home and finding out they messed up your order. I ordered Big Mac combo, no Mac sauce add mayo. It had Mac sauce and mayo on it and no cheese. I feel this was already a messed up order; they just added mayo. Fries were cold and they were busy. Only the tea was good. Gave sandwich to my boyfriend. Extremely disappointed. Literally the slowest "fast food"/McDonald's I've ever been to. After 15 minutes in line( I watched 2 YouTube videos) I pulled up and parked to go inside. When I asked about the about the wait at the drive through I saw 6 people 2 literally standing still. I got told they are under staff. When I said it's like this every time I come here(ive been her 3 time when I get off late after working an 10 shift) I was told to go to Hiram which is 17 minutes away. They she cursed walking away. I placed a mobile order for pickup using the mobile app. Upon arrival there were 3 cars in play, mine being the last in line. The supervisor, who was working the drive-thru orders,couldn't locate my order and said it was because I needed to park and come inside to pick up the order. Since it was raining, I asked if it would be possible to just pick it up through the drive thru window. The supervisor said "No, you have to pick it up inside", so I mentioned the fact that it was only 4 steps for them to take it to the window and that it was raining. He stated "We can't do that" and "We follow rules". I then asked to speak to the manager, to which he replied "I am the manager". Knowing that he wasn't THE manager, I called him 'a supervisor' and eventually told him that I would come in and pick it up and to have a good day. It was like he had a need to challenge a simple request. When I went in, the order was sitting at the dispatch where both pickup and drive-thru orders were placed, before routing them. The supervisor came to the front us counter (dressed in a regular uniform, which is different from a manager's), apparently attempting to make a point, then returned to the drive-through post that he was manning. It took the same number of steps to just hand my order through the window as requested and exhibit good customer service. If you're a good manager, the rules are yours to embrace but also to enhance to meet your customers' needs. Many thanks to the ones who DO go the extra distance, whether it's 400 or just 4 steps. Sadly, a lot of arrogance, laziness and poor customer relations were all wrapped up into this order. I didn't write this in order to expose the individual, because either he knows that he failed or he'll never understand that he did. I wish him the best in his dream to be a good manager. read more

Great breakfast visit. Food was hot and well prepared. Order was correct and ready almost immediately. Fully staffed. People were friendly. Place was immaculate, and staff cleaned tables after guests left. Trash cans were not overflowing. Well run. I was reluctant to visit because of the low scores, but people generally leave reviews for fast food places only when they have a bad experience or are pissed off for some reason. This is probably the worst McDonalds in the Dallas area, every single time I order from this place they always forget something, for example my sauce, my nuggets, and even my deserts I order. Also I have no clue who is in charge of the coffee around there but it's honestly the nastiest McDonald's coffee I ever had in the past I've ordered a Carmel hot chocolate and when I say this is probably the most sour/sugary thing I've ever had, it was rancid. I only visited this location once, but had an okay experience. I got carry-out; most of the negative reviews here seem to be for the drive-through. They got my order right and let me use a coupon with the app. I did have to wait a few moments at the counter before I was acknowledged, but nothing terrible. The gal who put my food together was very kind and sweet, and they got my order right. No complaints. The dining room looked clean enough, though I didn't stay to eat. I wanted to leave a review for the awesome customer service I receive today . My daughter dropped her favorite toy behind the play pen area that was restricted . The staff went over and beyond to her toy back to her - which they did ! I actually thought welp that's the end of that toy but the manager came over and she tried several means getting my daughter her baby doll . Went in to grab a sprite. Nobody in line in front of me. All the younger workers were running around helping drive thru orders. That's fine but nobody acknowledges me. A woman comes out of the bathroom jumps in front of me and grabs her drinks and starts talking with an older woman in grey who I can only assume to be management because she is comping her drinks and cutting up. Today's was my first time visiting this location, I can't say it was a pleasant experience. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to appear to take my payment mind you I came after the lunch rush. Unfortunately, she was more focus on conversing with her peers. I ordered and paid for a regular McFlurry and received the snack size. I asked the young lady if this was the regular size at first she seem unsure but, said yes when she was handed the cup to give to me. First of all I ordered at the drive-through and twice told them my special order to not put any mustard or onions on my hamburger. The girl assured me that she had put that on my order, but when I got my hamburgers there was onions and mustard on both. Also when I interacted with the people at the McDonald's both of them seemed like I was a hassle. I don't really hold the workers all that responsible. Both were high school kids. OK I would give the store a -5 stars today up until this time I read this as one of the better McDonald's in the area however thanks to the manager Miss Selena I'll give this store a -5 and I will never patronize the store ever again and here is why. I arrived at the store at exactly 1150 however Google states that the store closes at 1:00 AM so I would advise the store owner to change that online. Well it started with us arriving at 11:50 and the McDonald's line was at least a 15 to 20 minute wait just to get to the speaker OK. At exactly 1210 Miss Selena comes out to tell me that I needed to leave because their store closes at 12 o'clock I had advised her I have been in this line since 11:50 because the young man put the cones behind my car so I was to be the last car however more cars came asking me which still they arrived before 12 o'clock I was commending the young man saying he was a nice person to still allow those other cars but I just think he did not want any confrontation. So he just to keep peace was allowing a couple of cars to come in because the wait at this time was 20 minutes and I still have not gotten to the speaker to give my order. However Miss Selena decides to come out to tell me that the store was closed and I needed to leave I'll explain to her that I've been in line and I've been in line for now 20 minutes she said but you have to leave and I stated to her so when your store closes regardless as to who's in line you tell them that they have to leave. She says yes I Explained to Salina that you have to clear your line 1st before you can close your store and considering I was in line before McDonald's in Dallas closed she could not tell me to leave however she repeats again our store close at 12 you have to leave I was talking in a very calm manner and I explain to her again having worked in fast food having been a manager you cannot tell your customer who you have not waited on due to your slowness that they have to leave she says again ma'am our storI said so are you telling me because it's 12 o'clock you have not waited on me and I was here before 12 o'clock I have to leave she says yes so I explain to her well OK at this point give me your managers name better yet give me the store owners name she indicates to me she cannot give me that information but what she was not aware of I can get that information I will get that information and I'm going to make sure that this store and everyone knows why their customer service and they have a one and a half stars on YELP is because it's just terrible I've never known that in retail and restaurants whoever is in that building before you close you have to wait on that person. Well another ladies comes out s he said the young man told us that you were there you were the last person and we'll go ahead and wait on you. Well at this point and another 10 minutes later, no thank you you will not spit in my food you will not throw my hamburger on the floor and then give it to me so we decided we didn't want to eat there at this point however I just wanted to make it clear to everyone this is how the McDonald's on merchant's Boulevard works and then our owner district manager really needs to get something straight first of all changed your time in google second of all teach your managers some some I don't know business etiquette but I will not be patronizing that store ever again. And also allow me to say this I know that due to the times we are living in right now with shortage of workers that things can be delayed but I do believe that Miss Selena could've handled that situation better by saying OK we will go ahead and let you stay and I did not appreciate the fact that they would not take my word and the young man finally told them and I think he told them several times that I was the last person there that it was decided and again it was not decided by Miss Selena it was decided by may be the cook I don't know who the other person was that yes we' ll go ahead and prepare your meal. Regardless, I won't be eating at that store I'm not even a fan of fast food this was for the other people in my car. And Mr. Stewart can also expect a call from me.
