This Starbucks is either busy or they're not. I come through the drive-thru almost once or twice a week when I'm in GA. Honestly, SB always taste the same anywhere. It's the service that differs. The ambience differs. You can sit and study at this SB on a weekday. You can't just do a quick pick up at this SB during busy mornings, expect some delays. I asked a barista if they can throw a cup for me inside, since I don't have an available cup holder to hold my drink, one day a barista said "absolutely" and another day one said, "no". read more

I wrote a review for this location about just under a year ago, and as I've still been visiting this location on and off, I figured I'd update my review as I feel this location is deserving of a little more slack than I originally gave. This location is just alright. staff are usually very kind and welcoming, but service can still be incredibly slow with wait times upwards of 20+ minutes, even for mobile orders if it's a particularly busy day with staff that aren't prepared for the usual rush at this location. as a regular at this location I always try to be as patient as possible, but I'd be lying if I said the wait times here didn't grind my gears a bit at times, even a year later. I genuinely think this location is just a victim of the space it's confined to, honestly. one of my biggest gripes with this place has become the absolutely absurd size of it. if you visit during rush hour (usually the hours of 9AM-12PM) you literally will not be able to move inside at this location because it's so small, and because orders take so long to get out, you often times get a queue of people waiting by the counter for their orders. the mobile order pickup is right by the front door. you will not be able to enter this store during rush hour without accidentally bumping into somebody or having to repeat "excuse me" about forty times before reaching where you need to be. if this location were larger and in a better place not only would the inside atmosphere be better, BUT the queue of cars in the "drive thru" would not back up onto the street and impede traffic. every negative factor at this location just plays off of one another to create a subpar experience. hit or miss staff in terms of drink creation and a small location blend to make a 3/5 experience at BEST. if you want the honest advice of a regular, place your mobile order several minutes before you even arrive at the location and ALWAYS pick up inside, not drive-thru. the app will give you an ETA on your drink, this is often wrong. depending on the staff you get you'll need to add an extra 5-10 minutes to that time. do not wait inside the store, wait in your car or outside. when it's been a couple minutes over the expected pickup time the app gives you, THEN go in. if you drink isn't ready by then it should be a couple minutes later, and I promise you the last thing you want to do is wait inside this location for longer than needed during rush hour. you may think you're outsmarting the system by using the drive-thru, you're not. between people taking hours to order, ordering 3+ drinks at a time, and the time it takes staff to churn each drink out, I've had 30 minute waits at this drive-thru EASY. save yourself the stress, order ahead INSIDE, get in and get out. that's going to be your 3 star experience at this location. overall it's unfortunate there has to be such a specific process to make the experience at this place bearable, and I wish this location were larger and had more hands to help, but this is just a hit or miss location truly. if you can I would go elsewhere, but if this is your local store, I would take the advice I gave. read more

I placed 2 mobile orders on 2 separate dates and received incorrect drinks. The first time I ordered a creme based white mocha frappuccino for my daughter. The barista handed us a drink with a red topping. We handed it back. She then made the drink incorrectly a second time, this time giving us a coffee based white mocha frappuccino. The following week, I ordered the creme based white mocha again. I didn't check the drink but as we drove off my daughter said that it tasted wierd. We were given a vanilla bean frappuccino instead. I just drove home and called the store. I explained my frustration because she initially got the drink as a birthday treat that we do every year. Way to ruin her experience twice. The guy I spoke with wrote my name in the book and said they'll remake it but said I should come tomorrow. I stopped by alone and spoke with the shift lead who was very polite. I told her that we'll pick the drinks up on Saturday. We went back to Starbucks on Sat after 2pm as she requested. We received 2 venti sized drinks one of which my girls split because they can't finish a whole one alone. Yes, we got 2 drinks but thr experience was frustrating and took away from my daughter's birthday experience. (She's 8) I usually go to Starbucks inside of Target and I think I'll continue to do so. service is AWFUL!!! their drive thru is always super slow no matter how many cars are in front of you. i don't think i've ever waited less than 20 minutes in this line once. one time they decided to close early due to poor staffing (which i understand) but i had already been waiting in the line for 20 minutes and there were NO cars behind me. an employee put a cone in front of my car once the car in front of me finished ordering and then proceeded to walk away with no explanation. i had to roll down my window and ask him what was going on. awful awful service. would give this location negative stars if i could. read more

Ugh. I feel conflicted writing this review! The drinks are always perfect. The employees are always so kind and willing to help make your order perfect. But the drive thru service is so slow. Like unexplainable slow. The cars will stretch outside the parking lot into the street and a typical wait at the drive thru can easily last 20 minutes -- and that's not an exaggeration. It's incredibly frustrating and makes me choose other coffee places instead stopping at my beloved Starbucks. Something has to be done to improve how busy this location always is. I love starbucks! But this location continues to try my patience. The barista promise here was broken. I made it all the way home and opened the lid to my triple venti Carmel macchiato only to find it was 3/4 full. I didn't even notice it until I got home because I had gloves on I guess.
