The remodel a few years ago made it smaller. I have been told by an employee that they had problems keeping the upstairs patrolled. This location is right behind Seabreeze high school. Your typical McDonald for you. Everything is as expected except the trash was overflowing and seemed like they didn't have any staff to clean the seating area and the trash emptied as with the busy traffic. And they don't have any size drink for $1. read more

Never had a bad experience here until today: I went through the drive through and the lady working the 2nd window was rude. She didn't care to say have a nice day or ask us if we need anything, she just talked to her co-workers and didn't pay us any kind. She even slammed the drive thru window after she just gave us our food. Very rude and disrespectful. read more

Where do I start...this McDonald's on beville rd in Daytona beach is by far the worst restau6rant ever. 2 times prior to this in the last couple months, this 24 hr chain refused to take anymore orders through drive-thru and locked the doors due to lack of staffing they said. Also I had gone through drive-thru on another occasion and I sat at order sign for 4 minutes and kept saying hello with no response...so I drive up to first window and nobody there...drive to pickup window and nobody came to window...I park my car and go in to complain and manager said the employee just left the window to go on a break and never told anyone..really?? 2 days ago I walk right back in as our 2 large fries were...no kidding...half empty...tonight...a car in front of me placed an order and I was the only other one in line...a guy to me to give him a min and I said that's fine..after a min a girl came on and said they are not taking any more orders....I said are u freaking kidding me??she said I'm sorry...we are shutting down for the night...I said...its 844 PM and I am the last car in the line...u can't take mine yet....nope...I'm sorry she says!! I moved from pa 2 yrs ago and there is NO customer courteousy...no work ethic..and it's very obvious in their tones...they frankly don't care...managers...owners obviously eitber... as they must send u apology letter and let it go at that...over and over...very shameful of the franchise owner for being aware...but not fixing and getting rid of the shit workers that have no pride in their job or pay check. Ridiculously slow. Been here two times and had to wait over 10 minutes for food both times.

Website says this location is open till 12am yet nobody comes to drive thru after 11.

Better than most other locations, but that's not saying much. I told them twice that I wanted sandwiches only and they kept asking me if I wanted meals. The third time I raised my voice and said sandwiches only and they sarcastically said okayyyy. read more

Terrible customer service. unfortunately the only McDonald's in the area that's the only reason why I continue to come to this location. They gave me the wrong beverage which is fine, it happens. My problem is that when I let the CSR know, she grabbed out of my hand then shoved back in my hand after she remembered that "she cannot take drinks back" I can totally understand if this is a heath department issue. I asked her to take the drink and throw it away for me. She said no. I've worked for years in fast food and I would never provide this kind of 'customer service'. I would throw the mistake away and then wash my hands. Which is what she should have done. Instead I'm left with the option to either hold an extra drink while I drive or get out of my car and go inside the building to throw away their mistake. It's just poor customer service. It may not seem like a big deal for most but after many times at this restaurant and receiving the same kind of attitude from their employees it's just annoying at this point. Nice McDonald's. Newly renovated. Good service. Had breakfast and they brought it to me at the table.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It's slow, the employees are rude, and they have yet to get my order correct. We have a large family so before moving to the area we went to McDonald's at least once a week. After experiencing this McDonald's we prefer eating at home no matter how exhausted we are. Several of their employees have dreads down to their buttocks. Good luck not getting hair in your food. The drive thru is abysmally slow. We've had wait times as long as 17 minutes. I am not quite certain how corporate has not looked into this one and fired the entire management team but they should. Each and every time we have gone ( 4 in six months) they have made some mistake with our order. This last time not only did they dress our sandwiches incorrectly but they left out a sandwich. They insist on giving drink carriers regardless of your feelings and insist to the point of arguing with you that their manager mandates they use them. My wife drives roughly 5 miles out of the way to get her morning coffee because this McDonald's can't do anything correctly and it's just not worth the frustration. Make sure you check your meal before you leave because something will be wrong. Just can't say enough bad things about this McDonald's. read more
