So I dont know why people dont like Arbys. I really dont. I have literally had every single thing on their menu (even the special items). There best thing they ever served would be their hushpuppies and then there burger. I swear, it tasted like they put it on a BBQ. Does not taste like any other burger from any other fast good place. I like to eat Arby's when I'm on the road and I found this location to be an excellent example of how an Arby's should run. This location had a friendly staff with a professional attitude. They took care of all customers in a short amount of time. They provided the correct order with fresh warm food, as it should be. This Arby's used to be a good place to visit but has recently went down the drain. They have new managers there and they are not very helpful and can be downright rude. I will go to the other Arby's in Ormond Beach at Granada and US 1. They are much better. read more

"Welcome to Arby's, may I take your order?" chimed the intercom at the drive thru window on a rainy Sunday evening. A quick and easy order, all I wanted was a Classic Roast Beef for the ride home to Vero Beach. Located just west of Interstate 95 on North Highway US 1, this Arby's is located inside a Love's gas station and convenience store. Drive thru is located on the east side of the building and does not have an overhang. Fast and courteous service from Phaomi, my cashier. Asked whether I wanted a drink, fries or a combo, I declined. I had water in the car for my trip and am not really into soda. When I arrived at the window, Phaomi inquired whether I wanted Arby's or Horsey sauce. I took the Arby's sauce. Very friendly cashier. Fast and quick service and I was on my way. Napkins and Arby's sauce was in the bag. Sandwich (once I put the Arby's sauce on it) was above average. It's all about service in the drive thru. Was it fast and courteous? Did you forget napkins, straws or condiments? Was my food made correctly or did you screw it up? Overall, a pretty decent experience at this particular location of Arby's. I went to this Arby's yesterday while traveling and stopped at the Loves Travel Stop that it is connected with. I first went through the drive through. I ordered a Dip Sandwich and a bottled water. Got up to the window and only had a short wait about 2 minutes. Got my order and was asked if needed any sauces, I asked for Arby's Sauce got it and parked in the lot to eat. my order was correct however I did not get any napkins, which when going through drive through that is important as you are more than likely eating in the car. I take half the blame though for not asking or making sure I got them before driving away. After eating this, I decided I wanted some fries and a Cherry Pie. I parked and went inside the restaurant to place my order. I used the restroom first which was very clean and well stocked on soap and paper towels. The restaurant was busy but all empty tables were cleared and wiped down. I didn't see any mess left behind from previous eaters so they were staying on top of the cleanliness of the place. I placed my order and the staff was really nice and upbeat. I told her I didn't get any napkins with my previous window order so she stuck extras in my bag with my new order, and I heard her tell the window girl to be sure she is putting napkins in every order. I saw the other review for the place was back in 2013 and was a 1 star. Well I can say by far my experience was the opposite from theirs but it has also been 2 years later. I highly recommend this Arby's if you are traveling by the area or stopping into the connected Loves Travel Stop. read more

UPDATE 1-12-2017: I'd like to think that the review I wrote 3 weeks ago (see below) made a difference, and maybe it did, because my experience today was excellent. At least 3 people said "welcome to Arby's" as I entered. I was greeted with a smile at the counter by "KC", who not only made eye contact several times, but also said "Thank You"! I got another "Thank You" when she handed me my food (which was ready even before I could fill my drink!). I noticed that every customer who came in after me was also treated in the same manner. The floors and tables were already clean, but even so, I saw the floor being swept twice while I was sitting there. Today, instead of feeling like "Customer # 10,436 of the day", I felt like I was the CEO of Arby's and everyone knew it. And when I left, I even rang the bell! :) (if the experience I had today holds up after a few more visits I will delete my original review) ================================================================ 12/20/2016 Because of the location, I'm sure they get a lot of one-time visitors so they don't put much effort into being friendly. I live close and visit often. Once in a while I hear a "Hi, Welcome to Arby's" when I walk through the door, but once I get to the counter I feel like I'm Customer # 10,436 of the day. No eye contact, the person taking my order is often talking to another employee about non-work-related things, and only rarely do I get a "thank you" from the cashier or the person who hands me my food. The place is fairly clean, the food is the quality I expect, and I always dine-in. But unlike other Arby's locations, I have NEVER heard anyone ring the 'Excellent Service' bell upon leaving. If you want friendlier service, go to the Arby's in town on Granada, but if you just care about the food then this one is OK. read more

Store #7779 and associate Ms. Aletrice Lewis, provided the worst customer service ever experienced. A few weeks ago, we had to have Arby's after seeing the commercials, using the drive thru. Once at home when we took the first bites, the sandwiches tasted burnt. After checking the buns, the bread was burnt and had very little meat. My wife called to let them know we weren't satisfied. The store's motto is "We make it right". Manager Jessie apologized and told us to come by anytime for a replacement meal. Very nice, it wasn't about money (only $15.73) or free food, it was about quality. Tonight, when my wife took her receipt and the manager's name, associate Ms. Aletrice Lewis acted rudely and practically called my wife a liar, treating her like she was trying to get something for nothing. First off, their manager Jessie, told us we could return anytime for a replacement meal. But Ms. Lewis told us the transaction wasn't recorded in their book and "how did she know we hadn't already gotten our replacement meal". She refused to help and said if she did, "it would come out of her paycheck". What a horrible way to treat a customer! My wife was in the store for about 15 minutes while I was filling up the car at the gas pump. When she came outside, almost in tears I couldn't believe it! How do you treat customers like that? Ms. Lewis not only didn't "Make it Right" but embarrassed my wife in front of other customers. She belittled her, basically calling her a liar and thief. This complaint isn't about money or food, it's about poor treatment of a customers, totally unacceptable behavior. I know customer service isn't what it used to be, but when an employee makes you feel like you are wrong just for asking for something you paid for, that's bad. Someone owes my wife an apology and we hope Arby's provides better customer service training and disciplines this customer-facing employee! read more

What a disaster this place is!! I tried ordering 2 sandwiches at 7am, Monday morning. The lady at the counter informs me she is off the clock, but will take my order. I start to order and she says just a minute. She then yells to the drive-thru lady that she needs to go. The drive-thru yells back she's waiting on a sandwich for the DT. The guy in back cooking yells he already made the sandwich for the DT. The lady out front yells she gave that sandwich to her customer at the counter. Now, the DT lady is pissed, evidently that was for her customer. The lady in front of me tells her she's got kids to get to school and can't leave because she doesn't have anyone to relieve her, but she's got to go. The DT lady is now talking with her hands directing it to the lady supposedly helping me at the counter. Three others standing behind me through all this. So, now we have a customer that has the incorrect sandwich, a customer at the drive-thru that has to wait again for his sandwich and me standing at the counter with no sandwich! I just walked away. I called the manager when I got to work. She offers me a free breakfast if I come back. I'm at work, why would I come back?!? She blamed the crew for everything that went on. Says she is trying to replace them all, that they are all worthless. This isn't the first time things like this has happened at this store. Maybe try a new manager? I think so.
