They are friendly and always get my order right. Their coffee is great and so is their Diet Coke.

BAD service i patiently waited 40 MINS for my food and they forgot to even make my food and when i walked in they said that they didn't have MY food because the system deleted the order! So I waited for nothing! They resorted to making my food reading my order off my phone and gave me my food cold anyways! it was packed and everyone was coming back because they kept making the orders wrong! All I can say is wow this place is a freaking mess! The lady that took my order was very, very friendly. Waited in line for 20 minutes for a couple of cheeseburgers, pies and some drinks. Called them to find out what in the world was going on we were just told sorry we're short staffed. Even with short staffing it shouldn't take 20 minutes for two cheeseburgers, 2 pies and drinks. When we finally pulled up to collect our order, we were "greeted" by a staff member screaming profanities at her coworkers. Got home to discover they forgot a pie. How can you possibly mess up such a small order after making me wait 20 minutes?? There is Burger King, subway, jimmy johns, A &W, and Taco Bell on this street. Pick one of those and skip Mc Donald's. I wouldn't be surprised if this location closed up. read more

Getting food here is a crapshoot. Half the time you don't get what you order. Like ordering a Big Mac with no lettuce and getting a Big Mac with ONLY lettuce. Or when I ordered a fish fillet and they put dill dip on it instead of tartar sauce. Or even simple things like asking for hot mustard and getting honey mustard instead. Worst service ever, took over 30 minutes to get my $12 order. Slow service every single time

I used to have to order chix nuggets when I ordered a fish without cheese or tartar. Because they used to never get it right 95% of the time, so I at least had nuggets if the fish wasn't right. Now I still order the complete same order fish is correct but they forgot to put my nuggets in the bag. I called and they said they would mail me coupons . Never got them. Decided to wait for food until I got near De Pere and then checked google to make sure they were open. When I got there I was told they closed at midnight. Them closing at midnight isn't a big deal to me, I get it. But the least they can do is change there hours on google. read more

Just went through the drive thru for breakfast , they had the first lane closed off but when my order was taken it was displayed on the screen in the lane that was closed ! The female who took my order is another horror story ! She was a heavyset female with a red hair, and a high bun that had a very deep voice that sounds like a man probably the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life!! I would rather talk to a robot than her! She wouldn't even look at me. She barely handed my order outside the window far enough so that I had room to grab it out of her hand. When I asked if there was a straw, she said yup turned away and left.! She should be fired on the spot!!!!! If This is the kind of people that you have working your restaurant shut it down and start over!!! Again ! I would rather talk to robot than a person like this anytime !!!!! No issues with food quality etc, but this is hands down the most consistently slow McDonalds that I've encountered.

I ordered two cheeseburgers. What did I get? Two chicken patties with cheeseburger toppings. When I went in to get my order fixed, the employees laughed. Hopefully you can find some competent employees that know the difference between chicken and a cheeseburger patty. This happen to me 3x already, when I order the ice carmel macchiato it task different everytime. one time they give me an ice coffee instead of the macchiato, one time i order five of them no sweet at all and this time my ice carmel macchiato doesn't task any sweet, no label on the drink and not even any carmel in there. The De Pere location is by far my favorite McDonald's location. This location is good at pushing orders out and wait times are acceptable. My favorite part of this location is that it is different owners than all the other Green Bay locations. The people that own this one have lower prices are aren't so greedy. Employees are always nice and friendly. The remodel does make the store look excellent. read more

After a long day volunteering at the nursing home, I just wanted some good old McDonald's, but the worker who looked like Justin Bieber decided otherwise. He messed up our orders, couldn't read, and needed 5 other people to find out how much a jalapeño mchicken meal is. Not to mention my little cousin getting a nosebleed after eating the jalapeño mchicken. And had to be rushed to the bathroom. Its a good looking McDonald's. But the crew is not very experienced. I look forward to this being a changed McDonald's with specially trained crew for my next visit. read more

This mcdonald's is not good at all. They have things on the menu that aren't even available to customers, for example I wanted cheesy bacon fries and they didn't have the "right ingredients", if they don't have the right ingredients or are no longer serving they could at least take it off the menu. Also the manager wanted to blame the young man (who seems to have just started) for messing it up when it's in no way his fault at all and the machine was broken for milkshakes, of course. read more

This used to be a good McDonalds--what the heck happened to them?!?! I'm not sure if they got under new ownership or if they just took a drive, but this store is terrible to go to now. This McDonalds used to be clean, and I would drive across town to go to the West De Pere McDonalds because I thought it was better managed, cleaner, and the service was better. Now, It's dirty, there's potholes that are a foot deep all over their parking lot, half of the drive thru people are missing their teeth or look like meth-heads, and our orders get screwed up frequently. This McDonald's is probably one of the better ones in the region, I went during a lunch rush and ordered over 20 dollars worth of food, all with special features on them (no onions, add tomato, etc.) The man taking my order was very understanding of what I wanted. I have been back in the area for 3 months and have frequented this location numerous times. Each time the service is horrendous. Either the old lady gives you attitude, rings up your food wrong and they just don't give you what you ordered. I have spoken with store management and get blown off and even spoken with the franchise management and yet no one seems to care. Multiple calls to McDonald's 800 # and still nothing changes. This is seriously the worst McDonald's possible. Every week my family goes here to get ice cream, and every week they can't make it because the machine had just been "cleaned". I'm sick of this, there is tons of poor service also. One time I went inside and ordered a hamburger, I saw my meal be made and it was ready, but the man at the counter wrote down orders and gave those people their food, there were three of them, before he finally got me my hamburger. read more
