After a 5:20 AM departure from Reno and an early DEN arrival, a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sounded good, despite the nutritional aspects. This Terminal B McDonald's was controlled chaos line wise, as we snaked through folks sitting at their table trying to enjoy their breakfast. Once at the front, my order was taken in a super efficient fashion and the guy announcing orders being ready was churning them out really quickly. And before I knew it, I was on my way, albeit with no nearby seating. So it was off to a United gate to sit down and enjoy. read more

While flying out from the airport, I decided to stop at the McDonald's for a quick bite since my flight was delayed. Now I do get an anxious before flight so the only reason I stopped here was because my flight was delayed. There was a fairly long line and they took a while to get the order ready which I would not have mentally enjoyed if I was on a time crunch. I do must say that the fries were fresh. Very busy, very loud, but DOES accept mobile order. I went to this McDonald's as a last resort late at night at the airport. They were one of the only spots open and the line was a mile long. BUT, I skipped a majority of the wait by ordering online on the app. I got my food within 5 minutes, compared to people around me who complained about 15+ minute waits. read more

This branch was located at Denver International Airport at Concourse C. Service was not the best. In fact, the two staff members I came in contact with were not that polite. The lady who called out the orders to be picked up by customers was worse than the cashier. Oh well, the food was good once I got her to fulfill our order completely. What a joy to see a staff full of people, helping a line so insanely long it felt like Disneyland, that were so happy! It's obvious they all have good attitudes. They were playful and joking but it never got to the point that they missed a beat in serving. I've gotten a LOT of Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuits in my life, I truly believe this was the fluffiest biscuit ever. I didn't see people coming back with orders, either. Horrible service. It was a busy restaurant, but had plenty of employees working. Most just standing around. I ordered my food and waited, not a problem because they were busy. As I waited I observed several employees playing around and wiping their sweat on each other. The place was not clean with garbage on the floor. I also noticed the buns that were toasted, staged and stacked. I picked up my order. The food was really bad, cold nothing was fresh. This place needs to be reinspected. Nothing tasted like it was supposed to. Im not sure what sauce was on my sandwich but that was not Mac sauce. The chicken nuggets were try and terrible. They were so dry, if you hit them together they made noise. Also, they had the orange drik back and it didn't even taste Iike it. I would avoid it, nothing tasted like McDonald's. I'm in no way shape or form a fan of fast food or McDonald's. That being said we had a very short layover and needed to find something to snack on to get us by until we got to our final destination. We ordered 4 large fries, ok nothing to complicated here, but they were probably the freshest fast food fries we've ever had and came out really quick. Perfectly salted too! Not too often that I'll rave about anything that McDonald's provides, but in this case they were as good as they could have possibly been. Also, the staff was really friendly and were processing a pretty good sized line of people really quickly. Also, they had drinks lined up on the counter (different flavors - and just water) so you could quickly grab your drink. If you were getting water they were free, which was nice since the four fries were $12. If I needed a quick snack I'd consider this place again. read more

I'm not a fast food gal. And I'm definitely not a McDonald's loving person. We ate here because it was either here or Dunkin' and the line seemed to be moving a little better here. The menus overhead were flashing and malfunctioning. As not knowing what McDonald's has to offer, I had no idea what I was ordering. The staff at the counter was confused that I had no idea what I was ordering because there wasn't a menu and offered no help. The food was fine and the we received it quickly. If you want human interaction, or information try talking to a brick wall before talking to an employee here. You'll get more out of the brick wall. read more

This McDonald's is a mess every time I visit. It is located inside the Denver Airport by the A gates. Every single time I go, it is busy, which means staff should be present. There is always a lack of staff. The staff that is working you can tell is trying their best, but the attitudes are very unprofessional and unkind. The food takes about 20+ to come out, and the order is usually not correct. You must make sure you check your bag for what you ordered to make sure it is not mixed up with someone else's. Unfortunately this McDonald's is usually the only fast food place that is open late at night at the Denver Airport throughout all gates. This is why, if you look in my picture, the line is 20+ people. They usually are out of ice cream, fruit punch, or anything milk shake related. I am sad to have to write this bad review, but I hope this can critique for better positive experiences for others. I will be avoiding this place for the future. read more

The operation at this location reminds a lot of herding cattle. You can see that the employees are trying their best to keep up, but there's always a huge crowd of travelers coming through here for their McDonald's fix before catching their flight. McDonald's is by far the most popular fast food restaurant in the concourse. My biggest beef with this location is that they do not accept any of the deals on the McDonald's mobile app, so expect to pay full price for everything. read more

While I thought I gave myself enough time (20 min before closing at 9pm), they turned me away and said they weren't taking any more orders.
