I think it's so funny that all the other food locations in the terminal have a QR code you can scan to leave your feedback but this location has a stand with emoji buttons to indicate if you're satisfied or not. I am going to up my rating a bit. They have improved. They added lanes for ordering, a person at the counter that yells loud enough to actually hear your number, and seems to have at least gotten a bit more consistent on order accuracy. The food is still less than average and priced above a regular MCDs. They also don't take rewards. One pro tip for those that have connections. I recently had a relatively tight connection (Southwest from RNO and onwards to DSM) and a fast "dining" experience was in order. However, my part of DEN was really busy, and with line-ups in front of most any place I could think of or find. As the McDonald's line was manageable and I apparently have temporarily fallen off the fast food wagon, here I was. The McDonald's employees were were really working hard, so I was grateful that the line moved quickly and my order came out in a reasonable time. Another layover in Denver means another quick meal at McDonald's! There are a few other options at this terminal but the most solid and safe option always seems to be McDonald's. I ordered my usual which is the Filet-O-Fish (~$5) with Shredded Lettuce (35¢) and a Medium French Fries (~$3). The airport prices are usually slightly higher so the fish sandwich is the most worth the money, in my opinion. The Filet-O-Fish was just okay this time. It didn't taste as fresh as previous times but overall, it is a good sandwich with solid flavor. The French Fries are deliciously addicting, as usual. They are warm, crispy, and not too salty. It's not the healthiest but it'll keep you satisfied through your layover and/or flight! read more

I had a 6 hour layover in Denver. Came from Tulsa and going to Salt lake. It's 2:27 in the morning and they close soon. Only one hour in the entire day. I was in the mood for breakfast and craving breakfast and wanted something to eat but the employee said to come back at 4 when they open again. The lettuce was crisp, the Chicken was nice and hot, and it was perfect and not terribly expensive like every other place in that airport.
