Several times a year when we are visiting family in the area we go to this McDonalds. It has always been perfectly serviceable with correctly made food and reasonable service. The dining area is not a model of style or cleanliness but they do still have a large children's play area, a rarity these days. By far the worst McDonald's, EVER! Slow! Slow! Slow! Went there for dinner: Slow! Went there for breakfast: Slow! Lots of pissed off customers! One of them even left without his order! He had been waiting 45 min for 2 f* breakfast burritos. They always say "Sorry for the delay" but why don't you make sure there's no delay going forward huh? How long does it take to warm up a f* beef patty and put it between two buns huh? or to put an egg between two English muffins? One customer complained about the slowness to the employee and instead of apologizing, the employee rolled her eyes and started bitching about her to another customer as soon as she left. NEVER going back there ever again! I hope Corporate McD comes in and cleans the house from top management to bottom. Unacceptable. read more

Me and my family took our kids here and everything was fine. When time to order I was greeted with attitude from a blonde lady. She kept heavy sighing and making it obvious she was not in the mood. Fast forward we get our food but our sweet teas are missing. We go nicely to ask for it and she said we had to pay so we went back up with receipts and still giving attitude. She says "I'll get it for you" then 15 mins later still waiting so my uncle went up for them and talked to someone else which also took another 10 mins. Finally we got our sweet teas. And then they forgot something else. And gave more attitude for us requesting it. Don't get upset because you messed up. Mind you we remained nice and calm the whole time getting attitude. read more

Recently while at Roasters Cafe in Derby, Vt. I was accosted in the parking lotby the owner of this McDonald's. I am a disabled veteran with a handicapped plate. I was legally and politely parked just like everyone else when I went in for lunch, when I came out a huge black pick up truck had backed into the spot next to me. He was so close I could not get to my car without further injuring myself on his side mirror. He was still in the vehicle and laughed at me and exchanged rather nasty words with me. This is highly unexceptable from a local business owner. Shame on you!!! I served my country so you can serve cancer and walk all over people. Just do yourself the favor and go have pizza or drive down the road to Wendy's. read more

I'm not someone to leave reviews or complain to people if it's not a big deal. But recently I've craved McDonald's more, so I've gotten it to take out. Last time half of the fries were at the bottom of the bag because the container was sideways. How does that even make sense to do is my question, "oh yeah, this open container can go sideways, I'm sure nothing will fall out". And today I got a spicy chicken sandwich and guess what. The container was sideways and open too. The sandwich was a mess and I had to organize it with a fork. (Mind you this has happened many times before, this is just my last straw). Doesn't anyone there care about how they do their job? It wasn't even bush either so they weren't in a rush. I get that this might sound dumb but imagine this happening with a Big Mac... My friend Jack loves parrots and has a selection of about 6 rare parrots that he keeps in a special cage. One day I was at his house and I was showing him how I had learned to use a Pogo stick while I was at summer camp. So I'm pogoing around and then I landed on some of his marbles that were just left careless on the floor and I slipped into the cage and all the parrots escaped. As they escaped they said some really hurtfull things about Jack and they kept shouting "Liberty, liberty!" Jack was so upset that he went into a near breakdown. He was a mess and truly looked awful. I decided to take him out for some food to apologise and help get back on his good side. There was still some pogo moves I wanted to show him. Well my husband went to McDonald's in Derby Vermont. He placed his order ,letting them know he was using coupons we received in the mail. He was told when he pulled around she would give him his total.She saw that he was the only one in the car she told him he could only use one coupons. With Covid we are not making it a family event to go get food to bring back home. My husband was so upset,he went to Wendy's instead and refuses too go to McDonald's at all. read more

I've gone through the drive-thru 3 times in the past 2 weeks, every time I order a mcchicken the bun is stale, same with the chicken. It's also tender and rubbery.. tastes awful also. Idk if they don't have funds to get fresh trucks often but it's nasty. read more

The building was rebuilt a few years ago so it is modern. Very large play place area. About 50% of the time I get cold fries and I always send them back and get fresh ones with no protest from the staff. Compared to some of the really run down McDonald's restaurants with rude staff I've been to this place is OK. They always run the most current promotion's. read more

It was the end of a very long day, things were going great-until I made the conscious decision to eat at this retched puke hole. I ordered two Mcdonalds and each of them were wrapped up horribly, with ketchup and mustard and some of the toppings off in the paper. I ordered the ice in the drive through and then proceeded to pay, the young man that took my order was obviously given a message to not sell any so he said I can'' t sell you any, Not we don' t have any, but I can t see you any. I have gone to this mcdonalds three times in the last 2 weeks and my order has not been right every time. The orange soda has been flavorless my burger was hard like it had been sitting around for hours. Every time I order my burgers no onions yup onions .I order apple pies and one time the filling is so dry like it had been there for days and today I get cherry pies inside the apple pie boxes.You call the manager and there like we will replace your burger. What good is that it cost me twice what the burger is worth in gas for my truck to go there. What has happened to the quality? does anyone really care? read more
