They have 5 cars parked in the curbside pickup spots for the drive thru!!! I've been sitting here for 15 minutes and still waiting!!!!

A Space cadet took my order for two $5.00 spicy chicken meals and the TOTAL was $16.61. I told her 3 additional times that the order was for two $5.00 spicy chicken meal deals. Undoubtedly she wasn't interested in what I had to say. My husband told her again and she come up with some sort of nonsense about buy one get one and something about $1.00 items. Nothing she said made any sense. Another customer was standing there looking as confused as I was with a smile on his face. I suppose this is par for the course at this location. Anyway, rather than try to explain it again to the space cadet my husband paid the $16.61 for the two $5.00 meal DEALS and we were on our way. This location needs more GOOD help. read more

This is the worst Mcdonald's ever!!! The drive thru always takes forever, and they're always short staffed. They will have people at the window, whose sole job is to refer you to wait in the parking lot or the next window. They always forget things-- whether it be condiments or food items, and every time I come to this McDonald's it's a disappointment. It's always unclean inside, and recently there has been noisy construction outside. Overall, the service is garbage and they have no idea how to do their jobs properly. They're either extremely rude or lazy, there is no in between. Once had a guy practically shove my meal out of the window, and say nothing. No "have a nice night" or "have a good one", just silence. I don't know what's worse, that, or ladies sitting there and saying to you "Pull up to the next window" or "Wait in Drive thru slot 2" like a mantra. And they never fail to be lazy and not put the sauce, and mess up orders frequently. Service is a joke. read more

I tried the chicken Big Mac. Oh my goodness it was good. We went through drive through. Service was good. Ambiance seemed good. I will sure tell others about this so they can enjoy a good meal. read more

Had an employee on the drive thru that couldn't speak proper English enough to be understood for placing my order. I don't speak or understand ebonics. Another employee attempted my order then the original employee came back on the speaker with more of their incoherent language. I just drove off because I couldn't understand them to be able to complete the order. read more

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal, picked it up at the #1 waiting spot, even though no one was behind me. I got to work 10 miles away and discovered, I did not have a BEC Bagel, but a sausage one. I drove back to exchange it. I drove to the window where you pick up food, handed it back to the worker, asked her to look at it, that it was not bacon. She told me to pull up into the 1 spot again. I requested not to pull up since no one was behind me and the order was incorrect. The (i guess) manager came to the window and told me to pull up, again, I requested that no one was behind me, just let me get my bagel and leave. She promptly informed me that I would have to pull up, that I was running her timer up sitting at that window. I asked how long it took to make a bagel with no one else there, and was told to pull up. I got the impression, I was not going to get my food if I didn't pull up. I told her to keep the (dirty word) bagel and drove off. I usually do not come to this restaurant because they never get the order right and you are always going back to exchange food. I was in a hurry this morning and they were the least full. I know why, they can't get the orders right. Having people pull up is defeating the purpose of the timer on the window. You do not know how long it takes people to get their food with the pull up spots, unless they have timers on them also, and they do not. I will not be back to this McDonalds, EVER AGAIN, or any other if this is the way they do business. When you care more about a timer and how well you can falsify how quick you get the orders out, it needs shut down, it's not about the customers or food anymore, it's about how you look to corporate. read more

This location allows their employees and their friends to smoke inside the restaurant. As I went into the restroom I had smoke blown in my face. On another occasion a group was standing around, some smoking. read more

The food was cold, per usual because this is seeming to be a reoccurring problem. And then the ice cream machine was " down" again. This is the second time this week they got my food wrong and when I call they do not answer. read more

Morning employees are super rude, threw my food at me and rolled their eyes when I asked for a shraw, they were absolute bitches

This is a very nice facility and not very old. I eat here occasionally, mostly through the drive-thru which speed wise is about average. Today I decided to dine-in. Number wise this location seems fully staffed, mostly with high school age employees. They are kind. The reason I'm rating two stars is all attention is given to drive-thru and not so much those standing in line who wish to dine-in. Those waiting inside were noticeably agitated from having to wait so long. Coke and Dr. Pepper were flat, so I told the young lady at the county and decided instead to drink tea, of wish there was not enough to fill a large cup. Fries were hot, Chicken nuggets were cold. As I was leaving the tea was finally refilled but no one ever even checked the fountain drink dispenser. Not to many places to choose from in this small town so most likely I'll eat here again. I just think they could do better. read more

I go to this McDonald's frequently and it is always fast and the workers are very friendly. Today, I ordered myself a 10 piece nugget meal with a Dr. Pepper to drink. The nuggets were fresh as were the fries. COVID 19- I went through the drive-thru and all those in the windows were wearing masks. When I paid, they held the card reader out to me rather than handling my card. Sustainability- The McDonald's I visited still use plastic straws, but each bag promotes recycling on the side. read more

This store can use a lot of help and improvement with customer service. The drive thru has been backed up and slow the last few times we've been there. They redone the store and I'm trying to give it time for the workers to adjust etc, but just don't know. It's still slow and always backed up and the inside is slow too. Just go in though if you want your order correct as the drive thru always messes it up 8/10 times. read more

This place must be new as it is an extremely clean and updated McDonalds! The dining area is very small. Maybe seats 15 customers or so. Its off to see such a small place have a self service kiosk that allows you to place your own order, and pay for your meal. The expo will tell your number/name when your order is ready. I like this concept as it should eliminate order errors and assist with what customer actually ordered. There is a children's play area near the entrance. Very friendly staff! They seem organized and nice! My food was hot and fresh! The only downfall I see, is the exit/entrance is near the drive thru window. So, be careful entering/exiting as a vehicle could be exciting when you do. read more

Usually this Mcdonalds is bussin' but as of right this minute, it is not In fact bussin'. they give a false advertisement. Thought I was getting a bologna egg McMuffin but got a nasty ham one instead. Now some might like ham but I do not. Also, I said at the drive thru that I had three separate orders. When I got to the pay window I said again, I have three separate orders... I handed the cashier one card and said this is for the first one and she still proceeded to pay for all three orders with that one card... how. & why. read more

Drive through service is always terrible. Workers are rude, 0 customer service. The food is hit or miss. Yes the newer building is nice but that doesn't matter when you have rude employees. read more

Ok, the food Isn't always great. And the ice cream machine is always broken. But there new improvements are great! It is much more clean and prettier. And I recommend the sweet tea. read more

The worse customer service I have ever seen. It took them 15 minutes just to make a small chocolate shake. I stopped by to get a chocolate shake for my grandbaby that had to get her finurge stuck bye the doctor so u thought I would get her one to cheer her up but that didn't smile and took to long to make.
