went to McDonald's today to use a coupon I had for two large fries for $4. I went through the drive-thru for quicker service and told the employee my code right after ordering. However, I was charged $9 instead of the advertised deal. When I reached the window, I explained again that I had a coupon for two large fries for $4. The employee insisted I would need to wait 15 minutes and repeated that the total was $9. I then asked to speak with a manager. During this interaction, the window was shut abruptly, which felt very unprofessional. Eventually, the manager came and resolved the issue, and I was able to get the correct deal. This McDonald's, just off I-16, is an easy entrance and exit which makes for a convenient travel stop. Through the years we've stopped here many times. Sometimes they've gotten the order correct, sometimes not. The bathrooms are generally clean, and the service quick. You'll find your standard McDonald's menu items, as well as seasonal or specialty menu items. Also, they have several self order kiosk inside. read more

The boy working basically threw the drinks through the window at us. Took forever to get our food. Order was wrong. Will not be coming back.

I was just in the drive-through in the first lane the second lane 6 cars took their orders and still no one took mine in the first lane. I ask if they were serving the first lane and the reply was just a minute just a minute never came so as soon as possible I got through and left now I realize they were busy, but it's my understanding that when you have two lanes that you serve one lane then you serve the other then you serve the next and the next and so on, this is not what happened I plan to talk to your manager and corporate about this because you've got a long way to go to keep up with Chick-fil-A read more

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker box around 730 am. Drove off after 5 minutes bc no one took my order.

I usually just get an iced coffee or a mocha frappe and they're always made the way I like. Quick service is a plus and the friendly staff always make you feel welcomed. read more

Dark and Spartan, greasy, high priced, not customer oriented, slow service, and gone down hill HORRIBLY from what it once was

I admit, I eat here somewhat often just for the convenience of it being close to work and to where I live, and haven't had any reason or motivation to write a review until now. During my lunch break, I met my hubby here for a quick bite. He ordered the bacon clubhouse meal as pictured on the menu as a burger. She asked if he wanted it grilled or crispy. We both looked confused as that's usually asked with a chicken sandwich, but alas, no big deal and we got it straightened out as the burger meal. He requested no tomato and asked if he could get the frozen lemonade with it instead of a fountain drink. She looked like a deer in headlights and said that that would not be possible and started to turn and get someone to help her, but we said not to worry about it since I was on a tight lunch break. I ordered a four piece kids meal and a McDouble with no mustard and add mayo. She asked what kind of sauce, I requested honey mustard. We sat down and waited for our number to be called. When I started to dig into the food I noticed I had no honey mustard sauce and he opened his box to see a nice huge tomato on the burger, even though the sticker on the box was plain as day! Luckily he isn't allergic and just took it off. He went up to the counter to get my honey mustard and they told him it would be an extra charge. They then asked if he had ordered anything...He just walked off. I admit, I should have sent him up there with the receipt and I should have sent the burger back, but on a lunch break, you just suck it up and eat so you aren't late. read more

My kids and I came for the indoor playground. It's small but that didn't stop them from playing and having fun!! The playplace is in its own separate room away from customers eating in the restaurant which is typical but very much appreciated. The cashier was very patient with my complicated order and the food came out about as quickly as we got to the playplace and got situated. We were greeted as soon as we came in. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The place was clean, the restrooms were clean. The food was McDonalds so it tasted the same as it does in every McDonalds. The fries were delicious and the nuggets were crispy. I will bring my kids back because they had fun and I love French fries also the Happy Meals have little kids books in them so that's cool!!
