Never had anything bad from Zaxby's yet. They have good, flavorful food and their service is fast. They do pretty well, too. Usually a line wrapped around the building. I have it an 1only bc I couldn't give them a zero! Avoid this pit at all costs! It smells like a septic tank inside and they never get the orders correct nor in a timely manner. It would be different if it didn't happen 75% of the time. If you must, don't use the app. You will be waiting until the cows come home for your food. The other store across town is just as bad! Went thru got wings and things and big zax meal,after 15 minutes of waiting got one order had to back up ask for second plate,after getting home 2 miles from store, everything was absolutely cold as ice,no lemon pepper to the wings at all,bad enough having cold food,and almost forgetting our whole order, definitely not what we was expecting read more

Gave my order at the Drive Thru. While I was waiting, I realized I left something off my order. When I got to the window, I was greeted by Moriyah. I told Moriyah that I needed to add to my order. She said no problem and gave me options of items that were snacks and would not take long to prepare. Awesome, unbelievable service. 5 stars for sure. read more

This exit off I-16 has the illustrious honor of being the halfway mark between my house and my parents house in south Ga. It's about a 5 hour drive so at the 2.5 hour mark - my inner road warrior (lol) fails me and I usually stop here for food. I used to go the gas station next door because the potato logs they sold were exactly like the ones I ate during my youth (you soak potatoes overnight after cutting them in wedges, then you dredge them in flour - for some reason - they only seem to do this in southeast Ga - yum). The also sold fish, pork chops, chicken, chicken tenders. It used to be our go to stop - but now - everything is SUPER SALTY. As in so salty as to be inedible. But I digress. Back to Zaxby's. The drive thru was backed up a bit so I decided to go inside. There was one couple in front of me. They took their time ordering and kept glancing back at me even though I wasn't frowning or sighing- so I don't know what that was about. Lol. The cashier was SLOOOOOW so that didn't help. When it was finally my turn - she dragged our transaction out. Stuff like - I said I wanted a club basket, no drink - and no cheese. She replied, "so is the lettuce, tomato and bacon okay for you ma'am?" Um. Yeah. "And no drink?" Yes. that's correct. I don't want a drink. Then she asked me other stuff - like if I wanted to add on a cookie or something. I made the mistake of saying that I wanted hot fries and didn't mind waiting. I said this because Zaxby's are notorious for you giving you old french fries. Cut to 24 minutes later. Yes 24 minutes and I'm still waiting for my food. I finally get the manager's attention and tell her not to worry about the french fry temperature - to just give me my order. She says okay. They give me fries with no salt. So now I have to wait while they get that ridiculous envelope of salt which makes it impossible to effectively distribute the seasoning. When I look in my bag - I realize I have no napkins. I look around and even ask the other customers standing there if they see any napkins. We don't see any. So I have to 'bother' the manager again. She rolls her eyes, turns around gives me 2 napkins and attitude. I ask her if I can have 2 more napkins and also ask her if there are more out in the dining area. She say No. So - they are slow - and cheap - and rude. I wouldn't need 5 napkins if I didn't have get seasoned salt all over my fingers trying to toss and distribute it on my fries once I get to the car. And the fries were rock hard and cold just like I predicted. Maybe the people in the drive thru got the fries they were cooking during my 24 minute wait. I strongly recommend KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Longhorn's, Cracker Barrel or even the little Mexican spot - they're all located within a mile and they can't be as bad as this place! read more

Some of the rudest, nastiest, unprofessional people you will ever meet in your life. Consistently close early, bet it thirty minutes or three hours. Have actually had employees curse at me and call me names through the drive through when they assumed I could not hear them. Watched one wipe her nose with her glove on before she took my card and tried to hand me my drink, I just took the card back and drove away. This location has gone further and further downhill; each time there is worse than the last. If you don't want to work with the public, maybe find a new job. read more

The food is not a problem at this location, it is the service. Even when you order online, it can be difficult to pick up from the curbside service because it seems the phone is either off the hook or there are not enough phone lines for the 2-3 vehicles that attempt to pick up their food simultaneously (while it is supposedly still hot). I have often observed 8-10 vehicles be served at the drive-thru on non-pre-ordered meals while I try to patiently wait on my pre-ordered meal for 20 long minutes! I will drive all the way to the I-16 location in the future to avoid this particular store's poor service. read more

The employees had a very nasty attitude and the food came back undercooked and unseasoned. They where very short and rude when taking my order.
