To address what I read that almost kept us from stopping..,we were happy with our order. Even the iced tea, which many times falls short, was fresh and good. I observed the manager training a young employee and she was extremely patient. These are tough jobs. They mostly hear complaints and earn very little for hard, hot work. read more

Went through drive thru and placed order. Sandwiches were made wrong and the sweet tea was unsweetened tea. Took the sandwiches in to be remade. They remade them again 2 times and STILL got them wrong. My friend complained about the tea and the girl that practically threw out food at us in drive thru got belligerent and made threats and come out from behind the counter. Got up in my friends face like she was going to do something. 2 managers were on duty and never once did they reprimand her or have her escorted off McDonalds property. She should have been fired on the spot for her behavior. My friend has a pacemaker which got her all worked up and she experienced chest pains and was so mad and upset that she has been sick for the last 2 days over it. Something needs to be done to this employee and the managers for not handling it the way they should have. This was the McDonalds in Dublin, VA Store #11105. I very rarely rate fast food, but the whole family took notice of the breakfast. Usually you get warming light dried out breads. This place ROCKED the breakfast biscuits today. Whoever was a chef this morning needs a spot bonus. The line was slow and the order taker was unbelievably out of touch. Basically a normal fast food experience. Going down the road - it was a super hero transformation. The breakfast burrito, eggs in the biscuit combos and the southern chicken biscuit are all what you expect seeing them on a TV commercial. Usually fast food places are hit and miss. But for about the last year + this McDonald's has been great. Pretty much every trip through the drive through for breakfast or lunch guarantees fresh fries, chicken nuggets, burgers and pies. Sometimes the wait is a little long but hell, I'll wait an extra few minutes for some fresh food. I notice that not a lot of people have reviewed this place very consistently and I assume it's because it's fast food, but this particular restaurant deserves it in my opinion. Sure you get a few employees that don't seem that thrilled to be there, but honestly most of them are smiling. My favorite is Lee, he's a constant long time worker, always has something happy to share and recognizes people enough to make you feel like you're visiting a friend as you pass through. read more

My first time there I bought 2 gallons of SWEET tea and my usual 1 McChicken, I Mcdouble, small fry, and a carmel sundae with extra carmel. Well the sandwiches were decent but my carmel sundae didn't have the usual Carmel in the bottom and then a bunch dumped on top after the ice cream is in there. They tried putting all the carmel just on top. HELL NO, better yet HELL TO THE MF NAW! On top of fucking up my sundae, they gave me 2 gallons of UNSWEETENED tea. They didn't do that because I was irritated about my sundae because I got it all at one time, they just fucked up my sundae and 2 gallons of tea? Where I live in Vinton VA shout out to y'all. Very rude experience with a male employee.. stopped for dinner, towing a car behind so can't fit through the drive through. Their door was propped open so we went inside to ask if we could order there since we couldn't fit in the drive through and the employee just cut us off saying "our lobby is closed go through the drive through" I then said, "well can we do mobile order?" He said "yes then go through the drive through to pick it up" STUPID!!! no wonder he works at McDonald's. read more

I would give this one no stars if I was a mean person. Place was disgusting -garbage cans over flowing in restaurant and bathroom.. Tables full and not wiped. Everything sticky. Toilet paper not in holders just laying on top or on floor... We had to wait 30 minutes....FOR MCDONALDS FOOD!!!!! The ONLY saving grace were the chicken selects which we had to ask for since they aren't on the menu. Never again. I don't care how desperate I am. Ick. read more

Just went threw the drive thur the order wasn't right didn't check it before leaving the window I pulled up some and noticed it wasn't right went to park and the coffee that I bought lid wasn't on right and spelt on my boy friend and burned his him .went back in and still didn't give me the bacon egg and cheese biscuit I I was short. Every time I go here they make me pull up to a parking spot and wait for my food. Several times I've pulled up the window and employees ask we what I ordered. I'm usually patient when it comes to food because I work food service as well and I totally understand but every single time?! Get it together!
