No soap in women's or men's bathroom! Staff claim they have soap at the kitchen sink. I sure hope so!

I made a quick stop in this Arby's on the way home from Lexington. They were able to take my order and get it out to me correctly in a timely manner. That was all I expected. We had to find a place to eat lunch so chose Arby's. The food we selected was fair-chicken salad sandwich--bread was decent but no flavor to the chicken salad; and a Ruben sandwich--bread was mushy, meat not a good quality. The facility was not very clean. read more

My husband & I were coming back from a ceremony and stopped in this Arby's as we were needing something quick to go. There were other fast food places nearby but we chose Arby's because we enjoy the food and it was easier to turn into. We both ordered a #2 (Medium Arby's sandwich meal) in the drive-thru. We got to the window to pay and the gentlemen working gave us a 50% discount since my husband is in the service and had his uniform on. This was such a nice gesture since we weren't expecting it at all and I thought was a nice touch. Food was really large and delish as always. read more

Today on my way home from Atlanta I stopped at the Arby's located in Dublin VA. The women working the register was very nice and helpful I believe her name was Cheryl (even though the receipt says Deborah). There was a woman working as what appeared to be a manager (no name tag) who was very rude to the cashier. She threw trays around and screamed at the employees while customers waited for their food. The cashier continued her job with a smile on her face but looked like she was going to cry. Multiple customers commented on how rude the lady was and how uncalled for it was. The manager continued with her unpleasant and rude behavior throughout our meal making the entire experience unpleasant. Please deal with this employee! read more

This review is in relation to there business practices more do than their food. The food was typical Arby's. Their business practices were more suspect. After ordering or food we were asked if we wanted the meals medium or large. We both answered medium thinking that was the standard size advertised on they menu. Apparently that isn't the case. The menu showed the price for a small meal. There is an upcharge for medium or large. They didn't see the need to share this with the customer. The cost is irrelevant. It was a dollar for both meals. The problem is the east or was worded and got us to upgrade when we normally wouldn't have done so. I guess they must be doing bad if they need the extra money that bad that they would try to trick their customers into taking ok ng the upgrade. I didn't say anything, figured they may get the message better if it was shared here. read more

Looks like it would be a clean place but as we were getting up to leave we noticed two fries on the floor under the table with hundreds of ants crawling around. For the amount of ants there were those fries must have been there for quite a while. When we went up to let the employees know about it before we could even say what was wrong they asked if it was ants. Which leads me to believe they were aware of the situation and did nothing. read more

the only person who was actually nice was the girl cleaning the lobby. we ordered our food and our little boy said he just wanted cheese on his sandwich. so we ordered him a cheese sandwich. we also ordered cookies and asked if we could just pick them up on our way out and she said that was fine. when our son opened his sandwich he informed us he wanted cheese on his ham sandwich. it's easy to miscommunicate with a child so we took our debit card back to the counter along with the cheese sandwich. we asked them if we could add ham to it and we would just pay for a ham sandwich. the girl started talking to the manager as if it were some big deal saying, "they said a cheese sandwich." I spoke up and said no one did anything wrong it was just miscommunication on our part. we were going to pay for an extra sandwich we just didn't see the point in getting a whole new sandwich. so they sent the sandwich back and the guy making the sandwich bent down and said you just ordered a cheese sandwich l explained again and he said whatever and we finally got our sandwich. Then on our way out we asked if we could get our cookies and the girl rolled her eyes and told the "cook" . he said, "OH MY GOD!!!" And went slamming around, throwing the cookies into the microwave, and then slinging them out onto the counter. the cookies ended up being hard as rocks. It seems as though all the restaurants in Dublin /Pulaski area are trash and there is no decent food. I drive all the way to Christiansburg or Wytheville to get good service, clean and family friendly atmosphere and decent food. read more
