Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from the drive through line. Pull up to the window and pay, then proceed to the next window to pick up the food. The girl at the window asked me to pull forward and park until the food is ready. She pointed straight ahead to the parking spot that I went and parked in. So I sit there and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait!! 10 min go by and I was getting kind of irritated so I looked around and saw no one with the food. Waited some more. And then some more. After 20 min had passed, I'm pissed. What could possible be taking so long. So I walk inside and they all look so surprised to see me. Hand me the food which is now cold! And ask where I went?! I parked in the exact parking spot the damn lady told me to! Didn't move an inch. And then I left. With my disgusting cold food. Without receiving an apology of any kind or anything. read more

This restaurant does not even deserve a one star rating, but I can give it no lower. I have had multiple bad experiences at this restaurant from very poor service to very poor food and drink. However, a few weeks topped it all. A couple of hours after I went through the drive-through, someone hacked into my app and placed a $16.10 order on my account. After multiple emails and phone calls I had to call my bank because this location as well as McDonald's refused to do anything to correct this or refund my money. D's stores are privately owned so McDonald's expects them to correct the error. They just referred me to a McDonald's customer service line which said the owner should make reparation. So I'm caught in between without my money at a time when my husband is laid off work and money is at a premium. You would think this would not happen at such a large corporation, but believe me I did and I am the loser for now. THE WORST! Stopped in to grab breakfast with no special order (just the regular menu items). Ordered on the kiosk and waited 37 minutes for the order. Was called up after 23 minutes and the order was marked as complete but half the order wasn't there and informed it was still being made (Strawberry Pies). Waited another 9 minutes and approached the counter to inquire and my order had just been sitting. Still waiting were an additional 5-7 customers behind me and a few orders going out before me. Crowd was growing inside as they seemed to prioritize drive through orders over in-store. Manager on duty didn't seem to care of the back up and the woman handling in store seemed to be lost/confused about what was happening so she was no help. Ok, back to my order, after inquiring and getting new (HOT) sandwiches I was handed my order and it's still missing the pies. I alert the manager and he has a quick chat with the person who's taking orders and she said she didn't know. He remarks to her that my order has been waiting. BTW, I haven't raised my voice at all. Just continued to be patient and do what they ask. He checked my order on their system and it did say there were pies. He proceeds to toss two pies in the bag and hand it to me. As I getting out the door I decide to check and sadly, the order is still wrong. I went back in and just said that it would be easier to refund me for the pies since this seems to be a problem and the store was getting even more backed up. He gave me the glare of disapproval, opened the register, and handed me $2.00. Yes, I know the cost to be refunded was $2.19+tax but I had enough of them and they had enough of me. So I will "eat" the $.25 they owe me and call it a learning experience. So what did I learn that you can learn from also? Avoid this location as if your life depends on. Within 100ft there's 4 other places serving breakfast for what is about the same price that have far superior service. I should have objected when my wife said stop here, but I now know for the future. Oh, by the way, when I got home with my order, IT WAS STILL WRONG- but at least it was hot ;-). read more

This Location is terrible. The people are so rude and extremely slow. I order a soda and it's only filled 3 quarters full. When you order a drink it should be full. One time I drove through the drive threw around 8pm and a girl said "we are closed". I went to drive off and a girl in the window was waving for me to come back. She tells me laughing that another girl there "doesn't feel like working". I didn't find it funny at all. I think it must be poor management because the McDonald's on Davis Drive is completely the opposite. read more

I went to the McDonald's this morning at the Miami Boulevard location the customer service was terrible the only thing that I went there for was for medium hot tea . They had me to pulled up to wait for them to cut lemons "very unprofessional" after sitting there for 7 to 8. They send a McDonald's employee out with such a nonchalant attitude to tell me they don't have lemons and they won't have any until next week. I don't eat McDonalds however I do drink the hot tea from there. This is my third or fourth time going to this McDonald's at the Miami location by my job - something is always broken, they are out of tea they are very unprofessional, and now no lemons it's always something. Today was my last day ever attempting to go to that McDonald's location. read more

Have bought breakfast, lunch and dinner here over past 4 years and they are always polite and fast! Remodeled several years ago to add a McCafe which they then ripped out. Added multiple big screen tvs, friendly, efficent. read more

Second I finally start eating my breakfast and I find a couple little pieces of rubbery like substances in my food. I got the worst service at this Mcdonalds. I went in to order a frappe because the drive-thru is always so slow. One a the employees was texting a he's phone and the girl taking my order didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. It took over 10 mins to get my frappe. This Mcdonalds is the very worst. Food was as expected recently, but customer service was plain awful. Rude, no greetings or thank yous. McDonalds SOP right out the window. This has happened more than once, but feel it is time to rate. Always seems to happen in the late hours. Submitting to McDonalds also seems to be futile these days. I wish I could give this place 0 stars! It's supposed to be 24 hours but I've tried going here for "Lunch" which is 1am for me since I work 3rd shift. Every time I attempt to order food their is never anyone in sight to take my order. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru I pulled to the first and second window... still no one there to take my order. This happened at least 5 times. Today I attempted it one last time. I seen that there were 2 cars in line which gave me some hope. I even seen a guy working as well but still no one took my order or even acknowledged that I was there. The cars in front of me were waiting at least 20 minutes or longer to get their food as well. I will no longer try ordering from this awful place anymore! Don't go here if you want ice cream! 90% of the time their ice cream machine will be "down" or they "don't have any." The other 10% of the time your sundaes and mcflurries will barely be half-way full. I also had an altercation one night. I ordered fries and a drink, pretty simple right? Apparently not for the girl working that night. I was told to pull up to the front so the fries can cook, which was not a big deal for me. 10 minutes go by and I am aggravated at this point. A heavy set girl comes to the car and asks what I was waiting for and I told her my fries. She rolled her eyes and went back inside telling the others. Another 10 minutes go by so I went inside then she told me with attitude that my order was not in their system. So I gave her my receipt and suggested I get my fries. Another employee said I should get another order of fries for free since I waited for so long, but the girl just looked at him with disgust and asked if I wanted a free apple pie, which by the way are far from good so I turned it down, I got my fries and left. What happened to this place over the last 1-2 years ? I used to go to his McDonald's a few times a week as it is along the drive to work. The staff used to be very responsive, deliver the order in a timely way, and smile. Now, there can be two cars in the drive-thru, or twenty and it will take a long time to get in and out. This morning I ordered just a Breakfast Burrito, an Egg White Delite, and a small coffee (2 sugars). After a long pause the guy asked me to repeat the order which I did. He finally got the food part right but still wanted to put a large coffee in the order. I corrected that, and drove to the window to pay, handing him my card. After he ran the card he literally kept his right hand working on the register, head down looking at his screen, and held his left hand out (with my receipt and card) in my general direction so I could grope to grab it hoping I could reach it. Service is usually slow, and it's unlikely it will be with a smile. Avoid, avoid, avoid this place. Then maybe it can go out of business like it apparently wants to. read more
