Everytime I'm here I'm in the drive though line for atleast 20 minutes. It's currently 1am and there are a grand total of 3 cars, 20 minutes later it's still not my turn. 3 Stars because it's McDonalds and any more would just be insane due to the fact that all their food is frozen. This McDonalds is very clean. The staff at the counter polite and efficient. We got the Angus Burger with mushrooms and I thought it was great. I am disappointed they are taking it off the menu. Free refills as usual which is just the best thing ever invented. They serve Coca~Cola rather than Pepsi. So overall I am pleased. If I am going to eat fast food that is really close to him this will be the place. I never order fries and hope that helps me with being slightly healthy. read more

This is really a good location. The staff are polite and professional. The food is always at a good temperature.

Bathroom was closed to customers and there was so much ketchup, and soooo many pickles on my burger it was almost inedible.

I'd never heard of this place, but since I drive past it on my way to work every day, I thought I'd give it a try. Wow! Really good! Breakfast is killer and anything that ends with the word "mcmuffin" is solid. Hash browns are also crispy and obviously homemade. After 11 am they begin serving lunch/dinner and they don't lose any steam! A big Mac hits the spot, something called mcnuggets are perfect (get the 20 piece), and the micrib is about as good as BBQ gets! I will definitely be back! And if you are really broke they have a dollar menu! Fresh food for a buck! What a world! read more

After passing this place many of time, I knew I was missing out. Me and my buddy were craving a quick delicious meal and thought hey, what about mcdons. After some hesitation and a few coins flips to determine who was gonna use the bathroom first back at the house, we were in line. I got a big Mac (classic) and the mcpick 2. I would have gotten more but I lost the coin flip and knew it would have been an emergency situation. My buddy got the double quarter pounder, the mc pick 2 and the 20 piece nugget. The amount of sauces they offered us really threw us both off. We asked our server if we could have a moment to decide. After 4 rounds of rock paper scissors we got ranch and honey mustard. After get beat by 4 consecutive papers I was ready to get after this hearty meal. We sat down to begin eating and we were approached by a man who I thought worked there but asked us if we had any extra cash, that he had just been released from jail 2 days ago and didn't have any of his own. After 6 games of tic tac toe. I gave the guy the 42 cents left I had in my pocket. He seemed disappointed that was all the cash I had. I would have given him more but I had to pay for the meal because I lost 3 consecutive games of connect four earlier in the day. Overall this experience was great. I was pleasantly surprised by this McDonald's. To be honest, I have minimal expectations with McD's because some can be really clean and have good service while other's are absolute dumps. I'm happy to report that this McD's is the former. I went here on a Friday evening and the drive through was out of control. Since the only thing I eat at McD's is their fries, I figured it'd be better to just run in quickly rather than wait 10+ minutes for fries. I walked in and was helped right away. The person who helped me was friendly and familiar with the app. In the past, when I've used the app (has discounts, free food, etc), I've been asked by the worker what the app is and I've had to explain to the worker about the app, talk about a role reversal. Anyways, the person who rung me up quickly processed my coupon on the app and I was out with my food in about 2 minutes. In the past at other locations, I've had long wait times for my order (fries) because the worker doesn't look ahead to what orders can be quickly filled. I love McDonalds. have since I was kid in the 70's and had my first "original" McChicken. Worked at a McDonald's for three years in high school, when minimum wage was $3.15/hr. Today, I'm surprised at the lack of caring for the customer or any sense of personality from the staff. Never, ever would we be allowed to stand behind the counter (while on the clock) and BS with my coworkers while people were waiting, hoping to be served. Our GM at the time was stickler for customer service and earning our wages. If the man who was over 10 stores 30 years ago saw what I have consistently seen, as of late, the manger would be fired and those employees would be put on probation. I am not very patient with poor customer service and am even less politically correct. What I am saying, is that if I was the owners eyes and ears, the business would explode in profitability or die miserably because kids today have to constitution for criticism. PS - why in God's name would you have someone who is obese in the front of the house at a fast food restaurant much less in a management position? I did not say all this to be a jerk. But the owner is in it for the money. He gets the money by repeat business. He gets repeat business (and referrals) by OUTSTANDING customer service. Oh...another little observation...
