This McDonalds is horrible. I've never been to this location and never had a problem. Either its the wrong order, forgot items, made wrong, or they dont know what you ordered. When you call the store one of the crew answers the phone. Can never speak to a manager. You just get hung up on. Half the employees are rude. This location is disgusting. I've tried several times to give this location a chance. But id rather go out of my way to the one on 9 mile and mack. This is not a corporate store it is privately owned. I'm not normally the type to complain about fast food restaurants, cause I've worked in food service for the majority of my teenage years and I know that the people at McDonald's aren't always the most competent, but come on. This place is ridiculous. A few weeks ago, I ordered a Big Mac meal and guess what they forgot? The Big Mac. Tried to call them to have the issue fixed, as I had already gotten all the way home and really didn't want to drive back, and couldn't get through to anyone due to them needing a "remote access code" to be transferred to the store phone line. So today while I was in a rush, decided to order a happy meal for my son to quickly get him fed. Ordered a 4pc nugget happy meal. Instead of a 4pc nugget, they a plain burger patty in a chicken nugget box and sent it on it's way. Like, come on. Again, couldn't get anyone to fix the issue. Just don't bother going to this location. The one at Martin and gratiot is much better and only a quick drive up the road. read more

If i could give this McDonald's a zero star I would. I went throught the drive through today and ordered my meal and it came up to 7.18. I sat at the window for almost 11 minutes waiting for my mcgriddle. I gave the guy a 20, and instead of giving me my change back, he had the nerve to ask me if he could keep it for a tip while he handed me my order... WTF!!! you make me wait 11 minutes in drive thru when there was no one else there and i can look through the drive thru window and see you are on your phone texting, my order was still messed up and you ask me to keep the change. This McDonald's has no clue what its doing, very bad. French fries never have salt, the Sprite tastes like Vernors, 80% of the time my order is messed up, iv literally waited in the Drive Thru line after paying for 30 minutes along with waiting a long time meny other times, food is prepared sloppy and greasy most of the time, always running out of certain items on the menu and to top it all off.... one time I went there and they had no pennies, so instead of giving me more change back then I should have got, they gave me back less. granted it was only 4 cents but its the pointe. Only reason I keep going back is because I live right new to it. Went through the drive through, ordered a crispy buttermilk chicken meal, and an extra drink. Drive thru was busy so they asked me to pull up after i got the drinks. Waited about 15 minutes, until all the cars behind me were gone. I went inside with my reciept, i didnt yell or anything. Simply said i ordered food and still have not received it. She handed me a bag, i say thank you and walk out. Look in the bag and notice it was only the sandwich in the bag, i ordered a meal, and I had to go back in. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION: Staff is rude and untimely, takes forever for me to receive a simple order and even then 9/10 times it's wrong or cold. We went to this location today and because we had time to kill,we went in. I deepy regret this choice. Not because the staff was slow or rude. They all were very friendly and efficient. It was after we got our food and sat down. The lobby of this particular restaurant is probably the grossest I've seen in a very long time. I would give this place a half star. Place was dirty and the employees were too busy hanging around slapping each other and complaining about not wanting to be there. A customer returned and was upset because his order was all wrong and they never gave him a receipt. I asked for a McDouble plain and she said you mean you want a double burger? The only reason I'm even giving this place one star is because I have to in order to leave a review. This place is ridiculous. I've been here twice, after today I'll never go back. The first time I went, the girl at the first window started telling me that the girl at the second window is a bitch and that she hopes she gets fired. It was so strange, I felt so uncomfortable. All I wanted was my food, not to hear her workplace drama. Then I tried going there again today. Huge mistake. I ordered a cheeseburger plus mayo and a Coke. At the second window I asked for a packet of mayo just in case they didn't put the mayo on the burger like i requested. The girl working said they don't carry packets of mayo. Upon entry to the store at 12:13pm the floor was sticky and not very well swept, even though a person was sweeping (motions of sweeping, nothing picked up). I ordered two Big Macs and a large fry. Stepped aside to wait for order. I placed my hands on the side of condiment counter...OMG! Sticky, gross looking edges, stickiness everywhere. After waiting ten minutes (1 person in front of me and 3 awaiting their orders) received my order. Wrong...2 large fries and 1 Big Mac. Waited another five minutes to get a bag of dollar menu items. Returned. After 25 minutes in total, I finally got 2 Big Macs and 1 large fry. I fail to see what was so hard about fulfilling this order in a timely manner (fast-food restaurant?). The building is unclean inside. You would think cleanliness would be tantamount to running a fast-food business. I almost ordered a salad, but decided against it from the look of the upkeep. Then this morning I hear about tainted salads from your businesses. After yesterday's experience, I can see why there is tainted food. So apparently when you order a large meal, you get medium drinks. I was under the impression that if you order a large meal you get large fries and a large drink. I guess that's not the case at this McDonald's. My niece and I went over there and we ordered two large meals and we got large fries, but, when we got the drinks they were all medium. When we asked about this the guy said it is what the order said we had ordered medium drinks with our large meals. They told us to pull ahead and I did so and waited for about 10 minutes before they gave us our large drinks. read more
