Absolutely worst service. Cashier spoke so quiet I couldn't hear them and all condiment trays were empty and when I asked for my condiments the cashier threw some on counter and some in the tray. I was order 227 on 11/8/25 . We were told to get our own cups from the sleeves by the register. The only 2 employees who seemed old enough to be managing were sitting at a booth looking at their phone. Horrible service. I stood at the counter waiting for approx 5 minutes before ordering, there were no other customers in the store. When a young girl finally came to the counter to take my order she was extremely unfriendly and rude. As soon as my order was complete she turned and walked away. As she was walking away she told me I could grab my own cup from the stacks next to the register. I think she was probably annoyed that I didn't use the self service kiosk to order. I didn't realize that's what the screens were until someone walked in later while I was waiting for my order and started using it. Just as bad as her attitude was the food. The fries were soggy and limp. Then I got to my crispy chicken sandwich. With the first bite I noticed the chicken was really tough. Second bite, I couldn't bite through the chicken. I look down and chicken is COMPLETELY RAW!!! I spit everything out and in the garbage it went. The place seemed to be newly renovated, semi clean- I noticed food on the floor and cluttered drink station, and the sweet tea carafe is empty. When we first arrived there were 2 ladies on the register, did not even stop what they were doing or offered any greetings to us. If I could rate this place a 0, I would. It's McDonald's somewhere you go for cheap fast food so my expectations are extremely low. Not only was there a hair in my food, we sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes asking to be helped. Everyone in the place is acting as if they're high on heroin or something. Then to top it off, we asked for ketchup packets and received a handful of ketchup packets covered in caramel. As if they were sitting in a pool of caramel. Let me also mention, we were the only person in the drive thru, they had no other customers in the place. When we asked them to replace the cheeseburger with a hair, they did. However tried to say the caramel on the packets was glue... I'm sorry? Glue ? From where? Not only have I worked at a McDonald's before ( not this specific location ) and know for a fact there's no way there was glue in our box. I forgot to take pictures prior to returning the cheeseburger and ketchup packets, but the managers and workers were poorly dressed, organized and there's not a single person wearing a hair net or anything within proper protocol. It is almost always a terrible experience (although I try to be optimistic) and today is no different. Placed a mobile order for 2 Iced Mochas and 1 Mocha Frappe with a shot of espresso. Took more than 10 minutes for them to even start my order. Once they started the manager sounded quite irritated and said "You need to ask if they want all frappes or they have to wait 20 minutes to clean this." I already didn't have time to wait so I took the frappes and she acted like making them slightly bigger would make up for the inconvenience. I understand that this a McDonald's, not the second coming of the Maisonette; and set my expectations accordingly. I just want the standardized food I order. But the fries weren't cooked or salted. I'm the sort of guy who reviews fast food, the sort of guy who normally digs the fry "crumbs" out of the fry box corners--this was one of the few times in my life that I didn't even bother to finish them. Worse, my six piece nugget happy meal evaporated two nuggets before reaching my to-go bag, taking the dipping sauce with them. Wish I could give it a zero. The worst experience I've ever had at fast food. Food came out 30 mins after we ordered and there was NO ONE else besides us and 3 employees in there. My friends quarter pounder was cold and pink in the middle, it had AT LEAST 15 PICKLES in it and like half a freakin onion wth it felt like they were making fun of us at that point putting all those pickles in, she ordered a small regular latte and got a large vanilla latte (who the hell is going to drink that much coffee at 9 o'clock at night). And I ordered a hamburger and got a cheeseburger. It was absolutely terrible and I hope everyone who was working there's pillow is warm when they try to flip it onto the cold side at night. read more

This McDonald's is just like any other McDonald's however it has 2 lanes to place orders in the drive-thru. One would think this would make it faster but in my opinion it really doesn't. They just take turns taking your order and one car goes forward at a time. I guess the positive is that the line doesn't wrap around the entire building. This McDonalds is right on my way home when I get off 275 Highway. I stop there several times a week for ice cream. It is always slow. But yesterday the worst. But I can deal with that I was making phone calls so I can make the best use of my time. But I ordered a McFlurry which I finally got and it was barely full. Honestly they should have been embarrassed to hand it to me. I promptly parked and took it back in. The manager came out of the back saw me walked toward me never even looked at the ice cream and said "Not enough ice cream?" So they gave it to me know that was the case. I told him. Look I'm angry so I am not saying anything. You are clearly not having your best day here. I don't want your ice cream. I handed it to him and walked out. This is one of the more "upscale" McDonald's that has TV and more "luxurious" seating. It is also usually cleaner than some other McDonald's in the area. They are reasonably fast, and I haven't had any issue with the food quality. One possible problem is the traffic pattern for getting back to 17N. It's not a negative, just something worth noting if it's your fist time there. read more
