This McDonald's has to legit be one of the WORST restaurants in the franchise! Like GLOBALLY!! Ordered on the mobile app this evening, something I've done many times before. But because I wasn't paying attention, I placed the order at this location as opposed to my usual restaurant off Cassopolis St. BIG MISTAKE! I arrived about 15 minutes after I placed my order. There weren't any cars in the drive thru when I arrived, so I was quick to get to the first window & get my receipt. Pulling forward to the second window, I was asked to please pull into one of the adjacent handicapped parking spots and wait for my food to come out.. NOT the designated pickup area. Before doing so, I politely asked the young girl to please not forget the sauces for my kids' nuggets when they bring my food out. She assured me they wouldn't forget, and I pulled over. Ten minutes passed, and a runner delivering to another customer asked me if I was waiting for the "big order", to which I reiterated my order & he confirmed that they were still working on it. My order wasn't even complicated, nor "big".. I had 2 large & a medium fry, a hamburger, filet-o-fish sandwich, a 10pc. nugget, and three sodas. Literally 3 fries, 3 drinks, 2 sandwiches & a 10pc. Not really that difficult whatsoever. After having waited close to 20 minutes from the moment I pulled in & for my food, I'm beginning to lose my patience. Finally the young runner emerges carrying the bags. I ask him if they remembered the sauce for the nuggets, and he told me that they had not. He asked what sauces I wanted, said he would be right back with them, and disappeared back into the restaurant. After 4 minutes & no sauce in sight, my tolerance has disappeared & I'm madder than all. I shut my car off & walked inside, only to have to wait even LONGER for someone competent to help me! Finally got my sauces, and escaped that hellhole. Fast forward to home, we get the food laid out and it all seems to be there. But as I bite into my fish sandwich, I realized the crispy exterior I have become accustomed to is MIA. I sampled one of the nuggets, and noticed that they too were missing their crunchy exterior. It seems like they put the food into the fryers & had them on the flat top for the absolute minimum amount of time necessary just to get them out to us. Even the fries weren't that great.. talk about WHACK! And to add insult to injury, my large Sprite looked like it had been tainted with another pop or something.. I ended up throwing it out all together. It should be noted that as soon as 5pm hit & the post-work crowd rushed in, it got pretty busy fast. But to rush the cooking of food to expedite orders faster is going to get someone sick, or worse. Quality suffers & it shows. Skip on this one & drive a mile down the way to the next. read more

I felt it necessary to began recording the rudeness and unbelief of a CHEESEBURGER not being in my bag!!! One of the managers who came from the back asked me if I had deleted the video as she was refunding my money!!! On 11/11/22 @ approximately 1:35 pm I was second in-line to a homeless man who wanted a cheeseburger but only had .76 cents. Once he darted out the the store not having enough money I asked the cashier to add the cheeseburger on my order which was a basket of fries and 20 piece nuggets and I'll get it for him. To make a long disappointed story short when I got my order I was missing a cheeseburger. Cashier placed my order on the counter I came up to the counter and prior to me picking up the bags and leaving the counter I checked my order and immediately told him there was no cheeseburger in either bag. I showed my receipt showing that I ordered a cheeseburger the man DID NOT BELIEVE ME and began to try and look back into both the bags I told him once he reopens the bag I'm going to need a new order of fries. I just checked you can feel the nugget bag and there's no burger in it. I asked for a manager (gold chain) he was RUDE and said "Don't come back" because I did not allow him to rumble through my bag without having to replace my order, I asked for another manager, she was rude and said "Don't come back" The cashier came to the counter wanting to check the bags for the missing cheeseburger THEY GOT ATTITUDES and each told me DON'T COME BACK (man with gold chain and short woman) If they can treat me this way over a cheeseburger which I was buying for a homeless man then "How are they treating OTHER CUSTOMERS????? Was just there and I have three major issues: 1. My wife and I went there to get some school work and buy coffee and an order of fries and do our school work. I guess they have gotten rid of WiFi which is fine but they need to get rid of the sign on the door that says "free WiFi." 2 they have a sign up which you probably won't see until after you order that says no loitering and they didn't have WiFi. 3. In the same sign they have now given customers a time limit to eat. It says you have to eat and leave in 30 minutes. Terrible customer service. I also tried calling the main office but they seem to be too afraid to answer the phone. I keep waiting for service to improve at this location, since it is within walking distance of my office, but good grief... Orders are never correct. Today in the drive-thru I received a chicken sandwich with a tiny amount of brown wilted lettuce on it, a small order of fries when I paid for a medium, and no napkins. Every time I visit there is an entire crew of new employees and all are poorly trained. The worst McDs ever...hands down. Workers brought their kids from home and just set them loose on the restaurant (5 or 6 year olds).They were unpleasant to the customers in the dining area. Waited several minutes for the cashier, he was busy talking with other employees the whole time I was ordering. Could hear him tell some one, "you nasty". No interest in taking my order. If I could give 0 stars I would. We eat at this Mc Donald's about once every few months and each visit has been worse than the last. Today was our last visit to this McDonald's. We waited over 30 minutes from when we placed our order until we received our food (there were only THREE cars ahead of us when we ordered)... which was made 100% incorrectly. My half cut sweet tea was iced coffee with a little sweet tea in it (disgusting) and my Mc Double was a Mc Single with onions and mustard. My son's Travis Scott burger was made like a plain cheeseburger with lettuce, mustard, and the Special Sauce for a Big Mac (not even a single slice of bacon). He ordered Coke and they gave him orange drink "because they ran out of Coke". His French fries were ice cold and to top it off they charged us $10.00 for the $6 Travis Scott meal. $14 and change for our worst McDonald's experience ever! I was ignored for 15 minutes, then was told by an employee to let people who got there after me get in front of me because they used the digital ordering system and needed to pay. I was then directed to the digital system and ordered a southwest chicken salad. 10 minutes later I got my order.
