Where to begin... I was charged for a latte when lattes were apparently not available. I was handed half my cookies and asked to wait. When the manager came into the picture because my kids, my lady, and I were standing around waiting very long for our food, she asked what we were waiting for. I explained we were missing cookies. She pointed at my daughter carrying the first batch we received, saying, "she's got them right there, sir," with the implication in her voice that I was attempting to bum two free cookies off of her store. A whole $1.39 . She was not apologetic when I explained. Every single person we interacted with was rude, off putting, dismissive, or down-right insulting. None of us acted rudely, raised our voices, or expressed anger... and yet we're treated in the worst way I've been treated at a McD's. I've been waiting 30 minutes for my curbside order. As I'm typing this they are still only serving drive thru. Including drive thru orders that are being sent to park for a minute, they get their food and leave. I'm normally pretty patient and can see it's a busy Friday night so I waited 20 minutes before I went in to ask about my order. I was told they were "working on it" so I said I would go back out to my car. The app said it should've only taken 5 minutes to complete after my order was placed. I figured it would take just a little longer than 5 minutes since the drive thru looked long but that's why I set up my order before I got here and placed it upon parking in a curbside spot. I don't expect much out of McDonald's but this is pretty silly for two burgers, a fry, and a soda. Edit: I never received my order after 40 minutes and they had locked their doors around this point. Awesome service! It was pouring out and they brought my food to my car. I asked for extra ketchup and they didn't give it to me so the gentleman went back to get it for me. Stopped by this Mcdonald's to get a snack after I got off work like I usually do. It wasn't super busy when I pulled into the drive-thru, it was around 10:00-10:15. Anyway, I ordered a drink, an apple pie, and some fries -- when I pulled up to the window to get my food, they gave me my food but asked me to pull forward to wait on the apple pie I ordered. The person at the window was super nice and offered me some free cookies since I had to wait (which I declined because I understand how the food industry works, I work at a sports bar and grill myself so I didn't mind waiting.) I waited about 6-8 minutes and the guy (wish I had gotten his name) handed me my food, apologized for the wait, and told me to have a great nice. When I got home and opened my bag with the pies in it, I saw he had given me an extra one because I had to wait!!! Literally made my night after having such a stressful day. If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a double cheeseburger DELUXE with extra pickle. The burger was only warm and dried out. Could NOT have been grilled when picked up as advertised. There was also ONLY pickle on it. No lettuce, tomato or onion as advertised. The fries were barely warm and the side salad had NOTHING but lettuce in it. Went here this evening for two sundaes and their ice cream machine was down so they only gave us one strawberry shortcake sundae and a vanilla shake. The shake was delicious, the strawberry shortcake was soupy and didn't taste that great. Very little cake and too much strawberry sauce. The drive thru was super slow. The service definitely depends on the manager on duty. I pulled up at 1:30 and tried to use the app. It would not let me use my points. It also told me the location was closed. The sign was off! Supported this location for 7 years up until the manager Melisa was transferred. I continued my daily breakfast for several months until the service became intolerable. The new manager didn't even say hello or extend a friendly acknowledgement. No customer service skills whatsoever, several times food came out at room temperature.
