It wasn't crazy busy but service was exceptionally slow. That being said, our server was attentive and polite. I wish my steak sandwich had had more than 1-2 ounces of meat on it for $13.50 but it was still tasty. Loved the pretzel with beer cheese and the pineapple mojitos.

I was out for breakfast and found this place, I was like 'there's dinner tonight'! The beer was OUTSTANDING!! Breweries back home do the same thing for food, order at a window and they'll bring it to you, so that was ok with me. The wings were not cooked well. However, the beer was OUTSTANDING!!! George was great too! He was attentive without being overbearing and even gave me a sample of a different beer, which I was glad I didn't buy after I drank some of the Hipster beer he recommended first. The brew their own beer and they're damn proud of it too! After tasting it, they should be! I'll be back here!!

In the area for business. I had stopped at 2 other places and got a cold reception so I decided to try Iron Hill Brewery. Third time was the charm and I was immediately welcomed!! At first I ordered my usual drink, Grey Goose martini, but then the bartender let me know I can sample anything. I love sour beers and he poured me all 3. Ringz Toss was the best! I also ordered a salad and shrimp pizza, both were fantastic. 5 stars for great food and amazing customer service. Thank you!

Many will flock to Iron Hill for the plethora of fantastic craft brews. I grabbed Light Lager, Mahalo, Bridge St. Bock and Munich Dunkel myself. All were wonderful, but I'm here to tell you tales of the delectability of the food here. Grab a seat. CRISPY PORK BELLY TACOS Nobody could have depicted that pork belly could taste so good. Obviously, pig is delicious and Korean BBQ is all the rage, but the fatty, more dainty underside of the world's best tasting animal could be better? Yes. The answer is yes. Iron Hill took the best animal's (pig) best cut (belly), threw it on the best handheld food vehicle (taco), with one of the best manners of cooking it (Korean BBQ), and somehow still exceeded expectations. MUSHROOM AND BRIE EGG ROLLS This one wasn't even fair for my stomach/taste buds/sense of pride by trying to not eat all of the egg rolls by myself. These egg rolls may have positively changed my life forever. They're were so good that Chinese people everywhere are probably livid, and thinking, "C'mon dude... First, the Western World snubs our eating utensils and invents forks, and now they are replacing our egg roll contents with mushrooms and Brie? How are they so wise when they don't mediate or even practice Buddhism? Not cool, man. Not cool". FACTOID: Egg rolls aren't technically Chinese, but American Chinese, having been invented in NYC. The same can be said for Chinese finger cuffs, China Syndrome, China Flu and basically all of what we Americans refer to as "Chinese food". Most of the these items were invented by people living in New York City at the time, or commonly referred to as "New Yorkers". (SEE: A CONVERSATION ABOUT CULTURAL APPROPRIATION AS EXPLORED BY AN EMERGING MEDIA PROFESSIONAL, By Shikha Shrestha.) (JUST KIDDING. I'M PRETTY SURE THAT "THESIS" IS JUST A JOKE).

Very weird experience. We were greeted by a waitress, but were instructed to go to the kitchen counter to order our food. Why bother with the waitress? In addition the wait staff is walking around Asking if need more water? Please permit the wait staff to take the orders! Also , please do a normal iron hill menu !

Stopped for lunch and to check out this newer location of Iron Hill. This location is a bit different than the others. You choose your table, QR codes given for menu, you order at the indoor counter and your food is brought to the table. Wait staff handle your drink orders only. Indoor & outdoor tables. Lots of selections to choose from and no issues with the food or service getting drinks. Not just beer, other cocktails are available. Large parking lot, in a shopping center.

Meager assembling of dried out meats & cheese. Wow

Visited this location (Exton) to use a gift card for takeout lunch since I knew the place is not very cozy & there is no service. Ordered a smashed burger salad and a charcuterie, thinking a safe choice since no real cooking required. Note: SHOULD NOT HAVE. Called and offered to bring the food back and requested a replacement gift card, thinking I could use it at the West Chester location that has better food. Manager said not to return food, took my contact information & did nothing. Promised gift card never received. Check out the dryness of the meager portions of meats. Skip this one. Go to Magurks, Ron's or even McDonald's.

Let me start by saying that I've always been a big Iron Hill fan so I was excited about their opening right in the neighborhood. But this taphouse concept, with limited menu and limited service, is just an epic failure. It makes zero sense to go across the huge room to the order counter to find out that they're out of wings (not to mention that beer hall is out of wings at 8pm on Sat night!) or watching food runners circle around aimlessly looking for the right table number to drop off your order. Food finally arrives on small aluminum trays with a flimsy fork (guess they don't trust their guests with knives) - kind of like dinner at your local jailhouse cafeteria. Food itself was completely underwhelming. I had an Italian hoagie and my son had a fried chicken sandwich. Wawa and Chick-fill-A right down the street are much better for half the price. Cocktails were equally bad - my rum and Coke tasted like a totally flat and diluted Diet Coke... I know Iron Hill is about beer but..... they've become successful because they offered a unique combination of high quality food, full bar, and good fresh local beer. This place doesn't deserve the Iron Hill brand. On top of all this, some genius chose to pipe in loud 95db club music soundtrack. Forget about a conversation with friends over few drinks, can't even hear yourself think... Iron Hill Taphouse just does not work.

Overpriced poorly prepared food. It's self serve and they ask for tips. Not to the usual Iron Hill standards.

He vouched for her Old Fashioned which just happened to be what I had planned to order. The Old Fashioned was good. She made it with Evan Williams Bourbon. It had a good blend so that it was not too sweet, too bitter or overpowered by the bourbon. My friend ordered Garlic Parmesan wings which he seemed to enjoy. We sat talking for a couple of hours and never felt rushed. The vibe at the bar was friendly as folks came in and out for drinks. I will go back and check out the restaurant next time.

After my second hike no question that I wanted to come back here for another visit. Station Taproom is an attractive and comfortable pub with what I found to be an unexpected menu. Many dishes had an Asian influence, but with the additional plus of showcasing some exciting combinations of ingredients. VEGAN BANH MI ::: I had this on my first visit. The sandwich was made with plant-based meatballs, along with carrots, cucumber, plus much more in the mix. (I detected a note of hoisin in the mix, though not mentioned in the menu). "Meatballs" were definitely unexpected in a banh mi. WONTON NACHOS ::: On my second visit to the Taproom, which was last week, I had "wonton nachos". As per the menu, some of the ingredients were "hoisin-berry BBQ pork" as well as mozzarella and pepper jack, and wonton chips. Presentation was important, and I could see that they had spent extra time in plating the dish. A finishing touch was the "micro cilantro" that was delicately sprinkled over the top. I love cilantro, but had never seen it in "micro" form. It was very fresh, wondering now whether they grew it themselves. BEERS ::: On both my visits, "Rachel" made excellent recommendations for hazy IPA's. Great experiences both times.
