On the night of January 29th, 3 friends and I participated in the 8th annual Supreme Nugget Adventure -- a day that celebrates chicken nuggets from various fast food places and the power of friendship. Chic-fil-a was the third and final stop on our Tour de Nugget. This Chic-fil-a is a very well-run establishment. We were all helped very quickly by two separate members at the cash register and received our nuggets hot with various sauces. Chic-fil-a sauce is a standout favorite. I personally think Chic-fil-a's choice to pivot from using chicken with "No Antibiotics Ever" (NAE)" to "No Antibiotics important to human medicine" (NAIHM) has negatively impacted the taste and texture of their nuggets -- trust me, I'm a nugget aficionado and my friend is a scientist. While I don't think the nuggets are as good as they used to be, Chic-fil-a still holds a place in my heart as one of the best quick service restaurants for nuggets, and the perfect spot to end your Nugget adventure after hitting up McDonald's and Wendy's. Consistent only in missing items that you order at the drive thru. Example: I drive 10 minutes with my girls to pick up an order for breakfast. We get home to find out that one of the items is missing which requires a phone call and a another 10 minute drive back to the restaurant. I go to the drive-through which is the only available option at which time the employee on the line says "don't worry, I won't charge you for this". Thanks! I have had a really persistent craving for Chick-fil-A since quarantine started mainly because I see Chick-fil-A every time I pull out of the Uwchlan Target parking lot! I finally gave in to my craving yesterday and the food and service did not disappoint!. I ordered ahead through their mobile app around 11:15am while I was in the target parking lot then drove across the street to grab my order. The experience was amazing! You pull into a red numbered spot, type in the spot # in the mobile app, wait 3-5 minutes and then someone is at your window with a tray of your food. They don't even touch it! You just reach and grab your food then drive off, easy peasy. I don't always agree with Chick-fil-A's actions but this transaction was A-ok! read more

My first chik-fil a encounter. My friend and i did the drive through because her two little munchkins were napping.. While waiting on the line my friend asked if i have ever had chik-fil-a. I said no. So she said i know your not a mom but i think you would find this youtube video about it really funny. Its basically these moms that go into this establishment with their babies and are treated like royalty. Where if they know your coming in they will bring the food over to your table. I thought what a sweet gesture! Its really cutehighly recommend to watch While placing our order at the drive through the person who took our order i think names John was very clear and polite via the PA system. Not like that in NY! We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It was delicious and actually looked like the photo advertisement. Unlike Mcdonalds and burger king where it looks flattened. Here it doesnt. So i was so happy to see that before tasting it. The spicy chicken wasnt really spicy at all but thats fine with me. It was delicious with fresh lettuce and tomato on it. This is one of my favorite fast food places! I love how there's lots of healthy options on the menu. My go-to has been the grilled nuggets with the superfood side salad, but today I got the regular side salad. It was amazing! It came with a packet of crispy peppers, and I chose honey mustard as my dressing. I don't know what CFA does to get their grilled chicken so tender. For dessert, I used my reward and got a free cookie. The girl behind the counter told me it would be a few minutes because she was baking a fresh batch and needed to let them cool! Usual Chick-fil-A fare. Usually I don't rate fast food more than 3 stars because is usually an OK experience. I give these guys a 4 for (1) bringing back the peach milkshake and (2) their extraordinary way of handling the lines during the pandemic. I waited maybe 10 minutes or so in a line where there were at least a dozen cars ahead of me in the drive through. read more

Forgetting sides, wrong size drink, wrong drink all together, someone's else's food with their name and phone number on it. I would rate other chick-fil-a's higher than this one because this one is so poorly managed. The floors are constantly dangerously slippery! The manager on duty Friday, July 3 around 6 PM was particularly miserable. My wife went up to the counter and ask for a cup of ice because her Ice-T had two pieces of lemon and no ice in it. The manager did not believe her and said what you mean it has no ice in it? You mean to tell me there's no ice in it? The manager was being confrontational to my wife in front of all the other customers and workers my and my wife was very embarrassed. It was not my Wife's fault she was served ice tea that had no ice in it. The manager very disgustedly got my wife a cup of ice and handed it to her without saying a word, no apology for the inconvenience nothing. very unprofessional, very rude and a very poor representation of Chick-fil-A. Chick Fil A is delicious and quick with your order. We have been going for 4 years and they have NEVER gotten our orders wrong! Sometimes the chicken may taste a little rubbery, but some past employee friends have told me it is all made fresh. Also, you and beat their lemonade (and free unlimited refills!) The new chicken salad sandwich is a killer, too (in a good way)! I had a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. The sandwich was good, I added additional sauce to give it a bit more moisture. The waffle fries were unsalted which may be the way they are served. In all a good sandwich and experience. The bathroom was not very clean. Either there was a leak in the plumbing or a large urine pond on the floor needing attention. A yellow wet floor sign was posted. The sink was not clean but still functional. They need to address the bathroom issue. read more

What I used to love about this location was that the food and service was always great. Also, it took awhile for them to switch over from the great tasting peanut oil to the canola oil most other locations have been using for quite sometime. Welp, lo and behold I pull in today and a big sign says we now use canola oil. I figure what the hey, and order the sandwich and fries anyway. My meal tasted like crap. In my opinion chick'fila had the fastfood chicken market cornered. This based soley on the fact that they fried there foods in peanut oil vs canola oil like all the other fast food joints. The peanut oil gave there food a fresher homecooked taste. This is what gave there chicken sandwich an edge over a Mcd's or KFC chicken sandwich. NOT ANY LONGER! My sandwich was soggy and just didnt have the same taste. My waffles fries were also gross, they literally tasted like they had been fried in some type of chemical. People who try to watch what they eat know the taste im trying to explain. When you try to stay away from the bad oils and eat food that has been fried in a cheap crappy oil your taste buds know the diffrence. You will immediatly taste all the chemicals that have been used to process the oil. Welp thats it for me, im done with Chick Fil A, wouldnt feed this food to my worst enemy. I've never in my life eaten at a Chick-fil-a, so I broke down and decided to give it a try this morning. I ordered 3 chicken mini's and an egg white grill sandwich. The order total came to $6.24. I get to the window and hand them exact change, they hand me my bag and I drive off. I get to work and open my bag to realize that they gave me 3 chicken mini's (roughly the size of a quarter) and 10 hash brown circles. Not even close to what I ordered and without a receipt I could not return. Won't be back. read more

This chick-fil-a has just tanked out! I will never go again. The service, quality and cleanliness just just been declining. I have not seen a adult manager around the last 5 times I've been there. I just skipped the drive thru because there were wrapped around the building - 20 cars! I know better my last drive thru experience ending in incorrect order - call to say I was coming back and when I came back - no one knew anything and I had to wait yet again for the correct order - no apologies. Today I went in - no one in line - order strips and fries - WAIT 15 minutes with no one even acknowledging me. I even asked a few times. NO adult or no manager around. No one is managing this place. The food was great & hot as always but that's not what got us, they went above & beyond. It was pouring rain & they were escorting people to their cars with umbrellas!!!!! What place does that?!?!? Very poor customer service. The guy who took my order in the drive through line, just stared at me when I pulled up and said nothing. He didn't even offer me the menu for me to look at. Just stared at me then asked what I wanted. I asked him what are my choices? Then, he thought to hand me the menu. He asked me if I wanted sauce. I asked, what are my choices? He rattled them off so fast and not clearly. I asked him to repeat and slow it down. He barely did that. No courtesy whatsoever. Next, I pull up to pay my order and the guy doesn't acknowledge me. I asked, do I pay here? He said, oh yeah just wait. Then I go to the window to pick up my order. When it's handed to me, I say thank you. No response, no eye contact. Terrible customer service.
