Not thee worst McDonalds I have been to, but definitely in the top 5. Service awful, buns stale, orders always wrong.

I ordered online for breakfast and I got everything in my order besides my caramel frappe and I payed extra for extra caramel and when I arrived for my order they told me their frappe machine was down and handed me a card for a free meal and when I asked for a refund they told me it's easier for them to just give me the card and they just walked away, I looked at the card and it expired in 12/20/23, it's 03/22/24... read more

I would start off by saying that this is the worst and slowest McDonalds. Before I even ordered a McFlurry I asked if there machines were working and they said yes. When I got the McFlurry it was not even a McFlurry. I went in and asked about it and they told me that the McFlurry machine was broken. They did not even care and would not even compensate for their mistakes/lies. I spent 5 dollars on something I did not even get. I ordered almost a $40.00 worth of food. The fries were old and cold. The ice cream machine was down ( it's always out of order ) I had to wait almost 10 mins in the drive thru. Customer service was terrible. They didn't wanna find some ways to compensate me. Like replace my old fries for fresh new ones. I'm not satisfy with their service. They really need to have HR to come down and teach their management team on how to improve this location. Never coming back to this place. Other fast food places can earn my money instead. read more

The food is very good and the beverages are at its normal quality and all the prices are fair but the one thing that I have a concern here is that a lot of teenagers would go in the back or in the middle of the place get on a call and start laughing very loudly making the customers uncomfortable, disturbed, and annoyed also not to mention the cleaning isnt quite the best becuase ketchup bags all over the floor and drinks with fries and whatever but overall if your just looking for a quick not fancy but at requirements place this is the one but try to ignore the problems. read more

I don't usually go to McDonald's but went today to get a quick lunch for my grandson. Since I don't visit often, I don't have the menu memorized. The drive-thru did not have a menu before the order speaker so we didn't know what options were available. When the person in front pulled forward, I was expecting a menu but it only showed the previous order from the other person. When asked for my order, I had to tell the person that I wanted to see a menu -- at which point the menu popped up on the screen. I ordered a Happy Meal with 6 chicken nuggets and apple juice. One Big Mac, one Quarter pounder deluxe, and one large fry (crispy). This came to nearly $28.00 ($27.68). I reconfirmed the price when I went to the pay window. Picked up my order, still flabbergasted by the price, and drove home. The food was acceptable except the Happy Meal was suppose to have apple slices but this one did not. Suggestion: Place a menu in line well before the order station so the patrons can review it while waiting for the line to move and not have to read it at the order station with a line of cars behind. This is the worst Mcdonalds I've ever visited. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road to Bonsal to Mcdonalds off the 76. They are managed much better, better quality of food, oh and they always have items in stock. Whoever manages and does orders at this location does an awful job. Ive been here about 10 times, I've been mildly satisfied once. Nasty! I'm always disappointed when I eat here, but today was the last straw... I got the chicken nuggets and I was really hungry so I got the medium fries. The chicken was okay (mostly, it was still fatty like normal), but the fries were not edible. They were basically raw potato soaked in grease. Absolutely nasty. It ruined my whole "dinner". Even my dogs wouldn't eat it! I definitely won't be back. McDonald's sucks, especially this one. It's too expensive for fast food, considering the quality of McDonald's food. I just experienced multiple rude employees at this restaurant all over a 6 piece happy meal with substitution for Spicy nuggets. The manager and another employee was so adamant about telling me no that they left me in the driver thru until other cars starting honking their horns all over a small happy meal request. The manager needs training and so does the employees at the window. This is the 3rd time I've experienced an attitude with their employees here. Not sure what is wrong with this particular franchise. We drove thru yesterday and ordered a chicken sandwich and quarter pounder plus we ordered 1 happy meal toy - toy only. When we got our bag with food the toy wasn't inside. We asked server and she called the manager over who disappeared for 4-5 minutes, finally arriving to show us the receipt. The cashier had pushed the button for toy but for some reason it hadn't registered so we weren't charged. All of this took approximately 5 minutes, meanwhile there were 5 cars lined up behind us waiting. When I pointed out that she should have just thrown the $1 toy in the bag, as it was their fault rather than hold up us and the 5 other. Customers she said oh ok I'll do that just a minute. I just want to give a 5 star yelp to a key team member Eric my morning order taker and cashier. Just the other day I went earlier than normal and he was not at his station. My orders are simple and I expect that its just correct. Well others are not as great, my order was repeated at the speaker but incorrect at the window. It caused a delay in the line. Ok in general McDonald's is just ok, but you know works when everything else is closed. The food and my soda from this location were honestly disgusting. The soda had a weird taste and my tongue felt funny after a couple sips. The fries were super mushy and tasteless. The quarter pounder was UNDERCOOKED. I got my order and was missing one of my Mcchickens and I told the manager and she looked at me and said you only ordered one but because you waited so long I will give you another. I ordered my food and they couldn't print me a receipt at the drive thru. The drive thru is a little rude and was on the phone talking while serving me. So impersonal.
