Writing a review out of pure gratitude and appreciation! The coffee is curated so carefully by the most amazing people; and the ambiance is everything this little small town needs. My Dad has been a regular here for the last year or so. The employees have gotten to know him, so I asked if we could gather outside on his birthday and surprise him to celebrate. Not only was Stephen, the owner, so willing to let that happen... but Shannon and Cole went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of with the utmost perfect afternoon. He will remember that day forever! Half of the people you see in this photo refuse to drink coffee anywhere else because of how special the coffee AND community is! It's very hard to get coffee anywhere else when you know "The Queen of Americano's" -our neighbor says about Shannon. I would have written a review one of these days regardless, just because they make our week-to week so great; but I just wanted everyone on Yelp to know how much special of a core memory they made for us! It is so heartwarming to think we started going to this coffee shop just because we liked sipping our coffee in front of the koi pond and now a year later, they are ALL a part of our family!! Thank you for pouring the best coffee and pouring so much love into Fallbrook- this town would not be the same without you guys!! I feel so privileged to live here and have a gem like this within reach! We love you Fallbrook Coffee Co

This is a cute small business. The building looks like an old house. There is a simple lovely seating area outside. Inside is very cozy and homey with ample seating. It's a perfect place to get together with a friend and enjoy some good coffee. I tried the breakfast sandwich that was pretty good. It was a little bit pricey for the size. The service was very nice. I could tell that they enjoyed their jobs. The coffee was delicious. I had a raspberry mocha and really enjoyed it.

My husband I decided to take a ride to go get some coffee this morning. We love riding out to fallbrook to escape the hustle an bustle. I've been wanting to try this place out. It's such a cute, calming spot! I got a pistachio white mocha. For the price it is deffinitly not bad. The bagel was good. I got it toasted with cream cheese. If your looking for more of a home coffe and home backed bagel vibe, I would recommend this place. Also the parking lot is paved. I was worried it was rocks or dirt and us motorcycle riders don't prefer that

Rolled down from Split Rock Campground and stumbled into Fallbrook Coffee. The girls behind the counter were super friendly and recommended the iced cold brew with a twist. It was amazing and woke me up fast My team grabbed a vanilla bean and a cappuccino and everyone was happy with their drinks. I was so wired I considered running laps around the shop just to burn off the energy. This place is dope perfect for hanging out, paying it forward, playing some board games, or pretending you're classy by reading a book in their cozy corners. They even have a nice little zen area out front if you need to find your center after all that caffeine. If you haven't checked this spot, get down here. It's chill, it's friendly, and dope

This small little quaint coffee shop is the kind of coffee shop. You wanna go to every morning especially when you're on vacation. It's very welcoming, comfortable cozy not to mention. The staff. Here is extremely nice and helpful. They have a wide variety of coffee, and pastries, Their bagels were delicious and they muffins were awesome. Definitely a good place to stop for coffee and breakfast.

Love them! Family owned, excellent coffee (it's real), wonderful people, fun cozy atmosphere- especially on a rainy day. Even the surrounding nature loves this place. I've tried to go at least once a week for the last 5 years.

Avocado Toast. Simple but very fresh.

This is a cute, homey coffee house. There is plenty of free parking in their lot. There is plenty of indoor seating but they also have a large side patio and a good-sized front patio. On a nice day, sit in the front patio because there is a firepit and a lovely little pond and babbling water. We tried an avocado toast and that is what we got. It's a no-frills sandwich but the avocado was incredibly fresh. The drinks are good. We tried two different Cold Brews, one of which was a Cuban with condensed milk. Good drink and food menu and plenty of parking and seating available.

    Delicious vanilla Matcha Latte

Drinks are great, people are nice, and I love to study here because it's so pretty. I would recommend

S'mores Coffee Cake! Fallbrook Coffee Co has a local bakery that bakes a new flavor of coffee cake each month!

It's a great spot to meet up with friends or bring my mom when she arrives at the Oside train station from Grover Beach. It's a wonderful place to grab a flavored latte, seasonal drink, a glass of wine and a lunch bite, or all of the above! I also look forward to wandering through their gift area every time, where they stock unique jewelry, candles, fragrance rollerballs and 'clean' nail polish, plants and pots, kids' merchandise, t-shirts, and other cute stuff. I always buy something extra (and special) when I come. Their coffee bar is open, as is the general space, and there is plenty of seating outside in front and in back. You can watch the baristas make your drink and peep the beautiful Italian espresso machine and lovely bouquet of dried flowers by the bar while doing so. They bring their food out to you and when your espresso drink is ready they set it on the bar for you to pick up. Definitely a place to hang vs. grabbing a quick drink and rushing off about your day. I always want to stay and catch up with friends or bring my laptop to do some work, and they never make me feel rushed. Truly one of my favorite coffee shops in North County and in SD in general. (There is another high quality coffee shop in Oceanside that has incredible coffee and pastries--I won't mention the name--but I sometimes sense an attitude from the staff there, and that is a bit of a turnoff.) Go to Communal...you will not regret it!

It's at the back of the casino so you can see the slots and occasionally hear them and their excited players. Food is good, not great. But, most of the items we've had before, we'd be willing to order again. It was about 6:30pm, and there was no line. The two hosts greeted us and quickly sat us at a booth. There were maybe 4 parties sat, and it was relatively quiet which was a nice change from the casino floor. I noticed they updated there menu, and it is now two pages within a nice birch type wood holder. Definitely nicer than previous menus I've seen here before. We were quickly greeted by our server and we decided on spaghetti and meatballs & the Wagyu burger with garlic fries. We didnt wait too long before our food arrived, and boy were we excited after seeing the plates. Right off the bat, the dishes looked picture perfect. A dish that would be handed to you at a fine restaurant (but with affordable prices haha). After taking my first bite, I was very happy! The sauce had SUCH a good flavor and wasn't watery. I have ordered spaghetti and meatballs other places, that were lacking in flavor...and this was far from that! The two slices of crusty garlic bread weren't soggy at all. The meatballs! Oh the meatballs. The were so flavorful and tender. My fork just slid into each one as I cut into them... just like butter. I couldn't believe it and asked our server how they are so good!? The server let us know their sauce and meatballs were homemade, and I made sure to tell her they were outstanding! The wagyu burger was exactly how you would expect it to be. Perfectly cooked burger with great taste as a whole! The garlic fries were SUPERB. I just couldn't believe these came from a little casino Cafe. Hats off to the new menu and the chefs, because we both left full and happy! Like I said before, if you're here or nearby, definitely give this spot a try. Its honestly such a great spot!

It turns out these loud rowdy middle school girls walked past by this coffee place laughing, they saw me for the way I look, of course, I was wearing all black, had eyeliner and black nail polish. I got called "hey emo!" which is a very very demeaning. I have not ever heard anyone call someone that name since high school in a long time since before early 2010s I don't care what anyone else thinks of me, I was not bothered at all. But just in case, i was so nervous but I had very little bit of strength to tell the store manager what happened and had the audacity to shrug it off, " if there's anything else I can do for you." Well, you know what then, since I was harassed and degraded, I will never come back here again. Calling someone "emo" is really degrading, it's derogatory, it's hurtful. it's the same thing to call someone a f@g, it's not OK to call anyone that. Jason was never helpful nor apologetic towards me!
