Not open 24 hours like they say. Service is terrible and quality is very poor even for a McDonald's

When I have a bad experience at a restaurant, I get on here and let them have it. Well, it's only fair to do the same when I have a great experience. I was visiting my brother in Plain City and my cousin and her crew met up with us as well. Sunday morning I offered to make a breakfast run. I had a large order (9 people). Some of it was written down, some was texted to me. I was a mess before I even go to McDonalds. When I arrived, I told the awesome girl at the drive thru that I had a complex order, but she was more than up to the task. I gave her my order in a most disjoined fashion, but she rolled with it and got it exactly correct. She was pleasant and helpful through the whole order. I had to pull ahead and wait for my food, but c'mon, what can you expect with 9 orders? When I got my food, everything was there, correct, and fresh. I got home and we dined like kings and queens. White-trash kings and queens. It's sad that this is the exception in today's fast food industry, but I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food drive thru. Every Mac dees I've been to is pretty nice, fries are good, Coke's are fabulous, they always have friendly people working. I like that they all have free WiFi, it's a fun place to go for a treat. I would like to preface this by saying I get it. It's a fast food restaurant, furthermore it's McDonald's what can you expect? It's almost pointless to leave a review. But I'm kind of tired of giving my money away to rude, incompetent and slow people. My girlfriend lives close by, when I make the long drive home late at night I'm usually hungry so I stop by here and get a bite to eat on the drive home. Meal 1 of 5: I got a Big Mac and two MCchickens after waiting almost 20 minutes. 1 car in front. Both the chicken sandwiches were missing mayo. The Big Mac was missing sauce AND cheese. Obviously I was rather annoyed. One of the best things about Big Macs is the sauce. Meal 2 of 5: I ordered the same as above. I also PAID for the same as above. I ended up with two mcdoubles and a mchcicken. Wtf? I will say. They all three tasted pretty good. However I'm pissed that I paid for something I didn't get. No wait this time. Meal 3 of 5: I ordered a Big Mac and fries and a coke. It took less than 3 minutes to get it out to me. I checked to make sure I had a Big Mac. I did. Sweet. I started eating on the way home. The fries were like burned, stale salted cardboard. No amount of ketchup could save them. In fact. They weren't even warm stale fries. Also, why was a random piece of lettuce in my fry container. Like a huge piece. Kinda gross. The Coke. Tasted funny. I drank about a third but then couldn't stomach it. I thought something was wrong with it so I opened the lid and smelled. It was the ice. It ABSOLUTELY WREAKED!!! The ice smelled like stale sweaty smoke and rotten something and oil. It was so gross. Then the burger was like warm. The cheese was cold. Come on. Meal 4 of 5: I ordered 2 mcdoubles and two mcchickens. They were all four like warm and kinda stale. Old why I kept coming back. But it was the last straw. I was so sick of slow service and bad food. 11:00pm isn't that late to where I should get such nasty food. Meal 5 of 5: 4 months of just passing this shit hole after the last bad meal my girl and I decided to try it and take it back to watch a movie. I figured because it's been so long that maybe things had improved. We pulled up to the menu board and the voice said "I'll be right with you" 2 songs on the radio later we hear "ok, what do you need?" Seriously? That's the line you use? Ok. We ordered a chicken bacon sandwich with a fry and drink and a chicken bacon ranch salad. 29 Minutes later at 11:50pm with only 3 cars in line we get to the window. Then nothing for another 3 minutes. Then a lady comes to the window and sticks a drink out the hole. I handed her my card first. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and took the card after slamming down the Powerade we ordered. Then she yelled at someone to run my card. The wildy thrust the cup at me so hard that Powerade came out the top and dropped down the side. Another 4 minutes later she hands me my card my salad bag and my fries and sand which. 29 minutes at the drivethrough!!! 29!!!! We get home and as you'd imagine, no fork in my bag. Or ranch. OR AS IM MOSTLY MAD ABOUT!!! No fucking bacon in my chicken BACON ranch salad!!! I asked for GRILLED chicken, I got 6 pieces of chicken, all dry and stale. But only 3 were grilled, the other three were crispy! The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and tasty. My girls fries were stale and so was her sandwich. I don't ask for much from McDonald's. I know better than to eat the food. Their iced tea is usually quite good, and it's inexpensive. That's the only reason I go. I know that I speak clearly. I was a champion in high school speech, after all. I also know to enunciate even more when going through the drive up. I absolutely hate it when someone can't tell the difference between sweet tea and UNsweetened tea! When I double check and they assure me that the teas is unsweetened, it really ticks me off even more when I get down the road and gulp some-- you guessed it-- SWEET tea! I know, I know... I don't live far from this McDonald's and frequent it no more than a handful of times a month. Their service is friendly and the store is clean for the most part. However, their weak point is the speed from which you place your order, to getting it in your hands. It only gets worse the later the evening it gets and you are one of a couple of people there waiting for an order. On the weekends (Saturdays)... with local sporting events such as youth soccer over by the schools on the west side of I-15 (towards Plain City), good luck getting a quick order. You're going to be there a while because of hungry families feeding their hunger after a game. Speedier service is something they could stand to improve upon. I know with the automated computers to place your own orders, I have found your order will take a while. This is something corporate needs to look at across the entire company. All the other things like getting your order wrong happens just about everywhere. "Pick your poison" when deciding which one you will get your food from. On this day i ordered 2 sandwiches and nothing else. I waited 15 minutes while listening to presumably the person in charge treat an employee named Michelle (or rachelle) like she was less of a human being in some way. Okay... I had very high expectations for this place. I love McDonald's. But this time... no... So we ordered a total of 64 chicken nuggets. The first ten piece was great! But after that, about 95% of the chicken nuggets were burnt. I was very disappointed.
