I have never been to an establishment as unprofessional as the McDonald's on Reilly Rd. The managers and employees ignore customers--you can stand at the counter and they will look at you, roll their eyes, or walk past you like you're not even there. The floor was wet, the inside was not clean, and staff members--both on and off duty--were constantly running in and out of the building instead of doing their jobs. The employees defeat the purpose of the drive thru every visit by making customers pull around to their double doors to wait for orders and strongly push you to use the app for food so they don't have to communicate through the drive thru. Y'all have people who don't know how to do their job and it really sad people don't know how to do a simple thing they do everyday.At the speaker I asked for a caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle I had to say it two times because the girl who was taking my order wasn't even listening. I got to the window and told her again she told me she would let the people know. We get to the second windows and the frappe didn't even have any caramel drizzle. Okay so I honestly have not been to this location in over a year and a half due to my last experience being so bad. Tonight I got off work and did not feel like driving to a further location. So I decided to give the Riley Rd location another shot and figured the old staff would no longer be working here due to the amount of time that had passed since my last visit. I placed my order around 11:02PM. The lady taking the orders was very pleasant to speak too, she didn't make me feel rushed and her vibe was all around great! Second the screen said we needed exact change, so because I was paying with cash, when I pulled up to the window it took me a extra min to gather myself and find the exact coin change, the lady at the window (same lady to take my order) was very patient and nice to me. Which made me feel relax which ultimately made me gather my change faster. (I don't do well under pressure) lastly my food was 10/10. My 2b looked like it was made with love and tasted absolutely amazing and most importantly FRESH.! Like literally mouth watering AMAZING! To the cooks, and the lady who took my order tonight. Taking orders at 2nd window forcing everyone to wait rather than running it like it should be. 30 mins for a drive-thru even late night is terrible management. I'd be embarrassed. You're better off driving to a different McDonald's. You save a little time and put your money to a better location at least. I assume it's understaffed or something. Renovations ensure everything from seating to payment processes stay current and modern. Probably the first McDonalds in Fayetteville that had an order kiosk and accepted Apple Pay. I am so sick and tired of this restaurant ripping off customers.I ordered a strawberry milkshake once a week in a span of three weeks.Each time that I ordered a medium milkshake,it was put in a small smoothie cup and passed off as a medium milkshake.Twice I asked the drive thru cashier about the obvious difference in the size of the cups only to get the response"I too have noticed that the milkshake cups are getting smaller". This location is blatantly ripping off their customers and don't care.I will visit this location again soon just to see if they will try to pass off a medium sized milkshake in small smoothie sized cup.If so then I will be reporting them to corporate. Terrible service. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit at the drive thru. The price on the menu board was $2.00. However when I went to pay I was told it was $3.29. I informed the clerk of the price listed and she informed the onsite manager "Miss Ella". The manager stated that they don't control the menu board. That to me is crazy.
