We ordered in the app and waited for a little while when we went inside. The place was busy and there were a dozen people running around in the back cooking and putting together orders. The burger was salty (way over seasoned) and the cheese wasn't melted, it was barely warm. Another poorly made sandwich at McDonald's. I went to McDonald's after being outside for 12 hours. I thought I'd order a sweet tea but little did my parched being know that it would take 30 minutes to obtain my order only after I asked for a cup. I went and filled my tea myself and was given no straw and when I went to go ask for a straw at the counter because I saw there were none where the drink fountain was, I was greeted by an angry mid-grey haired saggy faced four eyed lady who mumbled "what do you want now" before even speaking to me, as if it was my fault they didnt get my order???? Fergus falls McDonald's is terrible. We ordered meals and they didn't give us our fries, and got more of the order wrong. The gal at the counter looked as if her dog just died. Didn't say a single word to us. There was staff messing around in the kitchen in front of the lobby. No wonder shit was messed up. Lately the last three times we have eaten here they have gotten our order wrong. The first order, my wife ordered a double Big Mac and it turned out that the only gave her a regular Big Mac. When I went to the window to tell him that they gave us a regular Big Mac the server continue to tell me that it was the correct way it was made, with only two patties. I went back to the car, looked up a picture of the double Big Mac and it comes with four patties. I went back to show her the picture which they did replace the burger after I proved it was made incorrectly. The only problem I have is during that whole incident they seem to be disgusted and impatient with me. Not only that I could hear them talk about me through the walls, that are very thin. We were upset but got over it so we went back about a week later and ordered our Double Quarter Pounders meals. We thought everything was fine till we got home I noticed both quarter-pounders only had one patty. Again we called them and they seem to be disgusted inshort with us but we were able to get our refund for the burgers. Now comes today we went in get the whole family their meal and I brought it all home and they forgot to add my daughter's kids meal. Well I live all the way in Elizabeth which is a good 10-minute Drive which meant I had to leave my meal at home and run all the way back to get her her mail. I got them to refund her meal and got her her meal but they would not refund me my mail which was cold when I got home. Let's just say I am never going to eat there again. The absolutely slowest, poorest run McDonalds anywhere. We offer grace during these times of staff shortages. BUT, when a mobile order is placed and it takes over 20 minutes of sitting there waiting for an order as cars move through the drive through it's beyond ridiculous! It's a McDonald's. This was a stop while traveling, so not too memorable. I can say the store was clean and the staff were competent. My request for extra pickles on a quarter pounder was met to my satisfaction. The tartar sauce for my fries cost .25. Husband was happy with his SW salad. read more

We stopped here while coming through MN on a cross country trip. Not normally one to write reviews, but hoping that this might spur some change at this location. We ordered 2 breakfast meals and 4 additional hash browns. First, the signage was unclear and we accidentally went to the next window after paying at the first one. Our food was brought to the window that we were at, but the 2 coffees from the meals were not there. The gentleman who brought the food said that there were 2 meals and 3 hash browns. We said we ordered 4, but he said we only paid for 3 extras (fine). He was clearly in a rush (there was one car behind us and dining room was closed) and ignored us when we said that we had not gotten our coffees yet. We went back through the drive through and the coffee issue was resolved (after more window confusion) and when we got our food there were only 3 hash browns (should have been 6, but even with the mis-ring would have been 5). At this point there was a line and we had originally stopped at McDonalds for a quick stop (and because we love McDonald's), but at this point, it wasn't even worth waiting in line again for the additional 2-3 hash browns that we were missing. On top of all of this, there was a 2" black hair on one of the 3 hash browns we got, so we only really had 2. Needless to say, we will continue to going to McDonalds, but hope that this might be able to stimulate some much needed improvements at this particular location. read more

Go anywhere else! Service depends on the day, sometimes it's good other times awful. Sometimes they're are impatient and short, others they're normal unenthusiastic and slow. Every time I've used their app to order it doesn't go through right, they make a mistake, or what I ordered on the app they don't have. Recently I stopped in and not only was it as bad as always but, this time I received a raw burger. Bright pink and white center! I've continued to come here as it is convenient for my location but, this is it. I'll happily drive somewhere else! read more
