This is a clean McDonalds, plenty of parking and they did the sandwich right. It is one if the renovated restaurant.

It's an older location esthetically, but the people here are friendly; good customer service and good food. Sorry parents, there isn't a play ground at this one, so you may want to pick up lunch to go and go to a park to let the kids burn off some energy. read more

What sucks is when they get ur order wrong they don't seem to see it as their fault but yours! They don't apologize for inconveniencing you to get out of the car and get the order right!! So today I ordered 4 deluxe's and my number was 167 and then one of the workers(female) she was calling out 366 and she got mad and she was like oh my God and it turned out that the guy speaker Spanish so he didn't know his number until a worker who speaked Spanish helped him so you guys need to work on your attitude and start saying the number in Spanish and English that would help a lot read more

Gotta say probably the worst McDonalds. The kid can't even get my preset right in the drive thru. I had to repeat my self at least three times and he still didn't even get it right. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. All I ordered was a hamburger happy meal. It took about 10 minutes then they gave me a chicken nugget happy meal with french fry stubs that should of been thrown away. Tasted like it had been sitting there for at least an hour. By the time I figured out I was given the wrong order, I was in Santa Paula. I called and of course no answer. Not going to this McDonalds again. My order is never correct. The service seems fast but when you have to go back because they didn't give you your hash browns or your burger wasn't plain, it takes forever. Most of the time the food is fresh, there have been a few times our fries or burger weren't. read more

Hands-down, the worst McDonald's ever! I was enticed to go here instead of my morning Starbucks to try their breakfast bowl... The latte machine was broken so they offered me ice tea, then when I ordered my "new breakfast bowl" the girl at the drive-through window told me that I needed to pull into space number one and wait for them to make it ...no problem, except while she was talking to me she was sticking her fingers inside the cup she was about to fill my ice tea with. Worst McDonald's ever. Orfered and paid for a large drink and got a medium. Ordered no fries just apples and gogurt in my kuds happy meal. Guess whats in there?Fries and no gogurt. Ordered 3 apple pies ended up with one peach pie and two kinds of mini bundt cakes. A note to management: your staff is too busy screwing around to press the right buttons on the machine and stick it out a window theres no hope for them. Maybe consider an employee overhaul. If there was a way to give negative points, I totally would. This place has consistently disappointed. On multiple occasions they've failed to deliver ubereats orders. Worse, they won't clearly update the app as to why. They just keep upping the time estimate and then hours later cancel. Highly unprofessional. This place needs to be shut down. Typically less than stellar service at this location. But that's true of most McDonald's. This location has recently installed a two lane drive through (why? Seriously?) and the employee that was put on the new system tonight seems like it's not only her first day on the new system, but simply her first day. Can't take orders worth a crap. Talking to the wrong drive through lane with no car in it, can't communicate, doesn't use the order screen so you can see if she's getting it right or not as well and price, etc... if that wasn't enough, once I finally made it past the painful ordering and paying phase (The same girl taking the orders just stuck the card machine out the window and wasn't even looking making it incredibly awkward to get my card in it not to mention rude.) I was greeted by a cup literally dripping soda off the sides into my lap. I held the soda because I can't stand a sticky mess in the bottom of my drink holder only to find as I pulled away not one single napkin on the bag to clean up the mess they handed me. The service was very timely at the drive thru, even late at night. I was a little disappointed with the ice cream cone I had. The cone tasted a little stale but the ice cream was very creamy and good. This location has a nice old timey McDonald's feel and they are now serving breakfast all day. It's about time they'd do that but it's nice to see they are willing to change for their customers. read more

Worst experience in a McDonald's floor was covered in water where you receive your food at, it took 15 mins for a small coffee then they didn't put any sugar in it whats the point in askink if i wanted cream and sugar if your not going to out it. Glad i check now because every McDonald's dose the same thing tgem when i go to ask for more sugar staff argues with me telling me she put it in there gets attitude when i tell her i need more. We spent 10 min in drive threw and 25 min in " drive threw curb side" so it took us 35 mins to get food from a " fast food place " and to top it of they had no one eating inside because after I received my food I had to gone in to order one more item and only had me and one person in line, when I ordered my 1 item and they called out a number I asked if it was mine because the kid at the register never gave me my receipt and she just looked at me with an ugly face and walked away so I had to look inside and make sure it was mine. Honestly, this McDonald's has the worst customer service via drive thru! Employees are constantly cursing at each other in front of customers, food items are always missing and when you show them a copy of your receipt to prove you purchased an additional hash brown or whatever, they still get mad and you always hear a female voice in the back saying "just fucking give it to them". This is consistently the worst McDonalds. The manager ( I think shes the mgr - short older Mexican lady) is so rude. She argues with you when you bring a complaint to her. I do not understand how she is management. Also thru drive thru is always slow. Mobile order 50/50. Wrong food most of the time. Inconsistent McCafe beverages, Especially the frappes. Theres are always like chocolate milk with no ice and they try to tell me that's just how they are made. But the manager is just so unprofessional. read more

Don't know where to begin I have so many issues with this particular McDonald's. They ALWAYS get something wrong on my order. It's crazy. I have to come back many times to get the plain cheese burger I ordered. It even says it on the wrapper. They also do not care of you have a problem. They seriously just stare at you or ignore you. Or worse, argue with you. I have complained so many times to the Manager and corporate and it's still the same issues. They just don't care here. We have actually driven out of town to a different store even though we live less than 2 miles from this one. That should tell you something. It's a headache. It's the same with mobile order as well. I order side items and never get them. Or napkins. I only still one at all because it's my grandkids favorite treat and I can't drive 25 miles r/t every time. Unfortunately, the staff and management are very young and just don't care about customer service. One customer went and put her foot on the counter top next to the cash register and the staff thought it was funny. Then my hubby had to ask a customer to please stop using the F word so much and the guy became so upset he went and trashed the men's bathroom. He came out, dropped his skateboard loudly on to the floor next to us and then went to tell his female friend, who happened to be the cashier and they both laughed loudly about it. this mcdonalds literally made me bleed lots...and they didn't care. have some people told you going to mcdonalds is bad? for me it wasn't the food. in december i closed the mens bathroom stall door -- properly using the door handle. when i pulled the door closed, it forced my knuckle into an improperly installed sharp metal lockplate. blood spurted. the emergency room had to close it with three stitches. i saw a hand specialist and months of physical therapy, am out of pocket lots and lots of money. although i provided pictures to the franchisee's insurance company which clearly showed that their door caused my injury, pain, inconvenience, two trips to quick care, one to emergency room, three to hand surgeon and maybe 2o+ visits to physical therapy...plus hours of driving... cna insurance said they were not even liable and refused to even pay my doctor bills. not even liable. unbelievable. mcdonalds corporate office would not even talk to me - said i had to get a lawyer to talk to them. the insurance company dissed me and wouldn't even let me talk to the franchisee...who pays insurance premiums for cna to protect him by settling claims like this. bottom line, in addition to the bad food and service reviews you have seen for this location, no one...no one at mcdonalds cares if you get sick or even cut your hand open due to their incompetence. feel free to call me to learn more about why you should avoid this place. 805-616-9403 read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Every single time I go in here they have an employee mop the floor around me. I have repeatedly asked them to not mop by me when I am in there. Okay, I understand they need to mop the lobby, but the smell of filthy mop water makes me sick. Tonight not only did they mop the floor, the miserable employee actually mopped over top of my shoe. If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place has been a family tradition since I was a child. I carried on the tradition of stopping here on the way to the beach to my children. Over the past couple years this place just turned into a toilet. It was hit and miss on their food until this past year during which the food was always stale and gross. One may ask how come I still go here? My answer is; I just made a vow with my wife to never return. I kept returning because of its easy access with a trailer. It is no longer worth this convenience. The place is dirty, it stinks, the restrooms are disgusting, the food is bad, and the employees are barely able to speak English. There were many bells going off that were being ignored by the employees. Most of the customers were angry with their orders being screwed up. I am not against McDonald's as I go to my local one every once in a while. I hope I can keep my vow and never return to this one! read more
