For starters, the service here is genuinely top-notch, dining in felt like eating at home with a family, the servers are incredibly welcoming and comforting, they are very polite and considerate. Dining area is cozy, the tables are cleaned just before being seated, and stocked with napkins, forks, chopsticks, anything you might need. Tonight was my first time here and it was good the second we walked in. The gentleman taking our order was so kind and answered all our questions. I was decided between the burger and fries or sushi burrito and I chose the latter and it was sooo dam fire. I am so glad I got it. We also ordered some boneless mango habanero wings that were so delicious as well. And when we left the to go boxes already had ramekins filled with the sauce to go. The prices they have posted on the menu board are DIFFERENT from what they actually charge you. When I pointed out the 'overcharge' the cashier sheepishly explained the cash register price was the 'real' price ($2 -$3 more on each item). They have no fountain drinks or water. They have about 5 or 6 tables inside and a couple outside as well so there's a good amount of seating. The sushi isn't really sushi. It has a really weird aftertaste to it. These aren't proper sushi rolls that you can find at any other restaurant. I understand that it's a fusion but make sure you get quality items and try to make quality food before calling it sushi. Tonight we ordered the sushi burrito and the sushi chicken wings... I cannot get over how flavor packed they both were. The wings have a hint of ginger with spicy and eel sauce. The sushi burrito was topped with baked scallops and this amazing sauce. The portion size was perfect for both. This is just for the quality of order correctness. The food here is always amazing but lately my orders have been wrong and when I mean wrong I mean completely wrong. The last three times I have ordered from here all three times my order is something completely different then what I had asked for. I ordered 2 nacho fries and I got 2 regular nachos, I ordered their new buffalo chicken fries, I got a buffalo chicken sandwich (which that one really threw me off cuz huh?!). The people working are great nothing wrong but it seems like they either don't pay attention to the order or completely disregard it. This has happened both in person ordering and online ordering. I just recommend that if you order from here, double check that you're order is correct before you leave the restaurant. I've made the mistake of not doing it and the last time it happened it was raining so I was not about to go back to get my correct order. Lesson learned. read more
