The absolute WORST!!!! Waited 30 minutes in line and then got my drinks which were flat and full of melted ice, ALL of my food was cold and the best part was that the fries were old, hard and ice cold! Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous! There is no reason for this level of incompetence! I went inside frustrated and nothing was done to help the situation besides me having to tell them to remake my order which was still done half assed. This McDonald's is always serving fresh food, the food never tastes like it's been sitting out or like it's cooked with old oil. The service is always fast during daylight hours too. Welp third try at the new McDonalds... First try, they don't have curbside yet, get it together!!! I got home to take a huge gulp of my sprite. Only to find out it was tonic. Grosss Second visit, breakfast I mean can't mess this up... so I wind up paying 13. At the window only to recalculate in my head by the time I get to the next window and realize I was over charged about 4 bucks... so the lady at the window insist I under paid I shouldn't need a manger. I insist they owe me money (and a sprite from the last visit I wasn't going to mention) after handing us 100 items that didn't belong to us, finally we get our order. Then, after holding up the line they pull us forward the manager then gives us a .25 cent change and I said please look at that receipt again. He goes back comes back with a whole refund only after 30 minutes... Third Attempt... well I wrote all that and the line has move equivalent to two vehicles (small cars at that jk, but seriously) so this experience might not happen, looks like I am leaving, wait the car in front of me just gave up soooo maybe I will stay.... wait another 10minutes and still not to the speaker, Finally I get to the window and o get my food after over an hour and they asked me to pull up, why? Ordered three quarter pounders and a large basket of fries , online with a cookie tray of 13 cookies. When I arrived 25 minutes later to let them know I was there to pick up my food they had just begun preparing it. I was told to wait for my order, that was supposed to already be done, otherwise why wast time with the app ???? I was at the window to pick up my order when I was told that I would have to wait in parking spot #15 for our order and they tried to give us our drinks with the cups only 2/3 full. ( Do we only give them 2/3 of the payment?) I politely asked the young lady to fill the cups up , which she did but not before giving us the worst attitude I have seen in many years. It appears the employees here at this McDonald's just absolutely do not want to work let alone do their job correctly. We waited an additional 30 minutes for our order to be brought out to us, and 16 other people received their meals to the drive-thru and had already left before we got ours. They made a 80 something year old lady walk out in the 100° heat to give us our order when there were numerous teenage employees standing around. ( How has our work ethic gone so wrong ?) Chivalry is clearly dead at MacDonald in floresville. When I finally got my order , the meat was dry and cold as well as the cookies and there was one pickle and half an onion as their toppers For the quarter pounders. The fry basket was maybe half full if even that. I have always ordered the Fry basket because I get such a large amount of price for a price. The MacDonalds in canyon lake TX and new Braunfels TX have always filled up the baskets all the way. If you eat here only plan on getting half of what you again at any other franchise and expected to be cold and stale so that way you're not disappointed when you receive your meal from this McDonald's. Well I drove through the "new" McDonald's today right after they reopened following renovation. It still sucks! The line for the drive thru didn't appear to be very long when I pulled in (it used to back out to Hwy 181 when busy before). Unfortunately I spent 27 minutes waiting to get our order....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They have 2 lanes for placing your order and then those converge into one for payment and pickup at two windows. It appears that they're copying their competition (Chick-fil-A and Whataburger), but they fail miserably due to no extra staff to take payment/deliver orders. This in conjunction with an employee operating the register that apparently failed first grade math definitely slowed things down. I hurried home after receiving my $picy Chicken sandwich with fries and my wife's Big Mac and fries. I looked at my $picy Chicken sandwich and was appalled (see photo)!!! It looked like either a kid's meal or a Chicken McNugget sandwich. $4.00 ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Needless to say we can't wait for Burger King to open!!! read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. After driving off I opened my breakfast sandwich only to find that the bread appeared to have been bitten. I was appalled that this would happen. When I went back to the store I asked them to remedy the situation as I didn't want someone else's breakfast. The manager said that sometimes the bread falls off. I told her not in the shape of a bite tho. She gave me an ugly look, had the line cook make another and then another employee handed me the new bag. No apologies or sympathy was given. This McDonald's is the only McDonald's in Floresville and it is decent. Great food, great Price and great service. Plus it provides excellent jobs for the neighborhood teenagers in town. Being from a small town there's only a few places to get food around here. Today Oct 19 21 around lunch time I came to McDonald's because my 3 year old is getting over a stomach bug and that's all she wanted. They were so friend and super quick with service. I was given nuggets instead of a kids hamburger and they gave me the hamburger and were still so sweet most the time other place get attitude or rude. The lady working the first drive through windows has such a sweet personality I definitely will give them more business. I'm not one to leave reviews but after today's experience I had to. The restaurant is Not clean, the kitchen area was very dirty viewing from counter. The restrooms appeared to be only cleaned once a week at best. My two sons 9 & 11 were also disgusted with the filth and we will never return to this location again. The Franchise license needs to be revoked, not Mc Donald's standards by far. read more

Went to the McDonald's on 10th Street here in Floresville, TX at approximately 8:40 PM and the service was fast and friendly however, the place was a mess. Trash left on tables, the Tea Dispensers could have been displayed a little neater, definitely needed to be cleaned up, by the fountain machine, there was a mess of ketchup containers used and unused, the floor was messy with straw wrappers and ketchup packets. It was like a party happened and no clean up crew was present. Plenty of employees in the back who could have came out from behind the counter to clean up. read more
