There are dozens of places to get a burger in Floresville, and this is certainly one of them. If you ever felt like eating at Whataburger without actually eating at Whataburger, this is your place. The burgers are unremarkable at best. I ordered the cheeseburger with all the veggies and there was nothing that made this burger stand out in any way, not in taste, not in looks, not in anything. The fries are crinkle fries but very bland and the same type that you buy frozen in HEB. You order at the counter and the counter help was polite, when your order is ready they call your number and you pick it up at the counter. The restaurant is clean, but like the burgers and fries, unremarkable. There is nothing here that would make me ever want to come back. That's just my opinion. read more

This was a miss for me. I ordered the double burger with fries and it tasted like something I could have cooked at home. The fries were off and very bland. I could not finish them. The food was hot though. I can tell this place is popular. I went during lunch and the crowd was busy. Service was fast and friendly and the price point is great. This resultant was a staple for my family but we weren't able to go for a bit and when we went recently the quality had gone down a lot. They started adding this weird seasoning on the fries which tasted bad, I wish it would have been an option to add the seasoning, so I was very disappointed when I had received my fries. Also they changed the burger buns that they were using and the new one are very thick and when you ate the burger all you could taste was the bun not anything else. The workers are nice but even though they weren't that busy it took a little while to get our food. Hope the can improve. read more

We are visiting Floresville, asked where I can get a good burger, they suggested this place. So we checked it out. Went right before noon, on a Saturday. It wasn't too busy, inside, but the drive thru was popping. I asked what makes the burgers SUPER, they said " we make them home made". I love home made burgers. Makes me think of our church burgers. So I was excited. We got two combos, mine with cheese. Got grilled onions, and got the buns toasted. Good size burger, like whataburger size. Made with mustard. The fries were crinkle cut fries. Went back for a small burger and onion rings. The rings were better that the fries. If we go back, I will take some seasoning to season the fries. Wanted a shake, but they needed milk, so that didn't happen. The service was good, we went inside. Plenty of seating, and an outdoor bench. Ambiance was okay. Nothing special. read more

Plain burger not really anything to write home about with very basic crinkle fries. Oh if you get a fountain drink it's nearly 3.00 for all ice and hardly any drink and refills are a 1.40!!!! I try and stick to much smaller mom and pop places but this place is a disgrace to true hard working people that want good food. the good was decent but the customer service is horrible. the girl who took my order with a sternum piercing was very rude. I ordered two burgers that were supposed to be $11.35 each and a large onion ring. My total came out to $31.42. her why it was so much she gave me an attitude as she explained why it was so much. it was the cheese apparently that adds on $2 each slice. She wrote the wrong order number on my receipt. She wrote # 2 so when they were yelling #3, I didn't pay no mind because that's not the number that was on my receipt. I finally looked up and noticed that it was my order. There was an older lady who had an attitude when I explained the wrong number was written on my receipt. This is the second time I've come in here and horrible customer service. We won't be returning and if we ever do I'm going to treat them the way they treat us. read more

Where do I start? I guess with the burgers. They're ok. The fries are at least crispy. The chicken tenders are a joke, they're the cheapest "chicken fritter" available. The ranch dressing is gross, if they'd make they're own it's do wonders, the salad is just sad. The chicken fried steak was small and cafeteria grade. I had the bacon double cheeseburger and tots. The food was good and I didn't have to wait long (dine-in at 11:15 am). The dining room was clean. The young staff wasn't rude, but they weren't pleasant and inviting either. By today's standard, the price was average ($13 for the combo). These burgers are by far the best burgers to get for take out or drive through. The fries are the thick crinkle fries but could use some seasoning. The order was right, and everything was hot. The price was the same as if we had gone to whataburger. I only gave them four stars because the fries were kinda bland, and they used a paper bag for a drink carrier...and one of our 5 drinks spilled and filled up the bottom of the bag leaving a huge mess for us. read more

It was nothing special other than a kitchen overrun by teenagers and the crinkle cut fries it was ok. The burger was overpriced for the thin party I consumed. Whataburger provides a better patty. Horrible food and just nasty employees with awful customer service... being our first time to try this place in Floresville, we walk up to order and are greeted with an attitude from a little girl who looked to be seriously angry to possibly be working there. Who knows. I ask a question about the chicken nuggets, she looks at me as though I've grown a damn horn out my forehead and says "I don't know what you mean... rolls her eyes at me. All I wanted to know was if the nuggets were actual chicken meat cut up and fried or processed... not that hard of a question but whatever. I politely say thanks anyway and tell my husband I only want fries and a drink. We get our food and the sodas are flat. We take them back and they are swapped out only to taste a lot of carbonation and little syrup... no thank you. We will NEVER go there again and will tell EVERYONE we know to not ever waste their time at this bad excuse for a burger joint. read more
