This is the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. Ordering via kiosk was fine. My order came out fairly quickly and was handed to me by the manager that called me "cupcake". After I sat down I realized the order was wrong. I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra onions. What I got was a quarter pounder. I notified the manager who said he would fix it. He then gave me a double cheeseburger with no onions. Maybe he should spend less time putting on his flamboyant show for everyone to see and more time focusing on getting things right this wouldn't be a problem. read more

Went through drive-thru, ordering, per the big sign, a McRib sandwich, only to be told "we don't have those anymore." How hard is it to 1) remove a sign or 2) put up a sign saying "Sorry -- all out."? Typical McDonald's half-hearted approach to customer service. Plus, we drove an additional 3 miles to go to this one because the one closest to us sucks even worse. read more

We stopped in this morning for five frappes! We ordered from the app with ease. Staff is always smiling and friendly. Everyone loved their frappes. We were able to customize the frappes in the app including one with a shot of espresso! This a regular stop when we take the granddaughters to school and the staff at this restaurant never disappoints! read more

I came in, waited at counter for 5-10 minutes before being acknowledged. The cashier seemed like I was bothering her, I asked for an item on menu, she stated we don't have that. I proceeded to say order is for here, and paid for food. My order number was called, she had bagged it, and didn't bother to provide a fork, syrup, butter, jelly, nothing. I had to go back up, wait again only to be made to feel like a burden, I had to ask for assistance. No high chairs available. All around poor experience. They're to worried about online orders than waiting on customers. read more

Probably the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever visited. No service at all, you order from a kiosk, I put your number and a worker calls your number and leaves it at a counter. Took 17 min to get the value meal of McDouble/fries/4 McNuggets/ and a drink... the fries... burnt, covered in bad black spots where the potato was rotten. The McNuggets... cold, not cooked to standard and big greasy / black finger prints all over the lid and inside the lid. The burger, smaller than the lid of the small drink. The drink... not what I ordered at all. No ketchup or drink refill station... no napkins, dirty tables, floors and glass covered in filth... this is a new Macdonalds less than 3 months old. Staff standing around in back laughing and on their phones... 12 people waiting on orders. DO NOT GO THERE. The health department needs to look into this place as well as corporate McDonald's. Two small, and I mean small (2-3) bites for a cheeseburger at $4. Come on, McDonald's was a place that was constant almost world wide... not this place. Avoid. read more

What a pathetic excuse for a business. Don't waste your time stopping here, not worth it. I ordered on the mobile app to be efficient so I could pop in and get my order before having to go to work. I'm from out of town and didn't think anything about it. I pull up to the curbside for an order I placed 10 minutes prior (sausage biscuit and tea). Eight minutes later a lady walks out and hands me my order, I apologize for the inconvenience and she said nothing the entire time. Didn't acknowledge me, didn't say hello, or thank you. I wonder how long the current manager has been in charge. It seems like ratings have only gone down within the last 6 months or so, and after my encounter with her today I think I may understand why. (This used to be my favorite McD, but service is terrible now.) Sat in drive through without moving an inch for nearly ten minutes before my grandson (the only reason I was there) asked could we go in to get it faster. That should have been better, but service inside was super slow too. They were short-staffed and the manager finally told me (after I'd received my order) that they were only taking two orders then waiting to fill them - and the same was in place indoors. Not quite, I told her. I was behind the first order and she called the slow young man away as he began to take my order. So close and yet so far. I had to wait nearly 10 more minutes before he came back from where she'd assigned him. There were no apologies from her, just a quick dismissal of me as though I had never been there. I wish that were true. Unfortunately, start to finish I was there more than 20 minutes. I saw the manager Shaunesha knock two stacks of plastic cups onto the dirty floor with her body as she went by. I think this is the best McDonalds in the area. You know how everybody says that if you can find a good one, they really enjoy a McDonalds cheeseburger? Well, this is the one. I am not one to voice my displeasure about customer service however, today 3/4/2023 was the WORST service that I have received at this McDonald's restaurant! I do understand there were two ways to order, and I chose to order at the register. The individual working the register took the customer's order who was ahead of me, never returned to take my order or the customer standing behind me. Instead, she filled other orders, never said she would be with me in a minute after repeatedly bring orders to the other counter and making eye contact with me. I know it cannot be the employees! It has to be how this place is ran! I have a McDonald's near work on Bardstown rd in Louisville, right off the express way and I never wait like this place! I will give them credit they are consistent in being slow. I stop using this place for breakfast. I been the only one there and the time it takes just to put my order in I am in and out at the one by work. The only reason I stopped here today is it is the closest to home. They forgot two cheeseburgers and I just happened to be getting the straw out on the way home and seen they wasn't there! So I had to go back. By the time I was home my food was cold. The inside is great. Fun tables for the kids. The drive through sucks. It takes forever, they get your order wrong 3 out of 4 times. I hate the new double ordering station system. It doesn't make it faster it just makes everyone angry because you might be waiting and the person next to you pulls up after you but they get to order first and then there's the guys who gun it to get in front of you in line. The people there are friendly and do their best but there never seems to be enough workers for the amount of traffic. read more

In the last 2 years, I've been to this McDonalds a total of 4 times. It is hands down the WORST McDonalds that I've been to in the entire chain. As a construction manager of 30 years, that's saying a lot as I've travelled all over the US. First visit was BEYOND slow & when I finally received my order, it was completely wrong. I figured it was a fluke & tried again a few months later. Again...the drive thru was beyond slow & the employees I dealt with acted like they hated being there. Third time my order was again VERY wrong & I was told by the manager that they gave me what I ordered even after I showed them that they didn't. This last visit was last night, 10/12/22 because my daughter was craving McNuggets. We sat behind 2 other cars in the drive thru for a total of 10 minutes without moving an inch. There were probably 10 cars in line behind us and even after several started laying on their horns, nothing. Being very local to this branch, I will NEVER return. They are 0 for 4 so it's not random. Hire & train employees who want to EARN their paycheck & provide customer service. read more

Worst McDonalds ever. They have never gotten my simple order right. The only reason I go is for my kids. Once I ordered 40 mcnuggets and I got 12. It took me 2 additional attempts with management to get it corrected. The wait is ALWAYS ridiculous. 2 Days ago I stopped and had to pull up to wait for 20 nuggets, 3 burgers and 2 fries. After many cars pulled off from the drive thru and 10 minutes later I actually called them to remind them I was STILL waiting in my car. I have two little boys that love this place, and I hit the drive thru many times a week. Compared to other McDonalds, it's better than average, and my inlaws, when visiting from out of town, always stop there and say it's "the last good McDonalds". I think their food is pretty consistent. Special orders, like a well done filet-o-fish, is hit and miss for my wife's tastes. I could eat nuggets with the boys, barbecue sauce, just as they come, and be happy. Let's face it: fast food is such a high turn- over industry, you shouldn't have too high of expectations of anything but the standard menu, and that's done pretty well here. Complaints? You may laugh, but every time I would be sent out late for diapers, wipes, milk or whatever, I would hit their 24 hour drive thru for a cheeseburger fix. There was this one girl, maybe 30 years my junior, not sure if she even works there anymore, that would pour on the "sweetie", "honey" and even "baby" when addressing me. I would cringe every time, to the point I couldn't stand to even go there anymore. At some places, like truck stops, that talk is for making lonely people feel temporarily special, like momma is taking care of them. Much like every other McDonalds- this place is Terrible. Always check your order. This time I ordered nuggets with buffalo. They had it correct in the screen, correct at the second window, and I even verified at the pickup. The kid at the pickup assured me it was in the bag- I of course checked and it wasn't- when I asked for it they said they were out. 1/2 of the rest of the order was wrong as well- and I had to walk into sadly- this place is 5 min from the house and we no longer go here because that is the norm. read more

OMG!... I agree with the other review!!.... No one in the drive-thru, no one at the counter but me, they saw me walk in.... Yet no one of the 5 employees that I saw, came to the front counter to take my order. After taking my order, which was to go, I asked for salt... Oh my gosh is there a ration on salt!....
