Seem to always be over charging but I left today with one coffee and had to pay $10.59. I get the same coffee EVERYTIME I go in. Its NEVER been that much. On top of this ALL the staff seem to hate life and just want you out of their face. I questioned the price of my coffee and they just said yea no it's right and wouldn't give me my receipt when asked. worst dunkin experience I've EVER had. This Dunkin location is one of the few in the area that I barely ever actually go to. I think I've been here only three times at most and while no problems with it, the location of being way on the far side of Walpole sort of defeats my purpose of staying local to go to Dunkin Donuts. It would have to be an outstanding Dunkin to drive fifteen minutes for even occasionally! But, when making a trip to Franklin or the Wrentham Outlets, I have stopped here and wouldn't oppose it in the future. Why? This is one of the most calm, relaxing and DEAD DD ever. I'm sure they get a lot of business in the morning (otherwise, it would seem a joke that they are still in business), but whenever I drive by, there are maybe two cars in the parking lot and maybe one at the drive thru. In general, the staff here are friendly and the food is well made and always accurate. In the past they have been extremely efficient, like having my order ready within the end of saying the order to arriving at the window.... seems like pure magic! The only confusing thing about this place is the setup of the parking lot. Entrances and rules regarding where you should and should not drive are vague and I always just cut through the parking lot even though I'm guessing that's not the correct way. More signage would help out. Recently updated and overall a decent Dunks.... as for the rest in Walpole as well. 4 stars. read more

Same as a tip posted here. funny looks. like they take a glance as you drive up and then you get smirks and chuckles from what seems to be their little inside jokes. So much humor yet they can't even fetch you a correct order 95% of the time. They seem to get it right on paper but when you get attended by the person at the window they always miss something. And when it's the same person at the window taking the order through the intercom. Forget about it! you can barely understand them, then you have to drive up to get smirks and see them whispering to one another. Not worth it, I go to the Norfolk location when ever I can. read more

I wouldn't normally take the time to review a chain store like Dunkin Donuts but after having multiple bad experiences at this location, I feel it's necessary. My most recent experience there this morning was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had anywhere. I placed a mobile order with the DD app. Because the majority of my past mobile orders there have been incomplete or incorrect in some way, I chose to go into the store to pick it up so I could check it carefully. Sure enough, when I walked over to the pick up area, it was immediately evident that two major items were missing: A medium iced tea and a box of munchkins. Anyone who read the receipt could quickly and easily spot that these items were missing. I stood there for a couple minutes while several employees breezed past, totally ignoring me. Finally an older woman who was taking walk in orders noticed me and said, "Is something missing?". It seemed like she was used to asking customers this question so it must be a frequent occurrence. When I informed her what was missing and mentioned that it's happened to me before, she came back at me with attitude saying, "Well we've been really busy." So evidently when it gets busy, these employees are incapable of doing their jobs. While she was getting my missing items, I asked to speak to a manager. A young woman with a nose piercing and a tattoo on her wrist came over claiming to be the manager. I don't believe she was. She certainly didn't act like a manager and did not have a name tag identifying her as a manager. When I explained my issue to her, she looked at the receipt, looked at my order (which had been completed while I talked to her), shrugged and walked away without a word of apology. This was a textbook example of how to easily screw up customer relations. Mistakes were made by multiple employees on a number of different levels and not a single person apologized. Normally I could understand if it was one mistake by one bad employee but I have now seen a pattern of awfulness by all employees at this location. This is compounded by the fact that I emailed the manager about the incorrect mobile order issue over a month ago and he wrote me back pledging "to correct and continue our ongoing training with our staff. Our goal is to serve each and every guest with fresh quality products and exceptional guest service." Not only has he not corrected this, it seems to have gotten worse! I gave this store a second chance and they failed miserably. As a result, I will no longer be patronizing Dunkin Donuts. I know a huge nationwide chain doesn't care about losing one customer but at this point it's a matter of principle for me. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Fast, yummy, & friendly service. Coffee always tastes the same (cream & 2 sugars) & breakfast sandwiches are quite delicious.

I think management needs to look into their early morning staff. I've been going to this location 5 days a week for the past 3 years, always at 5:40 am. They used to have quick and friendly staff that were really efficient. That seems to have changed over the past month or so. I have had to leave the line 3 times and almost missed my train 3 others. I decided to get their extra early today, and pulled in to find a queue of 7 cars. I immediately left. Hopefully management can resolve this issue. Update: have provide an update on this, as excellent service is back in place for the last month. Not sure if coincidence or someone read my review, but credit to them either way read more
