Maybe decades? :-) Many young workers through time (and the local high school is right down the street), always trained well - I especially notice the bag giving gesture with direct eye contact and attention. Food quality has been consistent over time. We were there last night around 7:00 p.m. I knew from the beginning it wasn't going to be good. The cashier had no idea how to describe the chicken sandwiches and even went as far as turning his register screen around so we could look at it ourselves. We went to get ice from the dispenser in the lobby and it was empty. Went to the counter to get it and the employee was confused as to how to get us ice. All of our sandwiches two Big Macs a Quarter pounder with cheese with bacon and two chicken sandwiches were just thrown together both Big Mac top buns were smashed the women's bathroom was a disaster paper towels all over the floor garbage bin overflowing and no soap in the dispensers both of them. I frequent this location and most times the service is excellent. The double drive-through helps for a speedy transaction. The woman who is mostly at the window where you pay is extremely personable and friendly. Given the location it could be an absolute disaster being such a busy area but they manage to move the lines through quickly consistently. French fries are almost always fresh and hot!! read more

Went to this McDonald's on a Saturday evening because it said they were open until 1 AM. When we got there, all the parking lot lights were off. I drink a great deal of diet coke and do a whole lot of driving so with the new Cook county beverage tax, I have no choice but to head to Will county. This drive thru is so illogical. It has one major lane that separates into two smaller lanes to move traffic through. What this location has chosen to do is to put barrier up defining the two lanes. The effect it has is that after there are a few cars in line, it backs up because no one can access the second lane. It defeats the purpose of having two lanes. So it ends up with one lane backed up to Lagrange Road rather than two lanes feeding through two channels. Completely illogical. read more

After ten mins of waiting for change, the cashier comes back to tell my dad they think his money is FAKE and they're not going to accept it. He only had hundreds on him so he offered her another. I usually don't patronize fast food and rarely rate though with two four year old twins, I felt it necessary to give this place a fabulous review for having outstanding staff. The managers are on the ball. I frequent about six or so McDonalds within the area and this by far has the best service. I read other reviews not so good about the drive through service but lets give this place a break.......One, its McDonalds and you have teenage/early 20s working here. Stay clear of this McDonald's!!! Stopped in this morning ordered the 2 for $4.00 Sausage, Egg and Biscuit sandwiches X 2 along with 2 small Vanilla cones. Look at the screen and it reads that the Biscuits/Sausage/Eggs x 2 equal $14.67. I brought it the girls attention who was taking my order and she explains OH! Sir don't worry the price is automatically adjusted at the window. So I thought OK, we pull up to the first window and the girl now tells me the my total is $17.93 cents (Wait What) I explained to her that isn't right and she tells me yes it is. She tells me then that they changed the special regarding the 2 for $4.00 Sausage, Egg Biscuits, that it is now a bacon and egg muffin special that is 2 for $4.00. Well not 5 minutes before I was told that it was still a special and the total would be corrected. So my daughter and I had already made up our minds and driven here for this. So I paid her and I wasn't happy about it, but had decided to not say anymore about it because that is what we wanted and I wanted my daughter to be happy. Well as I go to pull away from the window now this girl has the notion to start laughing at us as if she knew she screwed us but she got away with it. So when I looked at her through the sliding window and she realized that I saw her disrespect she then turned away and started laughing with the girl at the other register. So when we returned home I called and asked to speak to the owner (Franchise Family Owned) well the day manager had answered the phone and he tells me that the owners don't take calls but he will try to help me. I explained my dissatisfaction and he told me yes sir he said you are absolutely right and the girl should not have treated you with that type of disrespect. He then tells me that she didn't take my order it was another girl and she is one of his best employees but he would talk to her in the office to find out what happened. He also told me that they would make it right and send me vouchers to equal the cost of our meal to make it right. He also told me that the Store Manager (JACK) would be in at 10:00 am and he would have him call me as soon as he got in well it was already 09:57 so I said I would appreciate it and wait for his call. Well no phone call, the day manager never took my information to send me the vouchers and I never received a call from Jack. So I called back at 11:00 am and a young girl answered the phone I explained who I was and asked to speak with Jack. Well I sat waiting for Jack to come to the phone, well no Jack someone just took the phone and hung up on me. So do yourselves a favor, save your money and find somewhere else to go, because the staff there are rude and ignorant and the day manager is a liar. This has consistently been the worse McDonalds I've ever been to. I can count on one hand how many times my order has been given to me correctly. Today we order 60 chicken nuggets, I double checked with the cashier and she said I order 60 and we still only ended up getting 30 nuggets.
