Love the burgers there. I've always gotten my meal correct, and good service. What is stopping it form being a 5 star is 1. once in a blue moon I'll get a tomato that taste weird. Almost sour and I would have to take it off my burger. 2. The fries are not that good. They need to salt them more or add something because they have no taste. We were told it was still not ready and that it would be brought to our curbside spot when finished. We returned to our vehicle and continued waiting. Our order was finally brought out at 6:45 PM--51 minutes after we arrived. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching another customer who arrived approximately 20 minutes after us receive her curbside order before ours. There was no explanation for the delay, no estimated completion time, and no meaningful communication. I understand restaurants can get busy, but waiting 51 minutes for a mobile curbside order while customers who arrived much later are served first is unacceptable. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and selecting curbside pickup. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate resolution from Culver's.
