Starting off, a vast majority know without a doubt that McDonald's isn't a typical place to enjoy a ritzy dinner with family and friends. Though, their insane pricing makes them believe they can compete with Hells Kitchen, while the quality of the food stays the same as it has for decades. In some cases their food has decreased in nutritional value and quality. That said, the kiosks are usually working and the drive thru keeps the lobby customers waiting. Very long lines at the drive thru so decided on using mobile order! HUGE MISTAKE as I sat in space 5 for over 10-minutes. Had I not gotten out and walked to the drive thru window I would have sat there for an hour! The positive is that the young lady brought out two apple pies to apologize for the wait! I would have preferred the intended experience versus the free pies! No excuses, period! Don't tell me about a labor shortage or any of that other bull sh_t! This is mainly to review the NEW BUTTERMILK CHICKEN SANDIWCH. You cant miss all the ads they are running now about this wonderful new Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich that sells for around $4.59 Price can vary by location. Yeah the ad made me want to try it...so that much worked! However the reality of it is that it doesn't look like the pictures! It looks big and crunchy and hanging out of the bun. In reality mine didn't hang out. It wasnt crunchy at all, I couldn't taste the buttermilk or tell really any difference. Honestly if you take the $1 McChicken and add lettuce and tomato you just about have the equivalent of this $4.59 new item! Don't fall for it! This location is usually a bit disorganized and chaotic. **Drive Thru only** The drive thru here is less busy and quicker than the other one in Franklin. Even when we throw complex special orders at them, they get them right. Fries are usually hot (that's important). My only gripe is if I order a meal and ask for sweet tea ($1.29 portion of the meal), they will give you a medium. Most other McDs I go to just go ahead and give you the mega sized dollar sweet tea, since technincally you've paid for it. It's just a nice business practice... read more

BAD MISTAKE!!! It should have been a warning when I noticed the back door (actually on the side facing us a we came in ) was standing wide open. Several teenagers were hanging around that door smoking. Inside there were 3 or 4 employees yet not one of them greeted us as we entered. We were the ONLY customers another BAD SIGN. My husband said the girl that took the order actually had to finish her conversation with a friend in front of the counter before deciding to come over and see what my husband wanted. We ordered McRibs a MacDouble, a chicken sandwich and 2 large fries. ALL of them were cold and had been apparently sitting around awhile. I went ahead to get us a table. 1 double seat that affected 2 tables was broken. The floors were dirty and the tables and booths were ALL dirty. We had to request that someone come out and wipe the table. The employees and the condition of this store both were an embarrassment to the McDonalds good name. We did not complain at the time as it appeared that no one there would have cared or passed on our concerns. This is the worst Mac Donald's I have ever been in!!! read more

The food is exactly like all the other McDonalds, this one needs a little work though. For the second and last time they have gotten my order wrong. How hard is it to leave something off of a sandwich? Then the counter person told me that my total was $14.16. I gave her $20.16, and she got upset. She said, "NO, it's $14.16!!!" I said, "Ok, I gave you $20.16, which means I receive $6.00 back." She informed me that my $20.00 was dirty looking and she thought it was a $10.00. I just left this restaurant in a foul mood because of the staff. All I did was ask for the cashier to smile, which I don't think was out of line. It would have been a nice gesture of friendliness had she faked it. She stated that it was not going to be today. She returned to her sullen, foul mood because of personal issues that should never have been allowed on the front line in public view. I do not believe it to be in the best interest of any business to have cashiers that are either unwilling or not capable of making me feel like my business is good for there establishment's continuation of being open. I have found numerous times that the staff at this location is rude, lacking in personal hygiene and unappreciative of the customers which shows that they just don't care. Every day during the morning and lunch hours it does seem to be busy, I have witnessed many times up to 25 or 30 people who are hungry and waiting for the 1 cashier to take their order. I have seen none of the others stepping over to help, they are slowly getting the orders put together and socializing with each other as if they are at home. Often times you can feel that they just look right through you and only care if there is something in it for them. I wouldn't suggest that anyone go to here. There are many other options and they actually want your business and want you to come back as a repeat customer. I give this place as many thumbs down that is humanly possible. just got home from this place and decided that I should let management know what happened. I spoke with a manager named Stanley. He was in the process of making sandwiches for someone and made it clear that he neither had the time to speak with me and that this particular restaurant is no longer associated with the McDonald's Corporate Office.... Which means if you have questions or concerns about this place, you are definitely wasting your time calling the 1 800 number on the bag your food comes in. I had also pointed out that I was in there to rate and review the level of services offered. He made it plain and clear that he neither had the time nor did he care about what happened and didn't care about what the review said. His lack of taking a call more serious than that makes me wonder about the level of unprofessional behavior and lack of sanitary issues that is slipping through the cracks by other staff members. It is plain and simple that local business is not really wanted or appreciated. But then where else can they go? I for one do not want to place my business with any establishment that does not value the customer any better than this. NOT RECOMMENDED. I just find it funny that the Franchise Owner has invested so much money only to keep their head buried in the sand and allow their investment to be trashed. Their poor reputation is growing in the local community of poor service, long lines at the register which means that you will have a long wait time and if you go through the drive thru your day is going to be even worse. I envision that eventually they will not have any local customers to serve because of their inactions. I strongly suggest that you find another place to eat that really does care about the product they serve. A place where you can receive a feeling of "Welcome back, How may I be of Service to your Family" . This McDonald's has many lazy workers who talk and chat too much. During the drive thru order was very slow because they were chatting among themselves without concern for the customers as they seemed only to care about slowing the service down. They also try to short change you. I gave a fat ugly girl a $20 dollar bill and she tried to rip me off saying I only gave her a 10 dollar bill. The manager needs to fire everyone that does not take their job seriously. This place sucks big time. read more
