The salads and burgers are good. Three of the employees we've deal with lately are 3 of the nastiest women I've ever dealt with anywhere. I'm not used to this type of treatment and will take our business somewhere. The first incident involved their cash registers being down. We said no problem, we'pay cash. Then when we handed them a $1.00 off coupon at the register, the drive thru cashier threw our money back at my husband because she had said the register was down. The second incident was yesterday when my husband took the neatly bagged trash back to the store to dispose of it. The door he had recently used to go to the restroom was now locked, so he choose ro put the bag down at the door since there were no garbage cans outside. An employee came out as we were pulling away to yell at him and tell him that he should have put it at the dumpster at the other end of the parking lot, and how would he like it if they threw garbage in his car? All of this for a car displaying a handicapped tag, and a person, unbeknownst to them, who has early Alzheimers. read more

"Chili does not come with crackers." That's what the manager told my wife. She said he made her feel like an idiot for asking. I was not aware of a national cracker shortage. In looking at reviews on several sites, seems like this manager has been rude to many people. I guess it's a good thing we like Wendy's chili. I don't think I've ever had this worse of a fast food experience in my entire life. I was with a party of 9, but we all ordered separately. It took nearly one hour (53 minutes to be exact) to receive all of our orders. The GM was respectable, but all the other employees looked at our food to be bagged and just stared into empty space. Please do not waste your time and I highly suggest to go to every other fast food restaurant near here. read more

I'm one of the most patient people around but on 3/13/2021 I sat in the drive through for over 20 mins waiting to be helped. I never got my order taken . I finally gave up. If you only have two people trying to run a restaurant, lock the door , put a sign up and go home!!! By far the worse Service ever. Do yourself a favor and go someone else!!! read more

Just passing through and stopped through the drive thru. This was probably the best Wendy's meal I've had in a while. Everything was fresh and made correctly. The service was quick and the DT worker was friendly and polite. Definitely would recommend this location. read more

Went in here got me two Frosty's one vanilla one chocolate took them back to my motel and was very disappointed I would've been better off buying a gallon of milk and freezing that it would've had more flavor The young fella that waited on me he was mad at the world and was very unhappy to be at work. was quite disappointed it will be a good while before I go back into a Wendy's again read more

Average Wendy fast food, stop by for a quick bite to fill up energy during road trip. Folks were nice, and place is clean.

I went by drive through, there was a fly cooked into my burger, went back and the manager! Yes the manager asked me wich burger had the fly proceeded to exchange it and just gave me the bag. Not a single apology. nothing. not even a thank you for coming. i have to say I do not expect for flys to stay away and accidents do happen but an apology could make a difference. read more

I remember a little over a year ago I used to brag about this Wendy's to anyone looking for good fast food in this area. Ever since the manager that was pregnant at that time came back, it isn't worth eating at. I'd even go as far as to say McDonald's has them beat in quality & customer service. I don't understand how it is difficult to ensure every order is correct, every single time. Why are the fries always cold? Why are you constantly out of food like chicken nuggets or chocolate frosties? These are long time menu options. This store needs an overhaul & new management. This place is not your average Wendy's. They always, always get your order wrong or forget to give you your food you paid for. Along with a receipt so u can't complain. The manager is a joke and could care less that his employees play around while your waiting for food to be made. I use to go here several times a week. And after my children's games. No longer or place to go. Save urself some time of having to go back in and go else where. read more

I want to bring up somthing that really got to me because of the pure rudeness from the manager of our local Wendys... I went there a few days back at 850. I sat in line behind a truck for several mins when the line finally moved forward. I get to the speaker and the lights get turned out at the drive thru menu with nobody saying a word thru the speaker so I pull around where I set for several more mins waiting for the truck in front of me to get his food... The guy gets his food and I pull forward to the window where the manager clearly looks at me and locks it while I set at the window... I sat there for about 15 mins thinking well maybe they are busy in the back but nope they where closing and clearly not going to open the window and say we are closed..... Now for the big part... It was 9 and the Wendys store hours online and on the drive thru is 10pm.... This was pure BS and I am putting in complaints with corporate as this guy who manages this Wendys is not suitable to deal with public if he can't even let me know they where closed and why!! There where other in the drive thru behind me having no clue either why they where not answering and letting people sit there ignoring them.... I didn't have to wait as long as I did but I was pretty pissed wasteing 30-45 mins while they clearly knew I was trying to get service and there hours show open... How hard would it of been to open the window and say sorry we had to close early or somthing... This manager need wrote up cause public does not deserve this treatment... read more

Went for the salad bar because we heard it was a good one. Mediocre. Baked potato was hard as a rock, and the "fixin's" were congealed cheese sauce and congealed chili. Opted for butter. Server forgot our tea, had to ask her twice. Not horrible, just not worth a repeat. read more

Use to love this place. And came twice a week on lunch break. However in the past year it has gone down hill tremendously. The fries are always cold. Burgers are re warmed or either burnt. They have threw my nuggets in the bag upside down on multiple occasions. And i have walked back in to show the manager. Whom just offered me another free order. Need new managment and workers here. It use to be full inside dining.. but now its empty. Very said for this small town. When it could be so much better!! read more
