Leaving a review for my other half but when she went in before work to get something to eat she used her points for a free burrito and purchased a pie, after paying they informed her they didn't have either available and that it'd be a wait. was supposed to be a fast simple order but even with the gm present they couldn't manage. although they did offer her a hash brown and a refund after she told them she had to leave ( had a car stopped at the second window in front of her ) it's ridiculous, you don't just toss completely different items at a customer hoping one sticks and that they'd be fine receiving that instead. at bare minimum they should've let her know at the window or even before hand that they didn't have the items available to give her the option to just not proceed with the transaction so she could go somewhere else and not waste her time with them. I had managed a store for 3 years and worked alongside multiple supervisors or gms within this specific owner/ operators set of locations and this isn't the first time at all that I've had negative experiences after leaving but for two of the most simple items it's super irritable to be informed on their continued incompetence. read more

I rarely come to Mc Donald's especially with other healthier food alternatives but I came to this location a few times for my nieces. When we have Auntie Niece Day I let them choose our day down to the things we eat and of course as the "Big Kid Grown Up" my nieces call me when being silly, I get to Veto it if I feel like it xD The girls wanted Happy Meals on 02/05/22 and I was in favor! There was a long line inside however inside dining was only for staff as of 02/05/22 and there was no inside dining. The girls and I were bummed out but it was nice to just hang out in Mc Donald's, observe, talk and be silly! A few teenagers were inside being above and beyond silly and dropped their ice cream cone. The ice cream melted everywhere -_- the staff member due to being busy just basically put napkins over the ice cream for a quick fix but an older couple waiting that ordered like 25 ice teas to go - got ice cream all over their nice shoes - so I made sure I let the girls know not to step on it. When we ordered the staff was friendly. I am teaching the girls social skills of practicing ordering what they want. The girls were so cute of wanting to pay!! But of course I did and they were thankful. (Trying to teach them to save up money instead of spend money immediately as I do give them a few dollars here and there along with other relatives.) The two nieces mind exploded when I only got a plain sundae with apple pie xD they both vocally let me know how disappointed they were in my food choice for dinner xD but they were also concerned if I'm okay because they were like "You always eat healthy. aunt titi are you okay???" A lot of reassurance was needed for my two worry bots! Overall, we had an incredible outing here. Our food came up at a reasonable time especially being slammed. They did forget the little niece BBQ sauce for her chicken nuggets and trust me she was ticked :( The little niece did enjoy her meal and of course the older niece did too with no complaints. We are from out of town and McDonald's is always convenient to stop for a quick bite. Well save yourself the trip and stop at the next McDonalds possible. This place is trash! I awaited in the drive through for literally 40 mins and I only had a 30 minute lunch break. Once I got to the window, they kept misreading my order. They were not able to use the mobile app code but yet the app showed it was just redeemed. They put me on hold for a few minutes before they came back to complete my order. Just terrible customer service 30 minutes later when I get to the front window. They tried to confirm my order to pay and I explained to them that I no longer have time to dine here because I only had a 30 minute lunch, and in the middle of that. The lady closes the window on me so I had to wait to get out of line and go across the street, to Carl's Jr and by the time I ordered my food and got it, it was about five minutes and taste way better. Went through the drive thru and ordered almost $40 worth of food. Got home and noticed they supplied 1 BBQ sauce, 1 Ranch and 1 Sweet N' Sour sauce. I didn't request anything but BBQ for our 40 nuggets. So we had ONE sauce for 40 nuggets. Outrageous! ‍ I also noticed I received the wrong burger. I called to speak to the manager, Francisco. Not only did he NOT apologize but said he would put me down for a replacement cheeseburger meal and BBQ sauce. I asked, "so you're going to give me BBQ but no nuggets?" His reply, "yes." I asked if that would be an issue with his employees since there wouldn't be any nuggets? He said, "no. So that's it?" I thought that was rude and unprofessional. Disappointed in these places thinking they can throw food your way and it be enough. An apology would have been appreciated. Mention of talking to the employees to help prevent this from happening to others in the future was definitely expected. Bout time I got to order I was told they didn't have any frappes (it's 8:10am) so being that that's the only thing my son wanted I was stuck in line for another 15 minutes and my son was late to school! I would rate this store a 0 if I could they are a scam and will steal your money! I ordered my food online for delivery and they gave me the complete wrong order for starters and then they also forgot my fries. Along with that my receipt was ripped and had something written on it. I called to talk to the manager and on top of him refusing to give me his name to report him to corporate for his terrible behavior, he refused to allow me to come in to get the fries that they charged me for but didn't put in the bag! I would like to say I love Mc Donald's coffee but their customer service is garbage. Saturday morning I was handed a coffee with the lid not on all the way the coffee spilled all down my arm and on the side of my truck. To make it worse it was a manager that handed me the coffee my hand turned red and swollen I called to complain about the incident. A manager called me back and said they were sorry and offered me a free coffee. I would like to say I will never go back there again. I had coffee all on the side of my door inside and out my truck which is six months old. I couldn't even get a free car wash for my truck. Fye on you Mc Donalds for charging the same amount and giving less. Are you trying to spare us the shock of too many calories or what? The new/improved smaller ones cost the same as the old, bigger/better ones, because they have some guy in the back trimming the excess off the biscuit and sausage patty, and most likely trimming the egg as well. Everyone knows what you get here. If the oil isn't fresh you get crummy fries that are unappealing and leave a rancid, broken down oil taste in your mouth. I've gotten to the point where I can tell simply by looking at the color of the fries coming out. The lighter the color, the better the quality. Leaf lettuce (instead of iceberg) adds is worthless and adds nothing to the experience (no texture or snap). My 'beef' is about the chicken. It's actually very tasty but was smaller than the tomato slice. It competed with twice as much bun flapping around the edges. A terrible value at $5.00. The part with the chicken was great but they really need to charge 1/2 as much or make the chicken much larger. The bun was a big improvement and reminds me of when I tried McDonald's in France. Generally speaking, in Europe, the quality is much better because the French wouldn't tolerate what we eat over here. They also have thicker and varied cheese options. Still, I didn't buy this item for the bun but for the so called "Premium Chicken." Guess I wouldn't have written this if they had called it, "Chicken AT A PREMIUM PRICE Bacon Clubhouse Sandwich." Pretty disappointed with the value of this menu item and could have hit a buffet for a few more bucks.
