We gotta boost the rating of this place. I came in on a Sunday morning around 10am for a breakfast burrito while passing through Fresno on my way home to Rocklin. The dine-in area is large and very clean. i ordered the chorizo/ potato/ eggs/ cheese breakfast burrito which was VERY reasonably priced at $9.25, and i added beans for 89 cents. Yes, they will charge you 10 cents for a hot sauce cup here (and you will need at least 2 of them for the giant breakfast burrito), but honestly-- the burrito is priced so low for what you get that an extra 20 cents for hot sauce didn't bother me at all. The burrito I got was absolutely massive and fresh/ hot! I got multiple cheese pulls from it, which was a delightful and unexpected surprise. I was in the area and I stopped by to try one of their breakfast burritos. I haven't ate here in awhile and I was surprised their breakfast burritos do not come with potatoes. So I ordered a basic burrito with eggs, bacon, cheese and add potatoes. It was one of the saddest burritos I've had in a long time. They charge for potatoes like 80cents and they were disappointing. The potatoes were burnt and hard at the same time. I had to throw half my burrito away. I got green salsa which is usually mild but theirs had no heat at all. They don't even give you salsa with your burrito. You have to pay 10 cents for each one. So I paid over 11 bucks for a small burrito that was a total let down. Ordered through drive thru, came home and open the container to a GAINT spoon of guacamole on top of the cheese (and for most who do eat asada fries you know it's supposed to be under) as I got a fork full of it, the fries were uncooked, lifted all the toppings off and saw no cooked fry to be seen, SO I drove back to the store to show them and told them about the guacamole just placed on top. I just wanted a redo I was hungry. 2 minutes pass AND ANOTHER GIRL comes in telling them her burrito it wrong, she asked for no pico de gallo on a burrito she got. 9 minutes pass they call for me to get my order. AS I'm getting to the counter, A WHOLE DIFFERENT PERSON, who wasn't even there or who I spoke too, said "next time bring the food not eaten, or else we won't give you another one, an as for the guacamole, every cook has there own way of making the food" ?!?!!?!!!? HUH!? I proceeded to tell her I didn't even eat it because it's raw potatoes, Plus no one weighed or took my food to inspect it just looked at it and told me to toss it. No wonder this place got so many bad reviews! I wish I had read them before I wasted my time & money here! I was hungry, so I decided to drive thru Robertito's for a taco. I was greeted by a worker that had the personality of a stone wall - she could hardly understand my order and didn't understand what "salsa" was and she gave me regular old hot sauce that was made with too many jalapeños and it was so hot I could not even use it. The worker shoved my tiny taco into a plain old brown bag & handed it to me. The Shredded beef taco I got was sooooo skimpy and sooooo SMALL and only had a very minimal amount of beef on it and tons of bottom-of-the-barrel white lettuce - not even green! Today I went through the drive thru at 4:20pm and I was greeted at the window by Esmeralda who took my payment. I asked her if she took my order and she said no the girl who took your order was named "Estrella M." her name is also listed on my receipt. Estrella M. asked me what would I like to order when I arrived. I let her know I would like to get the #24 mini taco special with no onions, no cilantro, no pico, and just add lettuce only please. Estrella said " it comes with onions, and cilantro it's already mixed in." I said ok " is it mixed in with the meat?" She said "it comes on the order." I again re-stated ok "I do not want onions or cilantro please add lettuce only." Estrella M. then laughed and said "ok, but you can't order it like that it comes like that as is." I let her know I have been coming to this Resturant for quite sometime and I have never had an issue with ordering without onions if I requested it. Estrella M. again said "well maybe you are ordering the wrong number?" In a very argumentative tone. I said " I want the same order just no onions no cilantro." Estrella M. then said " I am trying to PROVE A POINT that it comes with it already." At this point she just wanted to argue with me and was laughing at the same time. I said "I Know it is usually prepared this way, but I am REQUESTING NO Onions. Estrella finally said ( while laughing) "ok just lettuce added on the meat no onions, no cilantro." And I said "yes thank you." This behavior of Estrella M. was very rude, and uncalled for. All she had to do was just simply take an order and made it into a big argument that was unnecessary. It seems like she needs more training on how to properly take an order, how to add items onto orders or simply put no onions etc. I think a customer service training would benefit her. I will not be returning to this location due to the disrespectful behavior of this girl and it is sad because I actually liked the food here, but customer service is very important to me. For the price it's okay. Not good, not bad. For $7 I got four taquitos topped with guac and cheese, with a side of rice and beans. The rice and beans were soooo good. One of the better rice and beans I've had. But the main item of the plate was meh. The taquitos were so dry, kind of like it was fried too long or fried twice. It also lacked flavor, honestly I didn't taste the meat. All I tasted was the tortilla. They were fast though. I got my meal in probably 10 mins? Maybe less? COVID-19 Drive thru taken My mother ordered 2 #15s with boiled beans, veggies and guac on the side. No sour cream. This is the grilled chicken bowl. There was a line, but we didn't wait long. The worker was nice. We got the order. My mother checked it to make sure it was right and it was so we left. The grilled chicken bowl was delicious! Perfect size too! Wow! Delicious times 10! The taquitos were nice and crunchy on the ends, but the filing was not really warm. The adobada plate was tasty. The meat was cooked and seasoned wonderfully. To start off, Myrta H who pissed in your cheerios today? I paid $45 for 3 burritos that weren't even the size of my forearm because of how greedy they are with their servings. I asked why it was so much & instead of telling me "our burritos don't come with rice or beans we charge separately for that unfortunately!" I would've been okay with paying. However the response I received instead was "I don't know I don't make the prices, i only work here." Not my fault you choose this job as your career or life sucks for you right now. And to top it off I asked for a burrito with no beans because my sister is EXTREMELY allergic and just to be safe when she grabbed her burrito that was written asada, it had beans because they wrote on the wrong burrito.
