I'm headed down to SoCal with my crew for more field location work from Norcal and we decided to stop for lunch here at this In N Out in Fresno. This location is just off the 99 east on Shaw Ave. Can't miss it on the north side of the street. Lots of parking. We go in and I know what everybody wants. Five of the Number 1's, which is a double double, order of fries and a medium drink. I order them all animal style extra grilled onions, except for one burger for my one female member of my crew. She wants it animal style but protein style, which is hold the bun and wrap the burger in lettuce. OK, yes, they do that and the cashier repeats my order back to me. The cost is around $12 per person and tax. The inside is clean and not too crowded, but still busy. We get seated and wait for our order. It takes two of us to pick up all the food. We all got our drinks right after we put the order in as well as condiments of catchup and extra sauce. The food was fabulous as usual. I like stopping at In N Out's cause I know everybody will be happy and it doesn't take all day like some sit down restaurants. My double double makes me do the happy dance with my feet under the table! OK, we outta here and I might need to stop at the Starbucks across the street before we hit the road again. read more

In-N-Out is definitely my go-to fast food burger restaurant in town. Yes they have long lines but the lines move pretty quickly. The employees are always great and helpful, everyone of them is moving to get food out together. The ingredients are fresh and food always hot off the grill. I like my fries light well and they do a great job of getting special requests correct. I love they have peppers, either added chopped in the burger or whole peppers on the side which I squeeze the juices into my burger with each bite. Best thing is they don't up-charge for customized requests, extra toppings, whole grilled onions, etc. The dining area of the restaurant is cleaned often usually with an employee monitoring especially when nearly full capacity. This In-N-Out location off Shaw and the 99 is always a great choice for a quick meal (especially for anyone traveling on highway 99. The food is consistently fresh and hot, and the staff is incredibly friendly and keeps the lines moving fast. The only real issue here is the parking lot. It's super limited and gets packed quickly. In matter of fact, the charter bus had to park on the street, thankfully, the driver was able to park right in the front. The drive-thru line does wrap around and sometimes blocks things. If you don't mind navigating the tight parking, it's a great spot with good service. One more thing to add. This location is smaller, but I might be wrong. Hard to find seats. The vibe is definitely there, especially when they call your number. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited In-N-Out and ordered a Double-Double protein style with both types of onions. When I got home, I realized the order was completely wrong it only had one patty, no onions, and was essentially just lettuce and a single patty. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant just to get it fixed, which cost me time and gas. When I arrived, the staff handed me onions in a separate bag and still didn't provide the missing patty. So I ended up paying $12 for lettuce, one patty, and onions in a bag not the meal I ordered or paid for. The lack of attention to the order and poor resolution at the store was extremely disappointing. This was unacceptable service, and I won't be returning to this location. read more

This place is calling in and the service is very quick. The line is crazy. Next door there is a McDonald's and it's barely has five cars. Very quick service. There was an employee cleaning the floors constantly. It's not the tasty Burger in the world but the place is quick and efficient and the meat is not as salty as McDonald's. Learned something here McDonald's I did not try the french fries this time but last time because not salty at another location. Love In-N-Out!!!! I have never been to this particular location so it was a great treat to see it wasn't crazy busy like it usually is. In-N-Out is always a popular spot for a lot of people and it's understandable as to why... Everything is fresh, hot, great tasting, and most importantly an overall great environment to eat at. I ordered a double double (hold the onions, of course) in a combo with a Diet Coke. I've never been disappointed with any meal that I've had at In-N-Out... Even if it was a secret menu item like a grilled cheese. I will definitely be going back because In-N-Out is a California staple and I believe everybody needs to try this place at least once. I had two relatives that were visiting from Alabama, just for context they were born and raised in California so they were used to In-N-Out before they had moved, and the first place they wanted to go was in and out for a juicy burger. My brother-in-law in particular went to this In-N-Out about six different times in the two week period of time that he was here... that says a lot! I've eaten at this In-N-Out plenty of times. Most of the time I go through the drive thru. The drive thru line is usually long but moves fast. I have eaten inside and it is always clean (even the drink area). The food is constantly good. My wife doesn't like the hamburger spread so we order without spread add mustard and ketchup. They have never got my order wrong. I order a 3x2 animal style (first number is the amount of patties, the second number is the amount of cheese slices). I got those burgers in a meal and paid under $23. I highly recommend it! read more

The staff were all friendly as well, and our order was ready very quickly even though there was a massive drive-thru lane extending out into the street! :o If you are utilizing the drive thru, it can be challenging to make a left turn into the parking lot. Every now and then I crave a double double. I decided to treat myself to lunch today. Ordered and double double with extra spread, animal style fries extra spread extra cheese and a chocolate shake. For the first time ever I went and there was no line, yes you read correctly I said there was no line. I literally pulled up behind the truck that was at the order box. Got my burger and my fries, they were great as usual, the milkshake was perfectly thick and chocolatey. The employees are always so nice, smiling, polite and courteous. So now I know the secret, go a few minutes after they open and you get to pull right up. First thing to know is the animal style menu for the animal style double meat burger and animal style fries. Animal style also includes the milk shakes.
